RUSH is a good concept that is not unlike many other minimalist level-based puzzle games on Steam. The primary mechanic is reminiscent of some flash games: it involves placing arrows in left, up, right, and down directions on 3-dimensional grid to get blocks of each color from a source location to a destination. When you press "go", the blocks start to roll from the source. They also must not collide in their path from the source to the destination, which requires careful timing. The puzzle mechanics lead to somewhat varied and occasionally quite challenging scenarios.
However, I would say that the game suffers from two primary drawbacks in terms of the puzzle design. First, some of the puzzles are too routine. Connecting source streams to a destination is essentially equivalent to a "connect the dots" puzzle and in many cases (for Tutorial, Easy, and Medium levels, at least), there's only one obvious way to do it. This is especially true when only given left, right, up, and down arrows (the game also offers other features like switch placements, that alternate between left and right, that are a bit more interesting where present).
The other problem is a bit more serious in my opinion, which is that the primary mechanic which makes the game interesting -- the timing of when blocks collide -- is tricky to predict. There is a logic to it, at least I believe so, but it is never explained in the tutorial or in the easy levels. Blocks seem to move at different speeds depending on whether they fall, or whether they are caused to switch from an arrow. And as far as I can tell, the blocks sometimes come out at different speeds on different levels. As the idea of getting the blocks to not collide is a primary challenge of the game, I wish the devs had chosen a more predictable motion for this mechanic. For example, blocks moving one square per timestep would encourage the player to think through solutions around timing more carefully. As is, it is more of a guess-and-check approach to find what works, which I find less compelling for the puzzle game genre.

Decent Puzzle game, confusing at times due to camera not allowing to see in different angles.
If you love puzzles, this is a good one, otherwise i'd recommend looking for other type of stuff since it can be somewhat frustating to someone like me(though you can always use the hint system which lets you finish if you have trouble doing them, however to me was like the ultimate option and let me feel defeated xd)
Fun puzzle game with easy achievements, also with portal 2 themed levels
