Buggy and doesnt work.
Without VR the game is a bit buggy, you can't restart if you dont' have an ending and if you do, you can't post your new poster on the wall, which means everytime you get an ending you have to manually restart the game by closing it and open since the restart button does not work.

This is a fantastic game. I would say it falls in line with pony island and Stanley parable. Its fun and clever. You feel really smart finishing the puzzles on your own. I do wish it was better at identifying what pieces have been used and may not need to be used again. I know that seems simplistic, but honestly at some point just remembering the patterns and trying to figure out whats a red herring vs a real clue was very difficult.
I would say as a final note I would not be mad at a walk through mode if you get stuck or a hint mode to help guide you a bit. I ended up using a guide to get the last 6 or so because I was kind of bored and felt blocked. I think the game is great fun and good for anyone who enjoys puzzles and escape rooms, but use the lights on the bottom left to decide what you have and have not done and if you get stuck use a guide even if its just to come up with some new ideas... Also on pc you can zoom. Didnt know that.
Really good puzzle game but it doesn't work anymore for some reason, just buy the original.

VR makes it much more enjoyable.
The "Completionist" achievement is broken. I got 21/22 achievements but never got "Completionist" despite meeting the requirements.
It's cute VR fun. It's also OLD, relatively speaking, so if you go into it expecting the kind of smart, intuitive, 1:1 accuracy of 6DOF you'll find in, say, Half-Life Alyx, you're going to be pissed off. I find it amazing that modern VR titles have such incredible intricacy between the player and their interaction with their environments, and "old" stuff like this have trouble tracking your hands to the point where just pushing a fucking button can be *infuriatingly* difficult.
There's about 1.5-2 hours of content here, or more if you have trouble solving puzzles. I don't know if it's worth $10 due to how repetitive it is, but if goes on sale, it's worth it. Lots of cute references to movies, shows, games, etc.

Borderline unplayable. Black screens after completing some events, can't place posters or objects after winning. Don't waste your money.

Very short game, Stanley Parable vibe, (but waaaayyy shorter and much more basic)
Worked on VR, without any technical issues that other users reviews here. (win10, HTC-VIVE Cosmos)

Apparently, this game worked properly a few years ago. However, in its current state, it is completely broken and unplayable.
Some of the issues I've encountered include the inability to place posters (which might not sound like a great deal, but it constantly softlocks you), the reset button does not work as intended half of the time (this also softlocks you) and also some bugged animations. And before anyone suggests it's my PC, I can run Elden Ring at 60 FPS, so I highly doubt that's the issue.
When I tried to solve these problems, I realized that many others had experienced the same issues, and that the best solution is to get a refund.
It's a real shame because the game seemed really interesting.
You know, I really hate giving a negative review to a game I've tried to play for roughly 2 minutes. Emphasis on tried. You see, this game has been left in such a buggy state that upon starting the game the camera pans to left with no way to stop it. And I highly doubt that you are meant to play as a bored office worker who's addicted to spinning on an office chair! At first I thought this was my gamepad's drifting analog stick playing tug of war with my mouse. I then checked and turns out this is one of the many common bugs that ought to have been fixed, yet the game hasn't seen any updates for a few years! What a shame, I quite enjoyed the original PDTA and would have loved to see what it would've been in 3D. Until the developers stop being neglectful, I'm afraid I'll have to beg all of you to avoid this game.
Verdict: As of now utterly unplayable.
