* Year 2023: Buy to playtest my VR device
* 20 min later: We can discover major issues in 1 min, but watching 20+ min video review none of them inform us & spent 20+ min for rumor checking. Total of 40+ min wasted

💎 SAME GENRE COMPARISON:

* Support non-VR gameplay
* Control 4 things at the same time, any mistake will cost retry chances
* Two chance to retry mission before restart entirely

* Build a ramp to dodge car (obstacle)

It is fun for the price...but needs A LOT of work! The controls are crap! Guns are weak and the grenade is irritating to use. To bad, I wanted to like and recommend this, but can't right now sadly.

Game is not really that fun, nor creative.

The entire point is you are on a bike, and you shoot vehicles. It gets quickly repetative, and personaly, i would sell this at $2.50 at max.

Very challenging but partly due to the controls being difficult. It's got a certain just one more try factor.

Pretty intense in VR but it makes me motion sick. You're not directly in control of the steering you only direct the lane changes. It's still fun in non VR mode too.

I only tried the VR mode of this game. The controls to switch lanes with the motorcycle are crappy and i swear the motorcycle turns on its own sometimes. Riding out of the truck and doing turns is very nausiating and I'm not one that is susceptible to loco motion sickness.

Throwing the granate sucks. The gun you have feels highly underpowered.

To bad, i wanted to like this. It seemed like simple fun. But i can recommend it in its current state.

Absolutely not worth it.

There's a fun idea here, but you're not going to find it executed well here.

The pistol is weak and unsatisfying. The grenade feels random and is irritating to use; sometimes it undershoots, sometimes it overshoots. Admittedly, it's satisfying on the rare occasion that it DOES work and it pops a car, but this seldom ever happens.

A helicopter will periodically appear and slowly drain your health; Police cars try to get in the way ; Vans open up the back, revealing a machine gun that drains your health. And, worst of all, PARKED police cars on the freeway.

These immovable monoliths stand proud, not even budging after a Mack Truck slams into its side. Even if you manage to careen to the side and dodge the parked car, its victims will move off the rails and guarantee your death.

Physics being involved in this when you are on rails is, again, terrible. If another car bounces into your path, you're screwed with no recourse.

Controls are broken, the touchpad button to look behind you ALSO places a ramp in front of you.

Gameplay is unintuitive and the intro video was for oculus touch; I have a Vive and so was thrown waaay off the deep end into what is already a slurry of confusion and stock assets.

Speaking of stock assets, the pistol, and multiple police weapons, use the default Unreal Engine 4 Blaster sound. What a joke, don't waste your time or money with this.

Like some other user said: If you have Oculus don't bother with this game in it's actual state, it's just too buggy, it's ridiculous. Camera loses position every 2-3 secs, I'm not sure why, controls are unresponsive, game didn't even start the first try (just a black screen) Looks good but they need to fix it before releasin it even in EA for f**k sake!

(My Wish List) I could just grab the left bike grip and steer with the handle bars. Moving my hand and arm naturally forward and back. While right hand is firing a weapon. Let go of the grip steering comes back to center. Just not of fan of arcade steering option this has now.

Its a cool game... I got motion sick playing it though. Might be better if we had arcade motorcycle periferal or something, I dont know.

What a piece of post-digestive material! Honestly - what on EARTH are the devs thinking? It's early access, granted, but this is NOT worth the money demanded - even for free I wouldn't wanna play it any longer than I already have. The menu is only usable via mouse? The music is horrible - but that's just me - and the gameplay... oh, sorry, right... WHAT gameplay. The only motivator that kept me involved in this game, was me lacking the ability to gracefully shut this thing down. I just ALT-F4 my way outta there... 300 seconds I can't unsee and unhear in my lifetime... it even got me so pissed off that I had to write this review.

Cant adjust the view position, game also crashes after 5 mins. Refunded.

I was kind of worried buying an Axyos Games knowing their history of not fully developing games. However, I have been wanting exactly this type of game for VR. So I went ahead and took a chance.

So is this game worth $9.99 currently as is? No. Not even close. Is it worth $7.49? Nope. Do I recommend this game? Only for those who are willing to take a chance on a questionable dev because you really want this game improved. I am not requesting a refund, but I am very pessimistic about this game being improved. And it does need improvement.

So what's wrong with the game? It's very poorly optimized. I had to change the settings to the lowest resolution, with lowest anti-aliasing, with lowest shadows and it still was stuttering along. In case you're curious, I have an i7, 16gb ram, 1060 GTX, all drivers updated. There's very few VR games where I have had this noticeable a problem. It takes enjoyment away from the game.

The game is also still very bare bones. It is Early Access so I expect that. It's basically an endless runner / waveshooter on a motorcycle where you're supposed to blow stuff up before you get blown up. However, it doesn't get that feeling right. Have you played THIRST VR? That game is miles better than this currently. In this game, you have a weak handgun that runs out of bullets quickly. Even with a laser pointer, it seems you can't really do headshots through the windshields to get instant kils. You also have a grenade on the other hand, but it has a long timer.

Speaking of which, the steering is just way off. I played on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers. You use the joystick to steer, but I had to change controller sensitivity to low so that a slight push on the joystick wouldn't send my bike careening off to the edges. My biggest gripe with the game is that you don't control the bike handlebars with your motion controllers to navigate, thus losing immersion. You don't need your left hand for grenades, you could just as easily reach across or press a button to change your handgun in your right hand to a grenade. We want the feeling of having control over the bike with our hands, not our joystick, UGH! *end rant*

The UI is also very messy. I couldn't figure out how to change the track. I saw there were two available. One is a desert and the other an urban area. I could never get out of the desert no matter what I tried in the menu.

I did have some fun moments in the game. I think this can be a very good game with more polish and more updates. However, I can't recommend this game as is. And I can't even give the benefit of the doubt given dev history.

Rating 4/10 Only buy if you are okay with above problems. I will gladly change my recommendation if game is improved and updated. Dev, please allow for control of bike through motion controller grabbing on to handle bars!

As a VR attraction - it was very good. But as a full game - not for long delays.

I have been waiting for a good motorcycle vr type gta game.This has really good graphics and gameplay.Praise Jesus!

Play a little, and I can say that the game is definitely dynamic and interesting! But I doubt that will captivate for a long time.
