An angel who appeared suddenly said to Serena, "This world is about to fall into the hands of the devil now and there is only people from the family of the Brazia who can save from it. Please lend me your power." Serena departed to a journey to make the angel's wish come true and save the world.

I'm afraid I won't be recommanding that video-game to anyone due to numerous reasons and a few red flags.
1) The current english translation supplied with the video-game is nothing more than a non-verified Google Translate, which is the equivalent of the worst MTL ever possible. When you know that an IA such as Sugoi can produce much better results for a small fee, I'm flabbergasted that Dieselmine stepped so low with their work's quality. By the way, the english translation is not the default language of the video-game, you'll have to fiddle around on the main menu until you find it by pure luck.
2) The gameplay is very dull and even infuriating at times. All the enemies present on the map respawn within ten seconds or so, which makes any travel quite the frustrating journey especially when the video-game doesn't teleport you back to the nearest town (or at the very least the dungeon's entrance) after defeating the boss. You'll have to walk all the way back by yourself, either fighting or avoiding all enemies on your way out. And for a video-game where you feel forced to fight your enemies at nearly every step, the experience gains are quite low so it will take you an extremely long time to reach level 41 like in the official screenshots. I must also say there are also unexplainable difficulty spikes between "areas" as the enemies suddenly feel much stronger than the protagonists, regardless of how much you level them up, gear them up with the best weapons available and upgrade their armours several times.
3) Most of the "content" we're all here for in the first place is either bound to being defeated by bosses or story events that you can actually miss by picking up the "wrong" choice. And remember what I've stated earlier about the english translation being a low-effort thing tacked onto the video-game? That won't help you in making the "right" choice. Unlocking all the scenes will take you quite some time and a good amount of work so don't expect to get any "instant gratification" out of that product. Moreover, the game is censored when installed for the first time and you might have difficulties finding the real R-18 patch in the Discussions because I've seen some malevolent people posting links to archives containing malwares and viruses.
4) The "content" mainly revolves around non-consensual events, and one of the three protagonists happens to be a Loli who looks like a child. According to the terrible translation supplied with the video-game, the explaination was that she's a witch who doesn't age so here we honking go with that old trope worthy of a basemen-dwelling Otaku! Moreover, there are two scenes where underaged children are involved. One has two young boys getting naughty with the pirate protagonist, another is yet another non-consensual event where a young girl is robbed of her innocence by tentacles. I'm feeling dirty for playing that video-game and am now expecting the 4Chan Party Van in front of anyone's doorstep who had the misfortune of purchasing it.
5) For whatever reason I've only noticed that now as I replay to verify some elements I might have forgotten about, but the translation has been so poorly done and shoved into the video-game that most of the text doesn't even properly align with the interface which means you can miss out on important informations even if you spare the time to read the broken English that product has to offer you.
6) The game is actually really short if you manage to skip all the respawning enemies and rush the bosses as much as possible. It might last you slightly over a hour, maybe two at best and that would revoke your right to request a refund from Steam. Even on sale and regardless of how low the price could go, I wouldn't bother with that product.
There's nothing really /wrong/ with this game per se (aside from abysmal localization), but everything about this game from the characters to the story, to less esoteric things like the UI or CGs are so middle-of-the-road average that this game is going to end up being forgotten probably immediately after I finish writing this review. Even now I struggle to remember most of my journey throughout the game. I'd be lying if I said it was "bad", but in this case that'd almost be preferable, because at least then I'd remember why it sucked. Ultimately, I cared nothing for the characters or story, and in the case of an RPG (H or otherwise) that is a death knell.

Don't support this lazy dev
I stopped playing this 3 years ago...now I started a new attempt. And nothing changed.
The translation is just a better MTL (but not much better). Some text are still not translated you'll get garbage.
You can see that the dev didn't put much effort into this game by looking at the poor cities.
That the fights are boring (and done with 2 hits) is a must for those games.
Even if it is cheap...there are better ones around...so I can't recommend this!

I actually have more than fourty eroge in my library and this one is't one I'm the most "proud" of.
The story, even if it's not what you're looking for in this kind of game, is basic, not to say boring.
The girls & drawings don't have anything special and looks like basic RPG maker games without any twist.
The first sex scenes is, indeed, coming quite fast but isn't interesting at all, even with the "patch" that you can, as always, get easily on the community forum.
And the traduction of the game, if you're lucky enough not to start with squares and not text, is filled with errors (squares, as I said).
I've definitely seen better.
An old school RPG that has (almost) everything I ever wanted. It is still possible to play it like a standard RPG, but who the heck wants to do that in a game like THIS? The English text are still shoddy here and there but luckily, there's a way to fix that yourself by browsing the game's folder and tweak the text's grammar to your liking.

Starting out on this game and progressing is going to be difficult. There are issues with the menus not having text in them and only showing squares where the letters are supposed to be. There is a fix for this if you look at the community hub. It explains how to get the language changed so it isn't all displayed in squares. This really should be fixed so the player doesn't have to fix something before playing the game.
Putting the text issue aside, the game is pretty fun and is definitely set to appeal to a different sense of humor than I have. Overall it is an RPG, cartoonish, and has decent sound quality.

Princess Serena is a rpg, its really good, it have story, voice acting, great ui, you can skip the prologue, the prologue is good, but nothing happens in the prologue, only history... anyways different from other games in the same genre I found it to be very straght forward, its a rpg, have the town, the npcs, and voice overs, there is some cool mechanics like the cloth breaking mechanics, that I love and cutscenes, I'm more to the gameplay side of things but I got to remember this is a rpg, so yeah cutscenes.

Another game made by Dieselmine, but this time with RPG Maker. In this short game, you´ll lead a innocent and naive princess in a journey to beat demon king.
To unlock the H content, you can find uncensor patch in community.
Pros: nice hcgs, you can unlock all cgs before last boss battle (paying 300k or beat a very strong guy). Armor break system.
cons: the game isnt fully translated (still has few untranslated names), sudden crashes
18+ Tags: scenes with different outfits (miko, ninja, princess, gothic lolita, etc), loli, solo, shota, threesome, beastility, etc.
Worth It
This is well worth the price. I like that battle H-scenes are skills, neat concept. Add the fact that the uncensored patch is free and this might end up being better than Dark Elf. Great job dev!
Let me begin with the positives, as that won't take long. The clothing damage that displays on your character's paperdoll is a nice touch. Also, it was a nice nod to RPG tradition that many cabinets and dressers have items you can take.
The game itself feels like a slog right from the beginning. It reminded me of the old scool RPGs that weren't fun, where even the first battles would take a long time, and you had to grind just to have any chance of keeping up, Couple this with art that's not impressive, as well as text formatting errors that render what's already a poor translation literally unreadable in many panels, and there's not much to enjoy about this game. Additionally, the H material being shoved in (not just a figure of speech) right at the outset both takes away the element of player choice and makes the idea of the main character being a chosen one heroine seem completely absurd. I'm fine with ryona elements, but I prefer when they result from what the player does, instead of being lazily forced in no matter what.
Edited after update: The issue with text going outside the text box has been mostly taken care of. Although the update caused a new problem for some users where all text appeared as squares. (To solve this issue, select the third option from the title menu, then the first option.) I still would suggest many other games before this one.

If I wanted to play a filth-filled H-game with barely sensical broken English, I'd go to Nutaku or some shit.

This is arguably the worst Dieselmine release yet. Text is machine translated, what do you expect at this point?
But the translation is not simply bad, the lines commonly overflow, so that you'll only see beginning of the text before everything disappears outside the screen. That is especially common problem with the item descriptions, often you'll only see the ending of the equipment descriptions.
The game also crashes on some sex-scenes while you're playing in English. But I didn't notice that happen in any mandatory ones, so I guess that is a plus...?
As far as content goes, I'm not a fan. Serena's design isn't very appealing, and she seems to be commonly drawn off-model in sex-scenes. Meia is fun, but she gets the minority of the different scenes, as does Astarotte.
The way you get sex-scenes is by either having right equipment on and talking to NPC in town, or losing against an area boss. Either way, the scenes are pretty rapey. I guess if you're into it they'd be appealing, but the translation combined with overflowing text either makes them mildly amusing, or very frustrating to try and understand.
Aside from that, you have very average RPG Maker product. Play something else.
My biggest problem with this game is that it is heavly censored. If I paid money for it, it shouldnt have well placed white spots. also there are times when the clothes are slightly torn and its completly censored. so for the price and what i got, i think its fine. the english is horrible and lots of words get cut off. the art stlye is good and they dont make you grind to beat bosses which I think is nice. but i don't think i will be returning to this game.
I had dreams and aspirations once, you know.
October Update
The game received a patch on October 06 to fix some of the bugs and the annoying text overflow.
The English translation is still the same, but I heard a true translation is supposedly being worked on and will be (officially) delivered at some point in the future.
With the bugs fixed the game sits in a more favorable place because without them (and the text overflow issue) it is at least more enjoyable to go through the motions for the price, though I'd still advise people to wait for the re-translation to drop first, as I think porn deserves a coherent and well edited translation just like anything else. I'll update my review to a full positive when the re-translation will be added.

This is an erotic RPG Maker game.
It would be a fun game to play if not for the usual issues that seem to plague these kind of games released on Steam: machine translations, untranslated text, crash to desktop.
Princess Serena goes one step further and introduces truncated words, because nothing is better than trying to rearrange words and switch subjects to try and decipher what the character are saying only to have the text end up outside of the text window and getting cut. I have no idea if the problem is with the font chosen or what, but it is annoying
The game is cheap, just 2€, but that doesn't excuses the issues this game shows.
Charge more and offer a good translation with good line breaks and word wrapping instead.
As is, I can't recommend this game if you'll be playing it in English.
I have no idea about how good or bad the Chinese translation is.
I found out that the game can be played in Japanese though (just set the language row in the game.ini to 0; words are still getting cut off in part though) so if proficency in Japenese is good, for 2€ it's a good deal.
Edit: looking more into this game's directory, I noticed the game's project file is in there (I don't think it should be). Since I have a copy of RPG Maker VX Ace, with some tries I've managed to reduce the font size and reduce the amount of text getting cut off.
