It's definitely not anything mind-blowing as other rpg horror games might be, but it was interesting with a cohesive and neat plot line. The endings were well thought out, and the true ending is quite cute. i appreciate the thought put into this game with all the small details, character building, and how the developer made use of the assets given to them. Overall, 8/10 W game. I honestly wouldn't mind seeing or playing this game again, or even seeing even more bonus content, even though it is an old game by now. Regardless, it's a cool rpg horror and I definitely recommend it.

Cute character art and puzzles that aren't too hard to solve. Story closes up nicely after you beat NewGame+ mode

The story was further in depth than i could have imagined. there was so much lore to each character but you were left guessing as to who was who and who was spirit and who was alive. I love the fact you get 2 buddies to tag along with you and they both give you different story endings which is unique and very interesting! The saving all the time does get a bit tedious but with a game with so many chances of sudden death you gotta have those save stations! overall an amazing game and would highly recommend for those who like psychological horror games!

I liked the story and how many achievements there were to get. Good Game!

Unfortunately, this was a really unpleasant gaming experience for me…

Positives:
- the way the big sprites were drawn was really beautiful.
- Lots of save slots which I like.

Negatives:
This game feels like an unfinished shell, it’s so bare bones. The story is incredibly flimsy and lacks any details. The premise doesn’t make any sense. It makes sense that you walk into the mansion to shelter from the rain. But why does the character then immediately go into exploring the mansion, looking everywhere when that was not the purpose of entering the mansion? And that’s not the only time such illogical actions happen. It would make so much more sense if you add just a little bit more dialogue because a lot of things can be explained, they just aren’t for some reason?
The characters are also very shallow and unrealistic. The main character sees a d*ad body and literally just says „oh it’s a d*ad body“. Who reacts this way?

All of these things could be overlooked if the game was at least fun but MY GOD. Those PUZZLES. This game has some of the worst, most illogical puzzles ever. Multiple times I had to look up how to progress because I just couldn’t figure it out? I watched someone on YouTube and they had the same experience so it’s not just me. A game is supposed to be fun. Making puzzles so random that you can’t figure them out just frustrates the player, it isn’t fun.

Usually, I try to see all the endings but I can’t bring myself to play this game anymore so I‘ll be leaving with one end and a bad gaming experience. Personally, I don’t recommend this game. Or maybe I‘m just bad at puzzles, who knows.
