Huh... Well, that happened!
I don't know if I'd classify this as a game, since there wasn't really a resolution at the end, and there weren't really any puzzles to speak of. I'm wondering if I somehow missed the game everyone else was talking about.
Still, the pros of this were obviously the art style, and the sense of humor (not laugh-out-loud, like "Thank Goodness You're Here", but a chuckle).
Cons, for me personally, is that even though it leans towards a more PG-13 type of rating, the content isn't engaging enough to match that semi-tongue-in-cheek feel. It's like an adult Freddy Fish, which is less nostalgic, and more, "I'm so bored, that my eyeballs are falling out of my skull".
If you want a cute, 1.5 hour wander through someone's creative art style, with a whiff of humor, this would be your game!
Personally, nostalgia wears off pretty quick, and I'm sorry I spent even a dollar on almost two hours of my life gone.
The humor and writing is incredibly cringe. Not sure I'll be coming back to this one.
Funny Victorian detective parody. Hand-drawn style art and full voice acting.
It's very short, finished it in about an hour and a half, it's a small map and not many objects, so not difficult. There's two reaction sections where you need to control with up/down keys.
I'll be going on to Part 2.

this was a cute game, a lil short but i liked it :D
A short, very easy point and click game that's set in world that's a parody of the Victorian era, featuring a posey attitude and alleys that smell like a turd! Sadly, it was a mixed experience.
Protagonist has no personality except that of your average satirical british gentleman, and his accomplice- Gaven, is not a big talker and his only skill and use is that he's... strong. Unlikeable characters, a big minus.
Puzzles are also incredibly easy to figure out. Basically you click all the interactable spots and the game will progress maybe except the times you merge some items to make tools. Every single line is voice acted but after a while(which wasn't long with how short the game is) it got tiresome to hear the jokes this game offers. If you're wondering about the story, it's nothingburger. In the wider scale(of actually solving a murder) nothing happens at all.
My final verdict is... it is just okay to play if you can get it very, very cheap and really can't find anything else to play. But can I recommend this to other people who are unaware of this game? That's a firm no. Game has its charms(mostly its artstyle), but is forgettable and not a good example of the genre. 2 outta 10.
Excellent game - captivating story, quite charming characters, fantastic music and funny dialogs with cleverly crafted puns. Had a great time playing it!
