Game has been abandoned, its been over a year (according to the forums) where the issue that a text box and no controllers (wands or knuckles) show up in the main screen.
Because of this, Its unplayeable on my Index as i cant get past that initial screen. Seems its a long time issue that noone will ever fix.
Shame because the game seemed like something i would have enjoyed :(
Cant recommend as it lists the Index as compatible and it isnt.
game doesnt work on certain hardware. many other people are reporting this as well. unsure if it's a hardware issue or something else.
really is a shame because when it does work it is a great game, but the devs seem to be dead.
might be worth checking out but expect to return it if it doesnt work for you.
Could be a relaxing little golf game, but devs aren't responding to problems and the the difficulty makes it frustrating. Wish I had played it more within the two weeks I bought it on sale so I could've gotten my refund, cause I'm stuck on the first course and I can't be bothered to play it again. Being DEAD honest, most players are gonna find this game boring as hell. This game is going in my "Hidden" section. RIP
95% of titles I had for Vive, work fine now that I've switched to Vive Pro. Only a hand full don't. Sadly this is one of them. When I launch Moonshot Galaxy now, the controllers do not appear, so there's no way to do anything. I liked it when I was able to use it.
This game is not working on the Vive. Black screen and a crash. People are posting, but the developers aren't listening.
It's ... okay. Played on WMR. It's not very intuitive if you've ever played mini golf to reach forward once you've grabbed the ball to designate strength that way, it would make more sense to pull back for a stronger hit. Not sure if it's prevalent on all systems, but the vibration while holding on to the ball is incredibly annoying and insistent. The worlds rotate at inconsistent and it's finicky grabbing onto the ball. It's a cool concept and I love the idea, but there's a lot of little things they could fix for a more pleasant experience. Played like 10 minutes and probably won't go back anytime soon.
It's a great game, but it bugs out on the Vive Pro. Developers don't respond to support requests or posts on the community forum. Would not recommend anything from this dev, and definitely do not purchase this if you have a Vive Pro.
It's simple -- it's fun -- it's a little familiar while also a little new -- what more could you want in minigolf? I mean, it's in space!
This is a game that's simple enough anyone can just pick it up and play which makes it a great family game and also a great introductory game to VR. And what's more, it's just simply fun!
There's four courses each with a theme, so while it's not a lot of content but what it does have is a good variety. Each subsequent course offers a little greater challenge than the one before it. A single play through of all the holes on all the courses took me almost 2 hrs, whereas in one hour you could probably do and see most of the game as the first courses are much quicker than the later ones.
Fun little game, definitely worth checking out. 9 out of 10.
Edit: I finally found some time to loop back to this game to find it in an uplayable state. On load there is just a board that says "OK" with no way to begin the game. Such a shame that the devs abandoned such a cool game. Original review below.
Solid game overall, the video is what you can expect from this game. It's a fun experience to mess around with, maybe show your friends, or even go for online highscores if you're feeling competitive. There are a few bugs, issues with camera and movement but nothing serious. If you've already paid for a VR setup then this game is a good addition to the library overall. That said I would wait for it to go on sale.
Very nice and well-polished. Great mechanics and a fun premise. It is mini golf for god.
TL;DR: Well-made Mario Galaxy Golf, in VR! It's exactly what it looks like. Enjoy!
Put simply this is one to have in your collection, easy to play, good graphics, polished and fun! even if your not a golf fan this is a great puzzle game. (HTC VIVE)
very charming take on mini golf. Could use more content updates and some tweaks to the camera control but this is a very fun blend of mini golf and angry birds
It's a cool concept there is just very little here. Decide for yourself if 5euro/dollar is worth 20-30m of fun.
Excellent puzzle game that could not take place outside of virtual reality. Even the VR cynics I've had try this game admit it: it's a blast to play through the challenging courses in this game. It also has shades of Super Mario Galaxy, which is a pleasant trip down memory lane.
I myself like different kind of golf games. It don't matter if it's a mini-putt game or a straight on regular golf game.
This one, has a twist that I really, really love. Space. It is so rewarding to see the ball fly through space and act as expected. The sad thing is, I'm not good at golf. Brilliant game this!

Only my third returned game so far out of about 15. The other 2 were Apollo 11 and Pool Nation. This game was just extremely boring. I believe all the excitement over this game was from months ago. It really does not stand up to most games on the Vive right now. You grab, you point to where you want it to go and then let go of the buttons. You point and grab and let go over and over again. It was not very involved at all. The physics are great though. But if you are looking for gameplay then look elsewhere.
Fun game with simple control but challenging gameplay. Great value for money.
This game is great, the crazy shots you can take if you get creative is amazing. You actually feel like you're standing in space. The controls feel great as well.
This is a neat little game. It has a few areas where I would like to see some aspects added, maybe a global scoreboard and multiplayer is always a plus. Aesthetically, the holes look very nice and the gameplay is really intuitive to figure out.
I managed to get through both courses in about 45 minutes, granted I would need significantly more practice to reach par on even the easy course, but I hope they have one or two more courses planned and a few more nifty mechanics to keep it interesting.
That said, I spent more for lunch today and I ate it faster than the time I put into this, so well worth the entertainment.
Chet Faliszek was right: You had no idea you wanted this, but you do. It's five dollars! If you ever spent 5 dollars on miniature golf, this is the better deal. It's a new showcase game for your friends, too! It's fun to just grab a planet and spin it around (thanks to the very good haptics in this game).
Is is perfect? Nope. Is it overflowing with content? Nope. But it's one of the coolest concepts the Vive has. Two thumbs up.
