Not only 20 minutes in, and I'm already overwhelmed. There is no direction and the game expects you to read a bunch of information on how to play the game. A simple walk through tutorial would have been nice for how overly complicated everything is, and like others have stated down below - there is too much micromanaging. It's very confusing the play which sucks because this game looks like it has so much potential.
I recommend :)
Fantastic game!
But i am not sure if i'm just good at it or is it stupidly easy.
I did one campaign as an introduction and 2 custom games. (this and my playtime can give you idea of time commitment to the game) Both times in custom games i went straight to top 100 all time leaderboard. Honestly never happened to me before, i tend to just chill and not think while playing.
And here this approach was absolutely hit!
But if you hope about getting top spots in leaderboard: don't bother!
Top 10 is occupied by cheaters getting literally impossible amounts of money.
But yea SUMMARY:
Graphics are good but not revolutionary
Systems are quite build up and you can tinker with a lot of variables
Game is randomized, just play it, don't look for wikia solutions!
Soundtrack will loop in your head for weeks even when you are done with the game... What can i say but DEEP
Mobile game ported to pc, a lot of busywork just clicking stupid things that should be automated.
Would refund if I hadnt played one hour over the limit..
Weedcraft Inc: A Perfectly Balanced Blend of Strategy and Fun
Weedcraft Inc is an incredible example of how a well-designed game can combine depth, balance, and fun into a single, cohesive experience. From the very beginning, I was captivated by how smoothly everything ties together, never leaving me bored or under-stimulated. The progression feels natural, and there’s a genuine sense of satisfaction in watching those numbers climb as your empire grows.
At first glance, Weedcraft Inc might appear to be a straightforward weed-growing simulator, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Beneath the surface lies a complex, multi-layered business simulation that brilliantly captures the intricacies of the cannabis industry. From negotiating with politicians to sway legislation in your favor, to navigating the murky waters of monopolistic corporations trying to control the market, the game keeps you engaged on multiple levels. You’ll experience everything from the gritty hustle of street dealing to the high-level strategizing required to manage production and distribution across multiple cities.
The gameplay loop is so engaging and multifaceted that it’s clear the developers have poured a great deal of thought into every aspect. However, as amazing as the experience is, I believe a few additions could take this game to even greater heights:

Interactive Locations and Upgrades
The game’s art style is stunning, and I’d love to see more opportunities to immerse myself in its world. For instance, imagine being able to physically enter dispensaries or street-dealing locations and upgrade them over time. Not only would this add another layer of customization, but it could also bring a more personal, hands-on feel to managing your operations.
Customizable CEO Offices
As you grow your empire, having a tangible representation of your success could enhance the experience significantly. A customizable CEO office—perhaps with different styles depending on the building—could serve as a central hub for managing employees, monitoring stock across cities, and strategizing expansions. This feature could tie directly into the business simulation aspect, providing both functional and aesthetic rewards.
Representation of Wealth and Power
While accumulating a massive fortune is satisfying, having more tangible ways to showcase that wealth would elevate the endgame. Whether it’s building luxurious offices, owning high-end assets, or unlocking exclusive features, it would add a layer of immersion that complements the game’s themes of ambition and success.

In its current form, Weedcraft Inc is already an extraordinary experience, seamlessly blending business strategy, social commentary, and pure fun. However, expanding on the representation of success and adding more interactive elements could make it a truly next-level masterpiece.
As they say in New York: Godspeed, Spider-Man.
Good Game
Really fun game but too much micromanagment. You would think when you get to a certain level things would be automated more.
crashcraft
Forces me to restart my pc when i start the game.
Details about the strains and a the effects.
Big thumbs down. Repeated Win11 Installs and it hangs the whole PC on launch each time. Cant get it to load. 0/10 nonsense.
kinda weak graphics to be honest
Oh, is it 4:20pm? Must be time to punch in the clock, ask some hoodies how their eco-friendly home reno is going, and, scam my employees into believing they are an important cog in my weed empire.
Then I'll hit the weed pokies, see if I can snag that rare buff with my accumulated stoner juice.
3x speed. Cha-Ching, Cha-Ching.
I remember the good old days, just watering my reggie, in my basement, licking the anus of the boys in blue, charging double to the undesirables cause my greens are rare AF.
3 STARS out of 3 ; had fun, would play a weedcraft 2.
I just do not find this fun; not in an RP way, not in a resource management way, not in an idle game way, not in any way, it's just not fun ... and since it's also not educational or otherwise skill building, that leaves it as a waste of my time to continue playing. 3 hours at time of review, and 3 hours it will remain forever.
GANG WEED
Not only is this one of the most boring, tedious, and repetitive games I've ever played, I've used this game as a great example of what not to do when making a game. There are a few interesting ideas, like custom strains and their requirements, but ultimately I've played more engaging, free, idle mobile clickers. The saying is "wide as an ocean, deep as a puddle" but with this game, "wide as a puddle and as deep as one" is accurate. Don't waste your money, even on sale.
More addictive than I thought. Music is chill if you don't play it straight for 7 hours ( you start to hear it when you're not playing as well). I made a little research and most of the strains in the game were real strains (educative.. I think?) Thought that was a good detail. I loved the graphics. (especially the smell coming out when the weed is grown enough)
Got it on the sale, it was more than worth it.
weed
I love this shit. Can't stop playing... must beat all my employees to watering!!!!
very educational, thinking of starting an MBA degree just to fail and consider this as a potential career.
Weedcraft is NOT a strategy/simulation game like the description or the tags seems to imply. It is more of a basic idle/incremental game like Cookie Clicker. Honestly I don't think it's worth the price even on sale.
1) many games in this genre including Cookie Clicker itself are free
2) this game doesn't have much depth compared to other (free!) games in the genre, making it a very boring grind
3) the UI is very unintuitive, it feels very unpolished and frustrating
The graphic and music is good, at least.
i like smonk
cool calming game to play
Trash game that takes from you and rarely gives anything in return.
boring beyond imagination
A game with good Background music, Relaxing yet fun. Why not grow some weed after a good day of work and just sell it and make money and chill.
Nah.
nice
Chill music to vibe with, fun simulation mechanics, and you get to create your own dank strains! What can be better than that?
DO NOT BUY, game is bugged and you will only see the developer and publisher logo to be met with a black screen, it also looks like the community for this game knows about the problem and does its best to help people, but thats the job of
Vile Monarch and Devolver Digital, the game should be delisted or at the very least have a warring to anyone who buys.
