Awful software and difficulty navigating software. Cant change wallpaper as it sets to the same one which just crashes over and over again. Cant find an option to set it off that one without it bugging out. Not great for users.

this one day I was trying to tweak some settings and my friend texted me a message that says and I quote: "are you masturbating or finding wallpapers?" and it was that time i realised there's fucking porn on WALLPAPER ENGINE. You know, a engine for finding WALLPAPERS? But still, it was worth the money because of the millions upon millions of wallpapers.

Downloaded a wallpaper and got a Trojan instead. After some research it seems like it's a known problem.
Cheap price and good engine. My pc does not lag or lose its performance while running this background. Also very customizable, i love wallpaper engine.

It allows me to have the mountains loading screen of Far Cry 5 as my wallpaper, movement and music all together. I love that loading screen.
For the price i got it for ( $3 ) , i feel its really worth it. I use two screens and on the second one, i always use wallpaper engine to showcase different cool wallpapers. Its really cool and feels fresh to have new live wallpapers once in a while. Plus its very unique. Everyone is going to ask you where you got these wallpapers from haha. And the resource consumption is also pretty optimal.

Pretty good software, and runs pretty well for low end PCs. But there are way to many 18+ items.
Has lots of really nice backgrounds to use and most have easily adjustable options to try and fit them just right. It is fiddly if you have 2x 29 inch Ultra wide... However even in my weird setup I have still made them work. I can imagine this is even better on a single big ultra wide or maybe two conventional montiors. Either way I do like this program and there is a ton of choice. I mean TONS.
Amazing app and love all the variations of backgrounds I can choose from and adjust. I do really wish it was available for macOS as well because for now I can only use it in parallel desktop.
This app has tons of wallpapers. I'ma big car person and there were some great car wallpapers on there with the time and date. They fit my setup great.
So many wallpapers to choose from. It's nice being able to pick the right wallpaper for each day and for each season. It's November and I recommend you check out the thanksgiving wallpapers and the fireplace wallpapers too. Very RELAXING
Had a lot of potential, unfortunately it became plagated with anime and weeb culture and that's basically 95% of the options you will see there. There is a big lack of wallpaper options that do not appeal to those areas

This was working great until Windows updated and now it causes it to freeze the entire desktop. I have to uninstall this now in order for my PC to stop freezing and crashing. Was hoping there would be an update to resolve this issue.

I used to use razer axon for my wallpaper management. Something happened and I now use wallpaper engine. I like everything about wallpaper engine better, but the wallpaper previews are lacking severely. It's impossible to preview the wallpaper without first downloading it and then applying it. The preview it shows by default when you first click on the item shows a fraction of the actual wallpaper so you don't have a clear idea of what you're getting until you go through all those extra steps. I minor inconvenience, but I hope they improve it.
The user interface works well enough, but it's far from refined, it needs to be smoothed out, it does not look complete or streamlined. Functionality wise I really like this program. The search function is very good.
The user interface and clarity on how exactly to use all the features need to be refined quite a bit, though as far as getting the wallpapers you want working on the desktop, it's good. Right now this is my preferred wallpaper management tool.

Takes up a boat load of resources when gaming even with gaming mode enabled. Only get if you plan to use it when not gaming for a while.
It's a 50/50 for me. I mean, it's good for showing off - but that's all that there is to it. Personally, I like it, but I feel kinda ripped off you know? Not worth the buy. Maybe buy it on sale if £4 is a lot to you. People only spend like 5 seconds looking at their desktop max.
Very good to use. Although, there are a few bugs and sometimes the Steam Workshop built in to the app just doesn't work, It is very streamlined and quite customisable. If you have £/$5 to spare and want to spice up your computer, this is definitely a brilliant option.
