Can't Drive This — это соревновательно-совместная (это такая фишка) мультиплеерная гоночная игра. Управляй своим монстр-траком, В ТО ВРЕМЯ КАК твой друг строит трассу прямо перед тобой. И да, ехать надо быстро, ИНАЧЕ ВЗОРВЁШЬСЯ! Как в том фильме с Сандрой Буллок, где она делает примерно то же самое, но с автобусом. Спойлер: она там не взрывается. Кстати, Киану Ривз тоже там снялся.
Совместная мультиплеерная годнота
- Играй на диване лицом к лицу со своим заклятым другом! Прихвати друзей и пару контроллеров и вперёд, разрушать дружбу! (Нам, пожалуй, следовало бы взять ответственность за любой ущерб, нанесенный твоим личным отношениям, но мы не будем.)

Кастомизация!
В чем соль мультиплеерной онлайн игры, если там нет кастомизации, спросишь ты? Очень хороший вопрос, восхитительный ты наш человек! Can't Drive This предоставляет газиллион* разблокируемых запчастей и кастомизатор для твоей тачки, так что ты можешь хвастануть своей крутостью перед всеми вокруг! Но, как известно, вести тачку нужно по очереди. Когда один — пилот, другой строит трассу. Поэтому мы добавили и кастомизатор трассы! Построй трассу в своем стиле и твои друзья будут ездить по позолоченной желтой брусчатке, если это твоя тема.

Very Fun and Entertaining Party Game.
I started playing Coop mode in this game with 2 friends, wich was a lot of fun.
We were laughing a lot at funny fails and hilarios genius Driving-Tricks.
Then we played the 4 player 2vs2 Capture the Egg Mode wich is a lot of fun too.
The Driving Mechanics feel good.
I hope they will bring out the option for different road tiles, because they are the only thing that is a bit repetitive.
This game is really fun. Although there are just 4 modes (of which I only have tried 3 so far) and the mission is stupidly simple you can spend hours chasing for new high scores while laughing and cursing. I really recommend this for every looking for a party game!
Highly recommended co-op game that you can play with just about anyone you are friends with. Time flies insanely quick and the teamwork required to make the platforms adequate for the driver but also for the driver to allow more time and room for the person building the platforms is just one of the many strengths of this game.
The visuals are crisp and immersive, I particularly love the details of the wooden platform suspended by the balloons, the perception of the blue depth below and the physics experienced when driving through water and how the water droplets stretch across the camera's lens. The concept is simple yet brilliant. It's a lot of fun played alone or with friends. I admire the creative effort of the team behind this game.
Between the sketchy execution, such as the controller controls being all messed up, and the mediocre gameplay, I can't say this game is worth anything near 20 bux, or whatever I paid for it on sale.
I did play on Linux, maybe the Windows version works better.
I honestly can't recommend this game.
Expect about 30 minutes of entertainment before the novelty wears off, and all that's left is the mediocre mechanics, frustrating controls and all-too-shallow strategy.
It's unfortunate, because the concept is absolutely amazing. With the right game play mechanics and thought, this could be a really fantastic couch co-op game.

played it with my brother and absolutely loved it, we had so many laughs, till i couldnt breathe anymore, my community enjoyed it a lot to watch it (streamed it while playing)
its a very unique coop game with the element of surprise and speed, if you are too fast things get wild
im excited to play it more, the unlockable cosmetics are also funny and damn good (for instance a dangling discoball with its own physics or a bubble mashine that makes bubbles while driving)
Simple but intriguing concept, that generates a lot of fun.
In my opinion it's best to play the game in couch coop mode where you can politely scream at your teammate, that he should place that goddam tile on the right position... The provided online mode is in the current times a realy nice alternative.
Awesome Party Game, really enjoying it with friends in Splitscreen! Side effect: it may lead to fights with your friends :D
Really funny game. Playing this with my boyfriend. Took us some time to get into it but we're getting better each time and it's very addicting. We will probably spend a lot of time on it :)
Fun game and a very interesting concept. It was quite hard at the beginning, but then I realized this game isn't about going as fast as you can. Being cooperative is the key! I'm looking forward to further updates.
I am keep saying that a good games has nothing to do with graphics, deep stories, massive play areas, ranked systems etc. as long as you have a good idea of a game, that is all you need... and this game is as simple as a tiny poopoo and is a lot more entertaining than most of those popular games nowadays. It is a really nice relief in todays competitive gaming world.
I recommend it to everyone who likes to play with friends and just derp around.
This game is a really cool concept and it seems like a lot of fun but mechanically the mechanics are not balanced well. The game is very difficult from a control asect and there aren't enough administrative options to help mitigate the issues the game has. The speed requirement, while an important aspect of the game, ruins the experience. The tiles are much to small and accurate placement is incredibly difficult making the game very difficult to play. We managed to get some good playability out of it by cruising along as slow as we possibly could and we could still barely keep tiles out in front of our driver to keep them going. I'm hoping the devs will change some of these issues in order to bring a better experience to a really fantastic concept and mechanic.
This game has great potential, but it has no playerbase. I am recommending it on the fact that is is indeed a great concept, but just needs to grow before it is any good. I spent a fair ammount of time searching for another player, wasting time. Once it grows, however, it will be a lot of fun. If you want to play, you may want to find a few friends to buy it as well, as so that you are more likely to have someone to play with. That said, it does indeed get boring after playing for a while. For now though; good concept, good execution, ruined by lack of other players.
The game's driving controls are pretty weak and the game itself just gets boring quickly. Things might improve so keep an eye on the game.
The concept seems fun, lots of potential for chaos but the car exploding if you drive anything less than perfect is a real buzz-kill. It doesn't offer any breathing room to get to know the game or build any thought-out routes. An option to increase the amount of time before exploding or an option to disable it would be great, for those who are still figuring things out. Otherwise I'll keep an eye on this game for a while

The concept is great, the graphics are nice but that's about it.
No one is playing online. Me and friend purchased it and after 20 minutes both got a refund because unfortunately it is boring with nothing to offer, we had a good laugh for those 20 minutes but that's it. You've done it all and it is neither challenging nor rewarding.
New POSITIVE REVIEW:
After all these years the developer has reached out to me and explained that this game has evolved and grown, they even rewrote whole sections of it.
He even gave me a key to try it out again as I'd refunded it. Whilst I've not accepted the key as I will have no one to play this with I've changed this review because that level of personal customer care is very rare. Give this game a try!
Better than it was before.
Now, I reviewed this a long time ago when the first version of this game came out. I didn't like it at the time, because the game felt pretty bad to play, I'm sorry to say, and the online needed work. However, after some more recent changes to the game, I think it's now worth playing, despite it's technical early beta standing.
It's a fun multiplayer game where the two of you try to get as far as you can with one player putting down track for the other player to drive on. The gimmic of it is that the player placing track doesn't get to choose what kind of track they're given, only which way it's facing and what grid it's placed on. This gives the game a lot of suprise factor, meaning neither one fully knows what to expect. It's not uncommon to get a bunch of elbow pieces and have to impromptu a snaking road, or get a bunch of booster tracks and a turn that you both have to figure out right away.
Now, not all pieces are made equal. There's turns and straight aways, boosters, ramps and even some more tricky floors. This is where the game gets a little bit too tough. While I appreciate there are harder pieces to deal with, some of them are just way too powerful to deal with. There's one, a turbine, that has an knack for plowing one into the ground or not having enough space to pass through it based on what the previous floor was. It's barely wide enough to get your car into it, let alone with the can't stop limit the game places on you. The other is a smashing piece which is very hard to drive around, as it takes up a good portion of the driving space, is very fast, and is very good at stopping you dead or flinging you off the stage all at once.
I do say that most of the pieces make sense and are fun to string together, just a few small hiccups along the way.
Last bit of issue I have with the game, the drivers car goes way to fast under it's own power. It's not uncommon to have to rapidly press the gas rather than holding it to go at a speed slow enough to give the builder time to react. I think reducing the cars max speed, and maybe bumping up the minimum speed to survive by just a tiny bit would be enough to make the game challenging but fair, a full game made of one of my favorite modes from rayman 2
All and all, a good game if you and a friend or 3 have it. I'm excited to see what more becomes of it.
At this stage, no. I don't recommend. You drive straight, and in circles, and after 15 minutes can sort out a "decent" strategy to drive until the game screws you over. It provides laughs, but you can do the same stuff in Blockland for free.
Wait until this game has completed content before purchasing. It has potential. But is empty for now.
They've taken the pressure mechanic of "pipe dream" and added a manic driving component. It's a wonderfully chaotic blend of styles that I've never played before. Looking forward to new modes / levels.
The mechanics are hilarious and with more content and polish, this is a great value.
If you are a fan of couch co-op you will love this game.
