Non-existent support for me at the Magix site.
I have made two inquiries to the technical service and I have not received any response.
Of course, without receiving a response of any kind, or even confirmation of my request, Magix sends me a satisfaction survey on the attention of its technical service.
I did not expect this poor service.
I think I made a big mistake buying this software and choosing this developer Magix.
I'm also bombarded with continuous advertising to update to more recent versions.
I do not block this because I still have the hope that Magix will send me some answer to solve the problems I have.
With this poor attention, I do not even consider spending more money on this company.

He realizado dos consultas al servicio técnico y no he recibido ninguna respuesta.
Eso sí, sin recibir respuesta de ningún tipo, o incluso confirmación de mi solicitud, Magix me envía una encuesta de satisfacción sobre la atención de su servicio técnico.
No esperaba este deficiente servicio.
Creo que me equivoqué grandemente comprando este software y elegiendo a este desarrollador Magix.
También estoy bombardeado con publicidad contínua para actualizar a versiones más recientes. No bloqueo esto porque aún tengo la esperanza que Magix me envíe alguna contestación para solucionar los problemas que tengo.
Con esta pobre atención, ni me planteo gastar más dinero en esta empresa.
This is IMHO only a minor upgrade from Video Pro X8, which is not justified without an UPDATE pricing model. This should be possible as a bundle pricing! Please solve... as on the Magix website I can purchase an upgrade for a cheaper price including a bunch of plugins: http://www.magix.com/us/video-pro-x/
However, this is a nice upgrade path for those who have used Movie Edit Pro (Video Deluxe) and are looking for additional features. But beware, it is just a slightly more advanced movie editor with color correction, additional effects but it is NOT a compositor, so the features you get are pretty much the same. I still recommend this, but ONLY when on sale. Wish I could put the thumb sideways...

And it STILL does NOT allow you to use .xar files in your movies, even with Xara Designer Pro installed from Steam. Which is functionality that should be possible, but Magix keeps claiming you can not run two apps at the same time according to Steam policy. This does not seem to be true, as other applications I have on Steam do not have this limitation... (just disallows one instance PER user between systems, not one application on the same system)!
