Extremely fun rhyme game and awesome remixes in classical songs making them interesting to play through. The Devs also keep adding new songs to this game still making it awesome to come back to and play through more!!!!!!

Fun, challenging and will make you laugh. There is some surprisingly deep lore going on here too...

What an absolute delight of a game. I can't even remember the last time I cackled with glee playing a game. It's fun when you're starting out, flailing desperately to keep up, and it's equally satisfying as you get better. The songs are extensive and varied considering you're playing everything on a trombone, and in the event you ever get tired of everything you get here, there is an extensive mod community because of course there is, with a seemingly limitless selection of custom tracks.

This is maybe the strongest recommend I've ever given.

Absolutely adore the humour in the game, I just wish there was more playtime in the game, since I pretty quickly 100%'ed it. But it was a great experience nonetheless even if i was a bit late to the hype

This game isn't perfect, but it doesn't try to be. The writing and comedy are goofy and bad in the good charming kind of way (much like the concept of a trombone rhythm game). Good fun if you like rhythm games in general but don't come into this expecting a serious or intense experience. If you generally enjoy stuff like guitar hero or osu, and you find the idea of someone trying to fumble their way through William Tell with a trombone amusing, you'll have a good and memorable handful of hours with this.
Consider picking this up if you have enough to spare, and if it's on sale I would just give it a go.

When I feel down, trombone always cheer me up

I highly recommend this game. The story is a trip (yes, there is a story), the game play is silly, and it's the only game I've seen where you can play 8-bit trombone as a baboon. Whether you're great at rhythm games, or you're awful at them, this will be simple fun. On top of all this, the accessibility options are vast so truly anyone can enjoy this game to their full capacity.

Getting the 100% wasn't too bad. Getting all of the S tier rankings of songs is a bit of a grind, as well as collecting all the Tromboner (heh) cards for those final few achievements, but outside of that getting the full 100% completion was a fun experience :]

Great game, very fun to play and its very funny

Perfect for band geeks and orchestral music lovers. While it's challenging, it's easily one of the most entertaining rhythm games out there. The factoids about each piece and the ability to do practice mode at various speeds show that the devs care about the player getting better at the game, and they're not just sadistic. The game demands getting good but also doesn't take itself too seriously. I can't remember laughing this hard from playing any other game.

The levels are good and it's just as much fun when you play well or when you're bad. I guess if you're not into weird humour and baboons, maybe that's not for you. Or if you want to hear nicely played trombone.

This is a 10/10 game. Its just perfect.
You just have to play it before you understand what i mean.

Silly Goofy Game.

Comes a wide selection of greatly made songs but with the Custom Maps mod, it easily makes this game a 10/10.

Souls-like Tromboner that refuses to take anything even remotely serious. It afcourse depends whether you like the humor. If you like the muppets or crazy looney tunes humor, there's a big chance that you will like this. If not... well, nothing then. Anyway, lost a tooth today and half my hair and it still made me laugh, so big thumbs up for all the crazy tooffts.

Super unique, fun gameplay and an absurd amount of silliness. For those who like rhythm games or simply want a casual, goofy experience.

Finally. After 8+ years. I've gotten all achievements on a steam game.

It's fun, it's ridiculous, and it's really easy to get swept into the "let me try to get S rank one more time" loop. The hidden stuff isn't impossible to figure out, but just hidden enough you actually have to think about it or mess around with the game to discover.

This game truly is the magnum opus of the human civilisations. Thousands of years of evolution all led up to this absolute masterpiece being created. This game has actively improved my life and it has also enlightened me every time I start it up because of all the trombone facts. I don't care what games you usually play everyone has to experience this game at least once in their life.

This is one of the best rhythm games ever. Super accurate to playing a real trombone. There are a ton of staple classical/jazz/folk songs but also some upbeat electronic/ska songs. They somehow managed to make all of the songs hilarious through sound effects and artwork. You can also collect cards of famous trombone players and composers. Definitely worth the price.

Trombone Champ is one of the best rhythm games I've ever played, it has a silly story that makes you laugh, and you don't have to be perfect to finish it. It's one of the most beginner friendly rhythm games and the best thing about it is that the modding community is amazing, custom songs, custom game-play options, the fun never ends in Trombone Champ. I would recommend this amazing game to you!

Trombone Champ does somewhat satisfy an itch for a solid rhythm game. There's a bunch of accessibility options. It has a healthy numbers of songs, mostly familiar ones with a small handful of original pieces and with a couple of cosmetic things to unlock. I did enjoy this game for what it was and I did laugh while playing the songs. However the comedy that happens outside of gameplay loses its novelty very quickly.

A huge downside to this game is that there is very little much incentive to go back once you finish it. The playlist is good but it is filled with plenty of songs you've heard before through cultural osmosis which lessens the need actively play them outside of 100% completion. (I actively avoided the Christmas songs for that reason alone). Plus there aren't alternative modes that can spice things up which would've helped this game out tremendously. I recommend getting this once it goes on sale and try to savour it

This game is amazing. I love the art style and humor. I would fully recommend this to everyone. Very much worth the money it costs. One thing I will say, though, is that some of the lore is a little hard to find. Would recommend 5 out of 5 stars.

I saw Markiplier play this game on an off-hand video and boy, I was not disappointed with this game. Its filled with classical and club-style tracks, plus a surprisingly in-depth and wacky story that is connected despite the lack of interface for a story itself. It is truly one of its kind and I highly recommend it to anyone who has even the smallest speck of love for music

I always play my games with inverted controls but in this game, inverted was an absolute nightmare.
If you traditionally play inverted, go to the options immediately and switch it.
Silly game and fun overall.

I've finally beat this game and it was amazing. There was fun modes and songs, along with the final song which is fun to play and listen to. Overall I would give this game a 8/10

Trombone champ honestly at first seemed as it was, a silly rhythm game that you would play for an hour or so and move on. Oh how wrong I was, Trombone champ offers so much more than at first glance. With hours worth of secrets and even a crazy out of this world story line the game is one of the most exciting rhythm games I have played as of late. With a massive deck of songs to play through and of course a ranking system for your performance it will be almost addicting to try and reach the highest grade for each song. One thing that separated this game from other rhythm games is not only its humor, but its progression. After completing songs you will be awarded with toots which can be used to purchase cards which you can collect from the main menu. Using this cards eventually takes you on this crazy and wonderful story about a god and his enemies the chimps. Progressing through the story will allow you to unlock sound tracks and characters and even new trombone colors. The games humor here is top notch and really isn't afraid to make fun of itself or the player. Trombone champ is something all players should experience going in to it blind. As well even if you are not a fan of most rhythm games I recommend this one for you because it is like no other. 7/10
