100+ missions spread out over 3 complete campaigns, and all new flash missions. These are opportunistic mini-missions encountered as you explore the deep unknowns of the Space Hulk that can yield a tactical advantage or be a deadly trap.
Rogue Mode
Play random generated Hulks in this all new way to play Space Hulk collecting points to challenge friends and foes on Steam Leaderboards.
Exploration and Discovery
Terminators reveal the layout of the Space Hulk as they venture deep into the darkness.
Additional Weapons, Tactical Options and Game Rules
Game mechanics have been reworked to make Space Hulk Ascension a true video game experience. Combi-weapons (Combi-Melta, Combi-Plasma and a Combi-Flamer) have been added to the game as well different firing modes like aimed shots and alternate flamer patterns.
Genestealer Variations
Genestealers with Fleshhook, Feeder Tendril and Acid Maw biomorphs have been added to the game, each with their own special game mechanics. You can also encounter biomorphs with scythes that have multiple attacks or carapace for increased armor.

This is by far the best Warhammer 40k space hulk game it was true adaption of the board game and honestly just nailed the whole theme and aesthetic which if they didn't it wouldn't have stood a chance.
There's not much wrong with the game per say never had any gameplay bugs or issues but what the big gripe is and still stands is the fact the developers just couldn't be arsed to notify that the License between them and games workshop ended which they decided to pull the game from the store leaving those who wanted to buy the dlcs unable to.
They couldn't even be bothered to release the dlcs for free as an update all we got is "SORRY BYE" its pathetic.
Yet another game from my library that I now find is no longer available on Steam. WTF is going on around here? Left and right, good board game adaptations are being pulled off Steam. Some to be replaced with poorly designed trash that serve only as a vehicle for DLCs and micro transactions. Others, like this, just appear to have been yanked "just cus".
Fortunate I suppose in that since I already own it, I can still install and play it, for now at least. But sad that I can no longer obtain the expansion that went with it.
What would be great, is if there were some transparency on the part of either Valve, or the developer/publisher, as to WHY they've pulled their game.

Can recommend this title, but only barely.
It's rly hard and unforgiving.

Your level of skill will not as much as you wish it would.
This is an awesome game. You know, if you could buy it. Letting the best Space Hulk game go into the void is so uncalled for. Sell it. Sell it. Sell. It. Don't be ridiculous.
This game is a little slow paced but does a great job of capturing the tabletop feel of Space Hulk in a TBS video game. Its a little repetitive, but once you get into the rhythm of the game and its mechanics, it becomes very addictive. Each board is like a little puzzle you have to solve to optimize your performance. Overall, I was surprised by how much I liked it. (lol, it was in my library for 8 years before I finally played it.)
Love this game, wish i could get the other DLC's for it
