it's endlessly replayable and generally just a fun time. There are absolutely glitches and weak spots, but if you're a dragon ball fan and HAVENT played it I'd recommend giving it at least a shot.

Punch things, blast things, play with all the darn characters omg like for real this game is so damn fun and I love it.

its too fun to me to stop playing, besides the fact I've been getting frame drops but it's still a fun game anyway, would 100% recommend someone to play it as well

As a fan of the Dragon Ball Series for years, I have to admit that this RPG / Action / Fighting game is truly fun and addicting. With so much story to get immersed into and depth of game play through rich fighting style customization from all of the Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super characters, it gives both fans and those new to the game, a chance to truly to experience what makes the Dragon Ball series so great. Take the time to level up and build the perfect fighter, with nice cosmetics to discover and choose from. There is also additional content for purchase (which is optional) that expands the game even more, with tons of quests to take on, plenty of PVP and PVE content for fun Co op matches, and even Raids for multiple players to take on challenging bosses for nice rewards. The overall experience has been above my expectations of a fighting genre game turned into an RPG, with nice online play incentives. Get immersed into the world of Dragon Ball Z and enjoy this exciting title.

This is one of the best Dragon Ball experiences. A wonderful retelling of the original Dragon Ball series with plenty of twists to keep you playing! W ass game.

dlc is basically a requirement for faster progression and better attacks, but other than that, best dragon ball rpg right now.

I report I've spent over countless of thousands of hours on all platforms i max out each character of mine every new lvl cap i have gotten every dlc for the platforms, i every skill, i played this game BECAUSE ITS A SLEEPER MASTER PIECE TO MOST PEOPLE if you can play and grind dragonball legends like a virgin, you can fking okay this game the one before it and all the others, Dragonball fks

I love this game you can mod everything and its so fun

Used to be great till they started milking expansion packs and then decided to shoe horn in seasons. Only reason i'd still suggest playing it is for the modding community, and even that is kind of stale now.

Love playing as my own dragon ball character and fixing the world of dragon ball

I pick it up when it was released and stop playing for a long time. Picking it back up at 2025 and the game is much more difficult than I remember. The AI doesn't let you breathe at all, even when I play free battle against a weak characters. I'm always getting my as kicked even if I try to dodge and block. Made the experience not fun at all. I tried play some of the story missions and I get stuck because the game is way to hard for me. Def not made with casuals in mind. I deleted the game only a few days later. Just wasn't fun game to pick back up and play. If you like a super steep learning curve and consider yourself a masochist then this game is for you. but if you are just a causal gamer looking for a good time, get ready to get beat up and get your lunch money taken.

My personal favourite Dragon Ball game, with a lot of things to do and a great story mode

Probably the only game i play on multiple platforms since its release. i like the various characters, the costume customisation, the events, the figuring out of various combos, the building up and more. Some of the in game-play features can be annoying at times and camera angles in certain situation can really get you ticked, but still, overall a great game.

Xenoverse 2 is a very fun game, why I say that is because, it has co-op (people don't normally play a lot) and it has a very nice story mode. This game is very fun when you get into it. If you like Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Daima, Dragon Ball Heroes, and Dragon ball GT you will love this game! This game has many characters you can might love. I recommend this game 10/10! What are you reading this for you should buy it now!

It was a fun game of fighting the bad guys and a good leveling up system though, the grinding was a bit of a drag.

The best Dragonball game of all time for 2 reasons: 1. The immersion of creating your own custom character in the Dragonball world and 2. Xenoverse is one of the few games where other races actually have a fighting chance against Saiyans, sure Saiyans get more transformations by far, but you can outskill (or outcheese as I do) them. 11/10

Okay so be realistic about your expectations coming into this:

First off, no version of Super or Ultra or Deluxe or Ultimate of this game comes with all the DLC, they have monetized it to the level that the Sims 4 would blush. That being said, most of it's just more characters and glamours and zero-plot missions that you can grind through.

The server is hot garbage soup, the matchmaking system is busted as hell, and the community are all cheating so if you want a good PVP experience this probably isn't it.

However, if you want a spectacle-fighter RPG where you get to make your own original DBZ character and fight through the big events of the story and have a fun time, then there's at least 50 hours of content here if you even *mildly* engage with the treadmill, and then for $10 you can get the whole plot of the last game to play through, on top of that. I bought it on sale and have zero regrets.

I installed a mod and it fucked up all my mods and my game, so I decided to go scorched Earth as opposed to fixing everything. Oh, and the game is pretty mid. Just buy a good game instead.

If you liked the first chapter, it's almost impossible for you to hate this one: it takes the gameplay of the first chapter and improves it while continuing the equally interesting plot (there's also the integration of data with the first chapterooh). Too bad that the masked saiyan can be understood from a mile away only by knowing the anime.

Anti cheat doesn't let you play on steam deck and its sad

Every once in a while I'll get the itch to play this game again.

It's a solid DBZ experience, with a whole lot of content. I really enjoy being able to create and customize my own character.

Now, you should just get it when it's on sale. Really think for a minute before purchasing any DLC for it because if you're anything like me, you're probably not going to actually play any of the characters in those packs.

Absolutely check out the modding scene. The mod community for this game is absolutely outrageous and has produced so much for you to enjoy. I honestly can't play XV2 without mods anymore. Though using mods often means you can't play online, I couldn't care less. The online play of this game is not the draw.

But, based off of videos I've seen, I can tell this game is a good experience. But, most likely tedious/time-consuming.

I really want to like Xenoverse 2 but it's just so bad. I get why people like it and I tried really hard but I just can't play this game.

After a past update, if you play on Linux, EAC will not function on this game. Meaning you can ONLY play offline. This limits alot of the game and features and so while I played it alot before, I can't recommend it myself. Other EAC games run just fine. It's only this one, so far, I see with these severe issues. And it's exclusively the EAC that's causing it.

This is the ultimate DBZ RPG there is no more comprehensive game you can make a human, sayian, namekian, Buu's race, or freezas race and humans and sayians offer male and female options all options have not only their own kinds of attacks freezas race uses it tail in fighting and namekians can stretch so they do this in combat. If you add to that sayians and humans male and female options are different for instance sayains have the least starting hp but males have a focus and females have a different one, then look into that you can level up as you play to a max of level 160 as I am typing this with 512 total attribute points that you can distribute to your skills those being Hp,physical attacks, ki, blasting attacks and super attacks I may be leaving something out if so sorry but those I know you have you can make up for your weakness such as sayians having by far the least starting hp and make them have more then spread the points out to make your character your own each character is unique and you can have the powers from any part of DBZ for instance I love using dodon ray from tien and kamehameha as well as going supersayian during a battle all of which you can do if its in the shows or movies its in the game you can learn any attack any form you want and build your perfect character.I don't think there is a way to beat that!

Very Fun, I am now addicted to Dragon Ball Z and still haven't watched the Anime and only played the games

Great game, only wished they allowed 4 player co-op and its a touch grindy.

Minor gripes are the tutorial doesn't really teach you the complex techniques needed to finish certain missions, such as Zamasu's mentor missions in his paid DLC. It also has really clunky/unintuitive controls for said combos in the more complex optional Combo tutorial missions and Zamasu's mentor missions which can lead to a lot of frustration. But unless you care about 100% or collecting stuff, you can usually skip a lot of stuff.

I've played for over 300 ours across PC and consoles, one of my favorite games, so much content. One of my favorite games of all time
