The process of learning to become a conductor is a long and constant journey of learning, practice, and experience. In Maestro VR, you start with a basic baton that forces you to strictly follow the conducting patterns (as a student would). As you accumulate experience, you gain new titles, and more audience attend your concerts. You can also unlock new batons and power-ups that will give you greater freedom to conduct and become a true Maestro.

In Creative Mode, you can manipulate the tempo with your hands and load custom MIDI files to customize your orchestra and conduct your own musical pieces. The orchestra play the MIDI file in a spatialized 3D audio, and you can share your MIDI files on the Steam Workshop.

Utter rubbish. I have tried and tried and at the start, I am standing behind the book, orchestra around me, a BIG start button and I can't even hit it. I'm just standing there trying to get something to happen. The demo worked fine but the full game, utter garbage. Refund thank you!
terrible game tracking is poor dont waste your time
Trash!!!! I played the demo which was refreshing and fun, the main game is a mess it lags and not register the queues also, you have to point at everything while trying to still keep up the tempo with the little tiny bubbles. my eye sight is now engaged with my hands rather than the orchestra,

The casual mode is great and is by far the best mode in the game so far and career mode is the worst, its unnecessarily difficult and nit picky. If you can some how master the career mode conducting in this game you will probably have a good time
Great game with a perfect 3D sound because makes you feel like you're really standing in front of a real orechestra. I playing it for about 2 hours and I really enjoy it very much. Highly recommended 10/10!
I was waiting for a discount on the game, and now during the Rhythm Festival, I decided to give it a try. Honestly, Maestro VR has huge potential, although it still needs some polishing. If you like classical music and have always wanted to know what it feels like to conduct an orchestra, this game is a unique experience that's worth checking out.
The first thing that impressed me was how immersive the game is. The 3D sound surrounds you and makes you feel like you're really standing in front of a real orchestra. It’s amazing to see how your movements affect the music you're conducting. Also, the Creative Mode is great for those who want to experiment with MIDI files and create their own music. Even though I'm not an expert, it was a lot of fun to play around with.
The progression system is also well done. Unlocking new batons and skills as you improve is a nice touch that keeps you hooked. And even though the Casual Mode is pretty limited, it’s a good way to enjoy the game without too much pressure.
But not everything is perfect. The current system that uses spheres and pyramids to guide the movements can be a bit frustrating. Sometimes it feels more like a precision game than conducting an orchestra, which can be a little annoying when you just want to enjoy the music. The good news is that the developers are already working on a new system based on hand gestures that sounds much more intuitive and natural, so there’s hope!
Also, the user interface can be a bit tricky to handle, especially when you're in the middle of the game and need to make quick adjustments. But again, it seems like they’re working on an update to improve this, so I’m excited to see how it turns out.
Something that’s keeping me really interested in continuing to play is all the stuff the developers have promised. They’re planning some major changes, like improving the control system, redesigning the menu, and even creating a super complete music piece editor. This editor will let you load and create your own compositions, which sounds amazing for those who want to fully customize their experience in the game.
Conclusion:
Maestro VR is in Early Access, and although it has its flaws, you can tell that the developers are listening to the community and working hard to improve the game. If you like music and are willing to give a game in constant evolution a shot, I think you're going to love it. With the upcoming updates, I’m sure Maestro VR is going to get even better. Can’t wait to see what else they bring!
half of the time the song wont even start and since there's no menu button you have to restart the whole game every time that happens, when you're supposed to point at one of the members of your orchestra it will works once in a millennia. basically it's untested, there shouldn't be a career option if the game doesn't even work properly yet. it has potential but maybe work more on the game play than the designs of the hands, sometimes simple is better.
