Just started playing, this is already really cute and fun. Some of ya'll are being way to judgemental. This is made by a small indie team not a triple A company. They did a great job especially for the price which is too low.
Nobody will read my review so I Will FInd 1 Friend For Every Like this gets.
If you like games like Fire N' Ice (1993) and Wyv and Keep (2014) you'll probably like this game! The geniuses behind this also made a golf game! Check it out!

Nice 1 or 2 player platform game. Puzzles are sometime tricky, but nice thing is you can always so back and tray again if you miss some treasure. Thank you to the creator for hours of fun with my daughter playing this game.

If you are looking for a complex puzzle platformer with big levels, challenging difficulty and skills development then Koala Kids is definitely not for you. But if you are looking for family fun during short sessions it is for sure something that this game can deliver. On the plus side there are good level and puzzles design, more possible solutions of many levels, instant gameplay, reasonable difficulty, presence of local multiplayer, cute graphics and suitability for family playing. On the minus side are the absence of story, low variability of enemies and environment, absence of any skills development or some other RPG elements, impossibility to setup the controller inside the game, generic music and creeping stereotype due to low variability of simplicity of the game concept.

Thanks to the short levels, reasonable difficulty and local multiplayer the game is very suitable for playing by the whole family which is an indisputable plus. And this is actually deciding factor why I am giving this nice little game Thumbs Up and VideoGaming Father’s index 7- out of 10 - recommended.
Very nice game, though I may be biased cause koalas are my favorite animals. Great quality for the price, no bugs or other glitches. Took me a couple hours to play through, not counting co-op and not counting the level editor. Also, works great on the steam deck.
Good: Nice puzzle platformer aimed for kids. Two-player levels are a nice bonus, enjoyed most with my daughter
Bad: Solution is pretty straightforward in most levels, hence it may get boring quickly
Verdict: 7 (Assuming kids are playing, for adults it is pretty easy and subpar)
Fun little puzzle platformer, especially in co-op. Definitely worth the low price and roughly 8 hours of playtime. :)
A fantastic, adorable and, if I dare to say so myself, oldschool puzzle platformer. There is a good plenty of levels to go through, and without grinding it took me a good couple of evenings to finish the game - and some more to get it to 100%. The puzzles aren't extremely hard to solve but some were pretty tricky, which provided even more fun. Overally I'd say it's a great game for people who like their platformers to be simple, fun and bring out some nostalgia - and it's absolutely a MUST for every avid koalas' fan, like me.

people might judge me for buying shovelware like this but like. look. look at the achievements. LOOK at all the terrible grammar and weird humour. how can you NOT want to own something like that
also this is a decent and very relaxing puzzle game but you can cheese a lot of the stages with unintended solutions lol

El koalafied el beautiful amazing game, nothing can beat this game with it's simplicity, creativity and cuteness. Brings me super mario nostalgia but with a koala twist and If I am being honest, it can't get any better. This a koalfied game for sure my koala community ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ
is a charming adventure-puzzle game with delightful graphics, engaging gameplay, and adorable characters. Perfect for all ages, it offers a fun and heartwarming gaming experience.
Really fun cute difficult 2D platformer/rage puzzle game.
Each level progresses in difficulty with spike traps, dart gun statues, hunters, porcupines, lava rocks and more obstacles that you have to avoid or trap to progress and get treasure. Getting all the treasure in the level is the goal and it unlocks rewards for your character in form of hats and stuff for the Koala home base.
Each door has 4 levels [or more maybe later in game] and 2 treasure rewards you have to unlock for each door.
only con:
There is a bug that sometimes if you die the treasure you collect can glitch into the floor and it forces you to reset the level. This can suck if you die at the end of a long level.
It's simple and really fun and goes on sale for 50 cents. It's worth the $1.99 its normally on sale for.
Very fun puzzle game, challenging levels but not too challenging to where they are frustrating, was nice to see what items I would unlock after each round of levels so not a bad time waster for the price.
I only assume the game has low achievement rate due to the controls but these can be changed and the 2 player stages (different mode) are quite good if you can get a buddy to play otherwise a nice challenge for yourself on your own to manage more than one koala to get to the end of each stage.
This is a fun little puzzle platformer that plays out on single screen levels. I was never completely stumped, but I did have to think ahead to get 100%s without resorting to plain trial and error. There are frequent checkpoints, but it is possible to lose treasure onto certain unrecoverable places (which will require a level restart in order to get 100%).
The controls are responsive, and some platforming skill (with a good reaction time) will probably be necessary to complete the game.
The rewards at the end of each world and the music / graphics lead to a sense of fun and accomplishment. A great little game. And with local co-op and a level editor, there is definite replay value. Just don't come in with expectations of an epic masterpiece.
Nice little 2D Puzzle Platformer mostly aimed at a younger audience. Dying in the game has almost no significance and you can keep trying until you solve the level. Has a few flaws but overall very entertaining.
This is a super fun game! I love watching the house develop as I save more Koalas and hearing the music change as I save more band members. I went 100% on my first run which isn't that hard to do. I just finished the game so, my 3.2 hours is about how long it took me to complete the game minus co-op. (I haven't done that yet!) I also haven't tried out the level builder yet either which sounds really interesting.
Anyways, I would suggest this game. It's really fun to play in your spare time. I loved collecting money and trapping the baddies in every stage. The game is only $0.99 so I'd say it's a pretty good day, but it does go on sale for less which is also a good time to pick it up. ;)

Fantastic game. Absolutely adorable koalas in funny cute hats and on top of that, solid addictive puzzle platforming action. Tons of levels, and replayability for those wanting to create their own levels and collect all the treasure and save all the koalas! I truly hope for a sequel and would pay much more than $3 to see it happen.
An absolutely adorable little puzzle game. And when taking the amount of content into the equation it's practically a steal at 3€.
Kind of miss controller support. But when Steam Controller is released that will not be a problem, if you don't want to install a third-party software like JoyToKey.
Bonus points for the TF2-esque style of unlocking hats for no other purpose than cosmetics.

Great game to also create some time with younger siblings, or just fun with the kids.
