Pretty good. Many brushes, gets the job done! :D
After spending some time with this program, I must say that my initial opinion of it has only been confirmed. Despite the developer of it seemingly disappearing never to be seen again (seriously, if you know him please check on him. I hope he's not deceased), this is a really solid program with a lot of cool features. Some of them are hit or miss, like the mannequin that's only good for really smple poses and which shape is pretty masculine, while others are a great help, such as perspective tool which basically renders a 3d bounding box that you can rotate and resize and which helps you to get perspective right. There's even perspective snapping tool that takes care of vanishing points for you and which snaps to te grid lines of the aforementioned 3d perspective box.
Overall, this is a great program, just don't expect any updates. Another minor downside is that there's little to no video tutorials online and those that are there seem to be in Rusian/other language that uses Cyrillics, so you're on your own to learn it.
//edit: Forgot to mention it originally, but it looks like JugiPaint uses no DRM, not even the Steam one, which is also a plus.
Great affordable paint program for artists. Only crashes if you have anything highlighted with the selector tool, then trying to swap between multiple open page files. Works quite well with my old Wacom.
Pretty good program so far, the perspective "ruler" makes perspective drawings real simple, was able to pop out a decent cityscape linework in a short time using that tool. The mannequin tool could use some work, every time I try to pose it, say, grabbing the elbow, the hand shoots off further than I can scroll and is no longer accessible. Not a real problem, but that's one tool you can't really make use of in its current state. It's a cool idea and simplifies the planning stage of drawing a person, but until that's fixed, just an idea.
Other than that issue, definitely a good program, but then again, I don't buy many art programs because they're expensive and I'm cheap.

For the price, this is a really nice drawing program. Its interface is simple and perfect for what I need it for, but has plenty of bells and whistles if you want to get serious about your artwork. I'd definitely recommend it, but try the demo if you have reservations.
Having used this I like the layout, but the issues I have had (brush lag, no view manipulator, and that this was released with these issues.) make this software well not worth the price. After some more time in the QA department maybe but until then if you are looking for an improvement over 'comicado' look elsewhere.
Have better options around, some are free and more stable with less bug. At moment just one more abandoned software. I hope one day the creator fix the bugs.... but after all these years ... i don't think this will happen. Think Smart and try grab a Software with support.

PRO:Its a good program with some things to get better, the good notice is that the devoloper is fast to fix or solve your problem,
personally i like the rulers of this program its are easy to use and fast.
im to busy and have a lot of time without relax for draw something but i do it something in the artwork in JugiPaint.
The program have to be better and im sure devoloper is working in it, in general i recommend it.
CONS: the program in mi opinion is in beta phase, have a minor bugs and some crashes,makes drawing in jugipaint hard.
When developer works to fix them i can change the opinion.
04/08/2017 update: the program continue doing crashes when works,1 hour working wasted for nothing. (win10 updated)
Well.. for one this isn't too bad for the price that it's at. It has a great vector image selection but the only downside is that there is no eyedrop tool? Yesterday I was using the app and it worked wonderfully but today there are a lot of sudden crashes so I recommend you save any work in case it randomly closes. Other than that it's pretty ok definitley would recommend for beginners :)
