when using VR I feel doki doki when the girls got too close to me. How??
Funny and good integration of the VR, but it has two major problems. The gameplay loop is heavily redundant after less than 2 hours, and also the game crashes at launch. You have to apply a fix for the game following a guide on internet for being able to play.

This is a nice change up to the premise of the last two games (Not including the VR only game). I have only played this in VR so far and am loving it!
I swear I bought it by mistake.
Game will crash after 60 seconds every time, tried fixes and done all the standard checks, no dice, refund requested.

It’s a fun game. This is my first experience with the Gal Gun series, so it was a great introduction. The soundtrack is pretty cool, and the story is both cute and funny (it even made me tear up a bit). This time, the story really felt like a romance novel, so I loved that. The boss battles were awesome. Since most of the achievements were easy, I took the time to 100% the game, and it was a cute experience 🛹
I’m into games with cool art styles, so I really liked this one. Compared to Double Peace and Returns (which I bought just to compare them), this one feels much better, at least to me. The 360-degree camera movement is a cool feature that makes it feel more like a traditional shooter. In terms of content, Double Peace has more than this one, but nevertheless, Gal Gun 2 ended up being one of my favorite games this year :')
If you do not have VR set up, the game will crash constantly. Sucks because I really liked Double Peace and was looking forward to playing 2.
beside a dragging and long story, it feels like it’s trying so hard to recapture the charm of its predecessor but falls flat on multiple fronts. it felt like a burnout playing this. the previous installment was engaging. this one, they’ve been replaced with a more generic plot that lacks the same level of humor. the gameplay mechanics, which were a unique blend of rail shooter and dating sim, now seem like a repetitive grind. sure, the graphics got a slight upgrade, but the art style that made the original so endearing feels diluted.
the character interactions, once full of witty dialogue and interesting scenarios, now feel forced. it’s like they forgot what made the characters so memorable and decided to focus more on fan service than substance. don’t get me started on the new mechanics – instead of enhancing the gameplay, they make it feel like a chore.
while the game tries to build on the success of the first game, it misses the mark by not capturing the same essence that made the original a cult favorite. it’s not disappointing, but it doesn’t live up to its potential, especially when the first game set such a high bar. 3/10
I bought this game for 1$, played this game with my father, and was told to go touch grass while giving me 10$. Great game to make a profit of 9$ :D

I bought this game for 2.01 usd before tax. This game is mid as all get out and its only BARELY a passable amount of fun if you can actually get the vr running without losing your mind. Its so shoddy but for such a low price its whatever
it's still crashing...
THE GRIND IS REALLLLL
Very disappointed the VR doesn't work. It's the only reason I got it. Thought it would be funny, instead I got a headache. Not even bothering to give it the time of day anymore.

Games doesn't work in VR. It crashes on launch each time.
Devs are complete jerks to half-ass VR and abandon all users... it just crashes, its blurry, the world stretches when you turn your head. Apparently users are able to fix using some bs with ReVive/Oculus software... but its not worth the headache in my opinion. I didn't realize the Devs didn't care one bit about their users. Since I don't see them ever fixing the broken VR they implemented... Never going to support PQube or Inti creates Co again.
Its on principle. No one wants to be duped and then neglected. Will watch occasionally to see if they care, otherwise I will only double down...
About to give them a Double Piece of my Mind
