Urbance Clans Card Battle! is a rather poor ripoff of games like MtG: Arena and Hearthstone, but this costs money and those are free to play if you don't mind grinding. This is a weak Cyberpunk themed CCG where you battle various enemies in a linear campaign... and don't get too excited about there being a campaign because there's not many fights, little to no story, and what story there is, is weak and badly written.
That leaves the game itself... which will make you want to leave, too. If Magic is the Chess of CCGs and deckbuilders, this is Candyland with the board torn in half and some of the pieces missing. While it works, it's just rudimentary with little variation, not much in the way of combos or strategy... even "casual" deckbuilders like Slay the Spire have more going on than this. And there's very little variety in the cards, either, and not much theme. You'll basically be shoving your cards up against identical cards from the enemy. Talk about bland.
From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
While there are options to change the resolution for the game, all this does is scale up the simplistic 2D art assets used to make the game, which makes little or no difference to the graphics quality. Without any other substantial graphics tweaks, it's not possible for gamers to improve the lacklustre 2D visuals.
The game features simple, fairly basic 2D visuals, and while some effort went into them, and they don't look bad exactly, they don't look great, either. In the 3D era of gaming, that kicked off in the mid 1990's with dedicated 3D GPUs like the S3 Virge and ATI Rage, phoning in the graphics like this isn't going to win any awards or appeal to enthusiast PC gamers.
This is indistinguishable from a mobile app, but they put this on Steam instead of the app stores by mistake. Was it rejected by Apple and Google (they do have more rigorous quality standards than Valve does for Steam, after all)?.
Regardless, for all intents and purposes Urbance Clans Card Battle! might as well be a mobile app, it has the same limitations and dumbed down qualities. It's impossible to recommend such a game to PC gamers. We don't spend all this money building gaming rigs so we can pretend they're iPhones.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected.
For comparison, the $5 asking price for this game could get you games like "The Forest", "Metro Last Light" or "Fallout: New Vegas". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam?
Urbance Clans Card Battle! has the comically over-optimistic price of around $5 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the sheer number of completely free, much higher quality games on Steam.

Too short (less than 4 hours for the first gameplay), a generic story, a basic card game.
Honestly, for the time it lasted, it was also enjoyable to play. If it had lasted too long, it would have been boring.
It is up to you to decide whether it is worth spending your money for these few hours.
HOW TO PLAY:
The game is based on card duels, with decks of exactly 30 cards. The cards have a power cost from 1 to 10, there is no limitation on the number of cards that can be played per turn. Cards are never discarded, nor is there a limitation on the number of cards in hand.
The power at the start of the turn is equal to the number of turns played but cannot exceed the value of 10. The power not used to play the cards is discarded.
Each card has an attack and hit point value and can have special abilities. There are 5 positions for each player to place cards. If during the attack phase one of your cards is in the same position as an enemy card, then the two cards collide, taking away their attack value from the other's hit points. If a card reaches zero hit points, it is eliminated from the battlefield.
If the cards do not collide, the hit points are removed from the opponent.
Whoever brings the opponent to zero hit points first wins the fight.
PURPOSE OF THE GAME:
Defeat all the enemies following a fixed path, with increasing difficulty (but never impossible).
disappointing boring gameplay
They did a great job with the Urbance Animated Pilot.
To bad the vibe of this Animated short movie can not be found in this game.
If you are interested in the game keep in mind that you only should get the game for the gameplay alone.
The Storytelling, if you can call it like that, is the bare minimum at best.
After 3 battles the game was not able to keep my attention or interest in it.
For its price I'd say it lives up to it, has nice art and subpar mechanics. Just isn't a game I'd play over and over.
This basic game structure of the units attacking across at each other works pretty well sometimes, but in this case the general lack of combo effects and other special abilities makes every fight play out more or less the same.
