Not a game-altering DLC at all, but an alternate history short story collection, for sale on Steam no less. It still ties into the game it's attached to pretty well, and it's a neat idea in general, especially since it includes stories from the most famous alt-history writer of them all: Harry Turtledove. Still, it is kind of overpriced, as Paradox DLCs usually are.

Books
POV: You Bought Ultimate Edition and have no idea what this is

Eh, it is a collection of short stories. Some are actually good but are too short (obviously). After each story is a snippit of what actually happened in history as well as a description of the author and a list of their other works if you like how they write. Get it while it is on sale.
(Heh, Steam asks if I recommend this game. It's a book, Steam!)
I ended up picking up this ebook on sale when it was only 2 dollars. I didn't really know what to expect from it, but honestly, this is one of my better steam purchases (for the price I got it). I found the stories interesting and entertaining, and I can relate with some of my playthroughs with CK2, EU4, and Vic 2.
Great as a book, but get it on sale.
9/10. Great reading for history buffs, and since your playing EU4, I assume you at least have a decent knowledge of World History. But 7 dollars for a digital pdf on Steam is a little crazy. I prefer paper copy for that price.
I thought it was going to add new content to EU4... It's a PDF, not DLC.
EDIT: I was pretty confident that Steam wasn't a book store until now.
