Gorogoa

Really unique creative game. you traverse the world of gorogoa in this 2x2 square puzzle somehow managing to connect individual pictures together by placing similar pictures side by side or some on top of each other. This un-intuitive seeming game mechanic was very well delivered by the an amazing well connected artstyle that connects these pictuture pieces with story. its a casual game that you can play on a weekend or while on the way home as it took me 1.4hr to complete the game.
This game is really unique puzzle game to enjoy while sitting back at your own pace.

Such a beautiful game. Graphics are stunning and you really have to think out of the box.

It can be a bit short for the price, but the way the deeply creative puzzles function in such a unique way and intertwine with the storytelling works very nicely.

Beautiful and very unique game. I've never played anything like this before. Very short, tho. Only took me 1,5 hours to beat. There's clearly some deep story there but I didn't understand anything. But that's fine, the gameplay and art style were entertaining enough. Not sure if I'd recommend it for the full price but it's easily worth it for the discounted price.

An puzzle game trapping you into a four blocks space, you can easily get touch to the developer's talent about flat space imagination. I'm glad I finish this game without any hints from others because I really want to search for help sometimes.

It's very short, but for what there is it's perfect.

Saw this game in a random instagram post, bought it based on 30 seconds of gameplay and boy am I glad I did! This is a point-and-click marvel, reminding me of early Submachine games. It has it all - head scratching puzzles (that you'r eased into), original gameplay, marvelous detailed sceneries, mysterious plot with a hint of magic and it's just long enough to not outlive its freshness.

I loved every minute of it, despite this only lasting about an hour of gameplay (and I guess an extra hour for the bonus content). Worth every cent in my opinion, highly recommended!

An enjoyable puzzle game that can be done in one sitting. It's a point and click style game where you have to solve countless puzzles to progress. The puzzles felt fair and balanced that it provided just enough of a challenge to test you without feeling frustrated. The hand drawn art is beautiful and the way the puzzles are done is unique and clever. However, the simple game play and short playtime, i cannot recommend buying this at full price, so wait until it's on discount.

This is a really wonderful puzzle game! I enjoyed working through every moment of Gorogoa. Yes, it's short, but honestly, I feel it is the perfect length, about 3ish hours for 100% completion. I feel it doesn't 'overstay its welcome', so to speak. It starts with a clear goal in mind and ends perfectly. The story is beautiful, the art is amazing and the puzzles have a really nice difficulty slope so you never feel anything is too far out of reach! 10/10! <3

The art is serene and beautiful, truly a great game to play if you are looking to de-stress. It took 2 gameplay sessions to beat, totaling just under 3 hours. The art style and color pallet made it feel like I was playing an interactive picture book, but not a children's picture book, rather one for adults. The animation pleasantly takes its time, using every frame to give thought and develop character, as life does.

A beautiful limited puzzler with a massive over-arching story. It has a fantastic music and sound design. The art amplifies the simple puzzles to be grandeur than they really are. If most games on Steam are candies and sweets, then this is for someone with a slightly more mature palate.

An incredibly fun and gorgeous unique puzzle game. Playtime is a little over an hour and a half for me.

It's great, gorgeous, and kinda hard as a puzzle game. The story behind the game is not clearly told, but I like my own interpretation of it: basically a family story, everyone of the family is somehow related to the giant colorful creature, and we have experienced their life stories through puzzles. Some of the puzzles are the most interesting ones I have ever seen in this genre of games. The interactions between and within puzzles are so much fun to discover.

And, yes, you can speedrun this game it's in the achievement and I've made it lol cheers

PROS:
-Unique puzzle mechanic
-Great art

CONS:
-Terribly boring, almost nonexistant gameplay
-No tutorial or introduction of any kind; the game just throws you into the first puzzle with the slightest explanation of what you are supposed to do or what the game mechanics are. They are not intuitive.
-If you don't see the solution right away, the game will quickly devolve into random clicking.

This game is fantastic. A great way to pass an evening: beautifully made and has unusual visual puzzles that I quite enjoyed.

Although I think it's much better on mobile (or something with a touch screen) due to the nature of gameplay.
