cool, i did ALL the puzzles.
nice little point and click, nothing special and some puzzles are subpar but it does what you pay for.
Okay story, but very banal gameplay.
A short challenging and suspenseful time travel adventure
too easy
Neat game with some cool little plot twists. I played the first half in 2017...finished it today. Still made perfect sense, story-wise and probably fits the time traveling theme of things pretty well. It involves a lot of point-and-click game play puzzles.
Good
Quick, fun and engaging! Relatively straightforward puzzles. Great story. Highly recommended to fans of point and click adventure.
What a brilliant plot puzzle!
certified gem from 2012. i remember begging my mom to give me money so i could purchase the second episode on my kindle. game still holds up all this time!
Very good and quite immersive! I enjoyed the turns of the plot, as well as the historical nods that were present throughout. I very much enjoyed taking items and trying to use them on objects that I knew wouldn't work just to enjoy some of the unique dialogue. There were a few parts that frustrated me, but all in all a very enjoyable experience.
Great game I highly recommend it
Solving puzzles was a lot of fun
A puzzle game where most solutions are easy to understand. A quick fun game with an interesting narrative.
good if you like point n click a little too generic and short for me tho.

This had been sitting on my library for way too long. Point and click adventure with time travel elements. It's amazing.
Loved it - the visuals, the puzzles, the characters. While the take on time travel in this game is nothing new and has been reused countless times in other media, the narrative was interesting and kept me wanting to know more about what's going on. I only wish that the game was longer.
Love this point and click adventure game centred on the time travel mechanic, where doing stuff in the present affects the environment in the future. It is a very creative way to these kind of puzzles.
Point & Click - Got my curiosity
Time Travel - Got my attention
Clean art style and a cleaner UI. No crazy moon logic or item management system. This is what modern point & clicks should look and play like. Short and sweet story, chapter select for the few miss-able achievements.
played this when i was younger still feels the same (in a good way)
Writing a good time-travel story, especially one that takes full advantage of its concept and doesn't leave gaping plot holes, is WAY harder than most people realise. And admittedly there are times when it feels like this game could have taken advantage of its core concept a bit more extensively. The core mechanic of switching between the 70s and a post-apocalyptic future at the click of a button was cool, but felt at times like it could have been a bit more elaborate, or at least used for some slightly more dramatic scenes.
Still, in terms of story and setting, I enjoyed this game overall. The plot grips you from the beginning, and does a good job of keeping you intrigued throughout, never bogging itself down with excess details or unnecessary extra characters. Post-apocalyptic stories presented in a minimalist way always intrigue me, and this one is a great example of that. The atmosphere is also very well done, consistently conveying a sense of isolating and dreary emptiness that keeps the player on their toes even during the slower scenes.
In terms of puzzles, adventure game veterans might find the ones in this game a little simple by classic point-and-click standards. Personally, though, I think they're balanced well, just challenging enough that you feel like you're playing an active role in the game, but never so complex as to bog things down and break the story's pace.
Overall, if you're a fan of adventure games with strong narratives, I'd definitely recommend this one.
Fun, short, little point and click adventure game. The art style is simple but has a nice style to it. Puzzles mostly make sense, though there are a couple that are a bit obtuse, and one where I had to use a guide.
Voice acting is pretty good, I wish the player character's internal thoughts had been voiced though.
The story is pretty good, tying into this I enjoyed the mechanic of switching back and forth between time periods. The whole time travel story is pretty interesting, though there are a couple of unanswered questions/ possible plot holes that are common with time travel story. I enjoyed the bittersweet ending however, and it wrapped things up mostly quite well. Overall not bad for a game I got for about 60p during a steam sale.

3/5 star
I like all point and click and this one is well done. Puzzles are on the easier side and story is good but not great. Graphics reminds me of "Tiny Room Stories Town Mystery" (that one is harder than this). A good "filler game" you can complete in a day. Good but not great.
great story line and challenging puzzles
The Silent Age is a good point & click game. It's a great story, the puzzles are not too difficult to solve, the graphics are nice and the ambiant is weird. I recommend it!!! 💗💗💗
Short but good
very good story.
nice game

Review - 7/10 - Pretty good puzzle game, Definitely a mobile game
Difficulty - 3/10
Hardest Achievement - Mixology
It has a catchy storyline.
I played this game as an 11-year-old kid for the first time.
It feels good to experience the same vibe after 11 years!
Very nice and short game that can be played one chapter a time.
Puzzles are good and while I'm not a fan of time travel, it's used clever manner to drive solving puzzles in this game. While writing is tight with some good ideas, there are some missed opportunities there related to plot and intellectual aspects of technology and politics, as wells as exploring system shock related to familiar, yet different culture.
total garbage.
Good looking, good atmosphere. Puzzles. Short story. Interesting and kinda nice puzzles. I enjoyed it.
Decent point and click puzzle game that did not overstay its welcome. Recommend on sale.
The mystery at hand, simple puzzles, and time travel mechanic was just enough to pull me through to the conclusion. I did like the environmental art, the audio, and the ambiance they created together. In the end however, it was unsatisfying to complete the story arc. Of particular disappointment, the voice acting of the protagonist was the weakest of the cast and really put a dampener on my immersion - repeated faux stuttering was enough to cause a grimace or two. It’s a 4/10 from me unfortunately, with countless point-and-click adventures I’d recommend you play instead.
It is a short, but pretty sweet, game if you have a history in point and click adventures. The story keeps you pretty interesting, although at the end it isnt the strongest one you have ever played. Still a decent game in 2024, so if it is on sale or you just have the cash to buy it and want to have 3 hours of PnC fun, go for it!
If this is on sale and you are nostalgic for the point and click days of the 90s then this might be for you. I didn't find the plot completely convoluted which helps because the message is short, simple, yet effective. At times it reminded me of my kings quest days where I was just tapping everywhere on the screen to find the next interaction but if you want to switch off and go full story mode then this is a game you might be interested in.
6.5/10 Solid Media
Played this game on mobile a few years ago. Decided to get it and play though it again. People's complaints about the back and forth nature of this game are legitimate. I think you can write this off since that is often how things go with point and click puzzle games. The selling point is really the stylized atmosphere. The story itself is good with a twist I wasn't expecting. Best experienced if you have an hour to play through the whole game in one sitting.
played on the ipad nice lil time travel story
Loved it. And not just for the nostalgia.
Unique atmosphere and visuals, story was kinda cool, puzzles kinda easy. I finished it in 7-8 hrs.
5/10
For a point and click game it is very engaging
its a good game yo
Oh yeah this totally wasn't influenced by Steins;Gate, time travelers getting stuck in walls and faking death scenes to not influence the future are just coincidences, yessir.
Get it on discount, watch Steins;Gate while you wait for that to happen.
Fairly short puzzle game centered on time travel and its disastrous consequences. I’ve played a few puzzle games that were overly complicated and I don’t like those very much, but this had puzzles of a reasonable difficulty and I was able to figure them all out without checking online for the answers. Enjoyable for a one-time playthrough.
I liked this game. Flowed nicely between using different timelines. I liked the cheeky banter thoughts. Didnt like how short it was. Good story line.
