Such a heart-breakingly beautiful game. The puzzle elements make the game simple for any age, and although I did long for the mechanics at me disposal to test my logic, this is forgiven by an incredible narrative of a story that tore a hole straight through me. A masterpiece in storytelling. Highly recommended.
Very touching. Sometimes I wished it wouldn't be quite as childish (maybe if the main character was a bit older?) but I still recommend. The artstyle is beautiful and some of the story moments will affect you (unless you have a heart of stone). Also the game doesn't overstay its welcome, it's just as short as it needs to be.

Nothing of substance. It is, however meant to be a short, cute and relaxing affair so I feel like substance was never in the plan.

No hate, truly. Even though I am fond of wholesome children's stories, this one was just a tad too boring to captivate the adult that I am or awaken the child in me. I believe there's a secret recipe to make children's work enjoyable for children and adults alike, and this one lacks it.

It was a solid 7/10 for me. The story telling felt a little all over the place. (yes I lost family before).
I disliked for getting the achievements you have to go back and redo a chapter if you missed anything. I feel like you should go into specific parts or if it's the journal portion just to go back for the journal part. That annoyed me more than anything. These are my person opinions though. It also felt a little slow on some parts too.
Other than that it's a cute game.
Just finished this game. It was a great game with a great story, great voice acting, and good music! I won't give too much away, I'll just say that I felt like part of the story was kind of heavy. That might just be me though, not playing the popular games out there, therefore, my idea of heavy might be different. This is not mature heavy at all, the game just seemed to have a little heavy content. The game is clean though, if your into those games, like I am.
Anyway, the story is great, the story is about a girl trying to work through something in her life. She is writing a story, where I'm guessing, elements of her "real life" show. That's as much as I'll say to not spoil much.
All that said, if your're really into puzzles or action, this is not that game. This game I might mainly call a relaxing, story driven, platformer. If you like relaxing games or want break from action or puzzle games, this might be a good game.
I'm the one who's lost of words! I saw this game in a random Instagram post about a game who readers would love, and even if I'm not a reader as much as a gamer, I gave it a try, and I loved it!
One thing I found amazing the first 5 minutes in, was the music. Oh. My. God. What a soundtrack! I couldn't keep playing until I could appreciate it as much as it deserves to be appreciated. It gives you an adventure and hopeful vibe through it, and I wanted to keep playing instantly! The beautiful graphics and the gameplay mechanic was something I surely didn't expect at all, it was so entertaining and I wanted more of it. It's pretty easy to play so it fits for anyone wanting to play a chill game!
The way you can have three saves, and some things you choose through the game makes it different in dialogues and parts of the story, gives it the replay-ish part of the game (if that's something important for you to choose to play it or not). I think I will play it again someday to try the rest of things to choose, and also to finish the achievements!

Wonderfully written! This game touched emotions from years ago when I lost my own grandmother. It really resonated with me and expressed exactly how I felt back then. I cried, smiled and got completely engulfed in the story.
The way grief and loss through the eyes of a child are shown blew me away in how accurate they are.
The art style is beautiful and immersive, I enjoyed the narration and the use of words in the environment. I also liked the focus on the story rather than being a challenging game.
Thoroughly enjoyed; highly recommend.
I knew going into this what the story was ultimately about. I was not prepared for the all the emotions however. This was a beautiful game to play and I will likely play it again ... once I have finished crying.
This game is just a masterpiece of story telling. The story, the narration, the concept, the gameplay, everything is done to tell a story and makes us feel, and gosh did I feel.
I don't want to spoil anything about the story, I went in there thinking "looks like a nice little game where we play with words" but it's so so so much more than that.
Can't say more, just play it if you can.
