Slick Single Player Gameplay Too

The story mode for this game is unbelievably hard that I question what they were thinking when they were making this game. Also, the gameplay isn't much different from a normal Worms game so there isn't much insentive outside of story mode to get it.
Is it better than the other Worms games? I think so. So much fun, and always made some great local multiplayer gameplay when I had little other options.
Worm go boom
Maaaan, 5v5 worms is fun, drowning your enemies is also fun!
Most buggy and clunky worms game so far. AI either stupid or 100% accurate. And they use like 20-30 each turn for no reason. Just avoid it and go for one of the others

im up all night beating my friends worms
It's worms.
Not the biggest fan of the lara croft knock of narrator and the really forced feeling attempt to inject more of a story into "blow each other up" the game.
But it's functional, works well on Steam deck, buttons displayed are not matching the controller but still its not a bad lay out you can learn and feels fairly natural.
Think I'd overall rather armageddon (why no remaster bonus features for PC Team 17?) in my library over this, not sure why I bought this instead at the time I did.
If you like worms though nothing leapt out at me as wrong with this one. Just prefer the comic style over the 3d models.
