Kelvin and the Infamous Machine is a hilarious point-and-click adventure in which you stumble irresponsibly through history to help legendary geniuses complete their masterworks!
Kelvin is the well-meaning research assistant of Dr. Edwin Lupin, an outstanding but tacky physicist who goes completely nuts when his life’s work, a shower-shaped time machine, is ridiculed by the scientific community. Bent on leaving his mark, Lupin launches himself into the past to prevent history’s greatest geniuses from completing their defining works, so HE can complete them instead.
Now the very fabric of time is beginning to unravel, and it’s up to Kelvin and his fellow research assistant Lise to repair it. Point and click your way through three wacky, gorgeously drawn chapters to help Ludwig van Beethoven, Isaac Newton, and Leonardo da Vinci achieve their destined greatness!

So I finished it in one evening
Worth it
Short, witty adventure with a lot of references to DOTT and some fun easter eggs. A few historical figures and references give this game a nice touch too. The puzzles are quite logical and you eventually sort things out. As with most graphic adventures, don't look for clues online, just exit the game if you get stuck, and come back another day. Otherwise you'll finish the game too quickly.
Honestly, a super fun interactive puzzle game with lots of fun hidden Easter eggs and hidden referents. At first I thought that this would be very childish and wouldn't be fun to play with, but after playing it for a while, I found the game very fun and engaging, even as an adult.
A funny game with good voice acting, with mostly serviceable gameplay.
I played only the first chapter but it can be summed up as typical point & click series of actions focused on obtaining a certain outcome by finding items, exchanging item, combining items, etc.
So far so good.
HOWEVER...
I have to give it up for developer Blyts for finding a way to make even the dreaded moon logic look good in comparison to the logic-devoid nonsense they pulled off at the end of the first chapter of this game, which lead me to immediately get a refund.
Your mission is to make Beethoven write his Fifth Symphony. The only 'puzzles' left in the chapter are a group of drunks wanting to toast with you with a tankard, a rock-paper-scissors competition with a mysterious extra rule that rewards a tankard, a fortuneteller that can help you figure out where to find the game's rules if she has playing/tarot cards, and finally a man with playing cards who can be tricked into drinking a cocktail (that you have!) that will knock him out.
You can see the obvious path from A to B, B to C, C to D and D to E. But how does E get you to X (Beethoven writing his symphony)? Excellent question! The developer clearly had no idea either, so... IT JUST DOES! Isn't that hilaaaaaaaarious?!
Sigh.
In short: a genuinely funny point & click that you should absolutely check out if you think people complaining about games with moon logic just need to get out more. You'll love just going through the motions with your brain turned off while you enjoy the lovely voice acting and periodically chuckle to yourself as the protagonist says or does something silly.
A solid point-and-click game with hilariously entertaining dialogues—honestly, it's worth playing just for that alone. The puzzles are fairly logical, which makes the gameplay feel a bit too easy at times. However, the lack of a fast travel option slows things down more than I’d prefer. I enjoyed it.
Short fun graphic adventure, very reminiscent of 90s Lucasart point and click games. Good humour, excellent voice acting, a solid 8 out of 10

Eh, I often wish Steam had a "neither here, not there about it" button for reviews. It's alright, but not a must-play classic.
it's fun and wacky, just a good time and fun puzzles
