Insane mix of cars, speed, explosions, blood and zombies! Fight through an epic narrative campaign or test yourself in the Slaughter and Blood Race modes. Engage huge bosses, save survivors, drive crazy vehicles such as a bulldozer, fire truck or even a tank and smash everything in your way. Take part in the Blood Race tournament - chase other cars and take them down without mercy on brutal racing tracks. Jump into the Slaughter mode and survive as long as possible on specially crafted arenas.

Fun arcade shoot-em-up reminiscent of Carmageddon. Play gets a bit repetitive, but I keep coming back to it every few months for a couple of hours.
Not bad
Simple, fun, and exhilarating.
Really good game that holds up even today. Graphics are nice, and the driving is fantastic once you get used to the handling. Devs really took a step further, adding some simple, short yet cool cinematics that adds to the world building, such as the military arriving at each new location to set up base.
Plus, there are some missions that are 100% fun focused, like when they give you a tank with infinite ammo to just blow stuff up, which contrasts with today game designs.
Game is quite underrated and if you enjoy casual fun I highly recommend it (There are some missions that can get quite challenging too).
Summary : a good game which could have been way better but they just miss it !
I've played this game many years ago and took advantage of a sales to get it again here on Steam with all DLCs.
It's pretty good to blow off some steam when you're angry at something or someone, visuals and FX are great, there are plenty of zombies to destroy with a good deal of weapons.
Story is engaging and quite well done despite being not very original at all.
Then it comes to the issues & fails of this game.
Car behavior is really bad, pure arcade behavior but still even the heaviest vehicule can slide (the bulldozer for instance, which by the way is no playable except on a specific mission.) This is particularly annoying or even worth in championships and races as camera is ("far") too close, we can't see road very far away and tracks themselves are always pretty small with lot's of tight curves which just kill all the fun.
Opponents are respawned upon destruction almost instantly, for us, of course, it takes a lot more time.
Also in slaugther mode, combo counter sometime stop whereas we're still killing zombies, very bad.
Weapons are also pretty weak and ammunitions not very high, rockets are suppose to be one of the strongest weapong but the effect is ridiculously poor as blast radius is small. Machine gun's rounds doesn't pierce through rotten corps, too bad and those annoying big fat exploding zombies always attract our car on them.
Zombies are able to do too much damage to our car with bare hands and teeth.
There is also issue with game saves as many time there is a report cloud saves are more recent than local ones !
Network management isn't good too as leaderboards loading takes too much time usually.
The worth of all is they missed the opportuny to provide kind of "endless mode" in which we could have add randomly generated goals allowing us to still enjoy wandering in the city and get to know it like in many GTA clones. For instance, there could have been "get there save X people", "get these stuff from A and bring them to B" and so on. Not so much work I guess after all that have been done, but no :(. Such a disappointment.
Once again, game designer(s) really messed up and loose a great potential.
Still it's a good catch on sale.
The game is cheap and it's good.
You drive through numerous missions or shoot your way through masses of zombies and have to keep your vehicle in good condition. There are also a few upgrades and some good character dialogues.
Really cool.

I had this sitting in my library for about 5 years. I totally ignored it until recently. But once I got started, I couldn't stop playing. It's got a pretty fun game play campaign with more variety than you would expect. There are about 31 missions in total. Besides the campaign, they offer a couple of other modes as well. If you enjoy driving, carnage, and killing zombies, I think you will really appreciate this game.

I got this game wayyyyyy back in the little ol year of 2017 cause it was on sale for $0.90. Played it once and haven't touched it since, this game feels sorta empty and shovelware-y, but that might be cause it's a product of its time.
I really wasnt expecting much from this game.
But to my suprise, I only wanted to kill an hour or so before bedtime. And now its 3am...
Simple to play. Easy learn.

What a crazy, addictive, frenetic game, bro. It's practically a "2D" Zombie Carmageddon with lots of blood everywhere.
The gameplay is extremely fun, the cars have their own acceptable physics. The weapons are awesome.
The zombies are insanely similar to those in Left 4 Dead and a little bit of Killing Floor in parts!
The missions are good and the difficulty increases as time goes on.
The soundtrack is pure rock.
And the graphics are great both for the time and today!
In short: IT'S WORTH IT, PLAY IT, GET ADDICTED, RUN OVER ZOMBIES, BREAK RECORDS AND BE FRENETIC! One of the best Carmageddon-inspired racing games that has ever existed! Racing lovers don't know what they're missing out on with this game!🔥🔥🔥
Man, this game made me realize how much I miss the older arcade-type AA games of the xbox360+ps3 era. Tons of fun, especially with controller (like most driving games)
Funktioniert auf Intel UHD Non GPU sehr gut auf voller Qualität. Gegen langeweile ist das Spiel in ordnung.
Zum teil machts auch irgendwie spaß die missionen zu erfüllen.

its all right but i thought upgrading your weapons/armor was gonna show on the car but it doesn't. i don't like how you have to pick up weapons around the map either. but other than that its nice i got it for less than a dollar
Game wont even start!
This game was amazing on Steam at a glorious 60fps. Made me appreciate it alot more after being disapointed with the low framerate of the Switch version. This game is really fun once you get into it. I hope the developers consider making a sequel with multiplayer modes and split-screen etc.
another steam deck favourite of mine, campaign, race tournaments, and total carnage levels. a fair amount of content to cover, lots of achievements. just lots of fun in general, driving over, torching, shooting up hordes of zombies trying to stay alive in the process. upgrade your ride and weapons. small storage install space at 1.5 gb. the game can be a bit of a grind to get alot of the achievements, but its still satisfying mowing down hordes of zombies to get there. 9/10 ...cause there is always room for improvement

Awesome game! Crimsonland on wheels with zombies. Takes ~8 hours to beat Story mode. Also works great on Steam Deck.

The streets are filled with more zombies than a Halloween party gone wrong, and your job is to turn them into roadkill. The best part? You get to upgrade your car with all sorts of ridiculous weapons. Ever wanted to attach a flamethrower to your minivan? Now you can!
Graphics: The graphics are so detailed that you can almost smell the rotting flesh. The explosions are so satisfying that you’ll find yourself grinning like a maniac every time you blow up a zombie nest. And the blood splatter? Let’s just say you’ll need a virtual windshield wiper.

Just don’t take it too seriously, or you might find yourself questioning why you’re spending your time driving a taxi through a zombie apocalypse. But hey, it’s cheaper than therapy!
Though the story and gameplay are really fun, grinding all achievements was really annoying.
