It seems you have to add it to Data Execution Prevention exceptions for it to even launch. | Well, it is Kohan, relies heavily on capturing resource and settlement spots, with auto-engagement battles.
I recently started posting reviews, this game is old and long dead but here is the kicker, its corrupt version of the game . xD, it just hit me right now why? xDDD
Kohan needs modern sequels with rpg elements
I cannot recommend this game for it doesn't work on modern Windows OS like Windows 11.
I wished people play this more and had modern support, one of GOAT RTS of all time.
the AI doesnt allow you to build up an army. makes the game not fun if you cant win
Highly recommendable old but gold fantasy strategy game, with great story, music, voice acting and looks even IF its old. Along with its mechanics. Surely better then the first one too, yet saddening that there is no newer version...
Growing up putting 1000's of hours making full campaigns for my family to play in the various Kohan games, I had to grab this if for nothing but nostalgia.
I found myself getting lost in this game once more. Campaign was fun but really, remaking some of my favorite campaign levels in the editor mode and expanding on them was worth it alone.
Older game and it shows at time, but I had nothing but a blast
