Amazing game, kinda strategy, getting bored after short campaign and few hours of free play, but interesting anyways.
good game, a tad repetive needs more dialogue
It's spinning plates and resource management - it's all about foreseeing what could go wrong and being ready for it when you can. Easy to play for 10 minutes or for a couple hours, with lots going on, but easy enough to understand what you're supposed to be doing. Definitely helps if you know a little about first aid on some of the calls, but it walks you through it enough. Well done!
A fun bonus feature is that you can have the game download the city map of pretty much any city in the world. Really fun to play in my hometown!
I love this game. It's been suggested in online forums for years and I've mostly ignored it. Seeing the game with all of its DLC convinced me and wow I love it.
This is not for the faint of heart. It only showcases a fraction of what emergency dispatchers deal with on a daily basis, yet it's still incredibly stressful and sobering.
You WILL mess up and panic. A lot. This is definitely not the kind of game if you're looking for a casual experience, but if you love the thrill of working under pressure, you've come to the right place.
Hats off to all the emergency dispatchers and first responders out there. You all provide such a crucial service, and I thank you for that.
Got this while on sale and I had so much fun playing it. Definitely worth the price.
i was able to finish the first run-through in 5 hours. Good for killing time. One thing I know for sure, I can never be a 911 operator irl.
Amazing game.
Can You Help With Math?
The amount of times I got this call is numerous.
Welcome to 911 operator where you take the role of a 911 dispatcher, this is a neat game where you have to manage your first responder resources, analyze calls, dispatch units and earn an income.
When you start the game you are greeted with a loud siren noise which I don't think it's necessary. Then you are bombarded with a lot of first aid tips, since I worked in health and safety I can tell some of them are very legit but some needs tweaking. Then a tutorial is given on how to play the game, it's not complicated but when you go through the difficulties you notice this is the most hardest game you can ever play. This is also a game where you can learn something useful and MIGHT save a life if you remember the instructions :)
Gameplay: Buggy
There are several modes you can play up to your tastes, i recommend single city run for the easiness. You get several cities that you can start from and the easiest would be given to you first. You can also download any city you want and play which is a neat feature. You get calls and you must answer and respond appropriately. correct actions will raise your reputation points and reacting to incidents faster will make your efficiency percentage increase. You can fast forward time for your like, but you need to keep in mind things could be hectic in expert mode. When I was doing the single city run in the Washington DC yes the game glitched at least twice and i was very scared because i did not want to loose the achievement. Time stopped moving forward and the units were not completing tasks, i waited and tried stuff but that caused me to accumulate over 40K -debt because of overtime, in the end I had to restart game/chapter :( When you answer calls you get to choose options, you get incidents which you can ignore so you need to manage your resources wisely. I loved the unique scenarios they have put like the bomb threats and the earthquakes. The devs have attempted to make the game close to reality as soon as possible.
Voice acting
I listened to probably all the calls for nearly 30 hours I would say the 911 dispatcher was voice well and so does the other callers. But you tend to get bored of it, but the neat part is there are so many options and branches. The call for the math problem I heard is an actual call/inspired? from an incident report to 911.
Achievements
This is one of the hardest games to take achievements, especially getting the expert mode. Please note none of the achievements are glitched even though the gameplay is buggy. they are just hard to get. To get the achievement above and beyond you need to do "Unique stories" in career mode in expert. My main tip is don't play it in 2x speed play it in 1x so you get time to think. it's slow but this really helped. Secondly medal of valor is achieveable but I did not achieve it in "Free mode" I went to single city run under the career mode and resetted Washington DC and tried it in "normal" difficulty. You will notice the progress bar also seemed not moving forward but thats the glitch, its still being monitored even though it doesn't show you.
Overall
Genius idea of making a game about one of the hardest and stressful jobs in the world, and showcasing how it can be playable as a game which can be fun, hard and satisfying at the same time. I do wish the game would be less buggy and there are more different calls.
fun game
it kay
The thing I adore the most about this game is the ability to play in your own hometown with realistic localizations of the hospitals
Good game idea but gets repetitive and boring after an hour mostly because there's not a lot of content in the game, you'd think you'd put a like thousands of voice lines or situations to mix things up but not the case at all.
Fairly easy and it can get a little repetitive but its is a unique game and worth playing once.
I had an incredible, undeniably delightful experience. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, was executed precisely. I confidently recommend it to anyone looking for something uplifting. It’s a must-try!
alright
there is no wacky wohoo pizza man
Not that fun got boring very fast.
its a cool game
I can’t recall what I paid for this game, but I hope it was under $15. After playing through it about six times across all the cities, I’d say it’s worth maybe $5–$10 tops. It’s decent, but the calls get super repetitive. I played every city in the base version, and by the third run, I was already bored, just grinding to unlock the next map (there are six, I think—Washington, Chicago, San Francisco, etc.). It’s a solid game, but it gets repetitive fast.
That said, I’d still recommend it. It’s a good way to learn a bit about fire prevention and the stress of being a 911 operator. If you're looking for a quick experience, or if you’re into map-based games or simple mechanics.
This is a game that you would gift someone, and that someone would be glad to play it and feel considered.
With a limited budget and limited human resources you have to answer 911 calls, dispatch Police officers to shootouts, chase down a speeder, send Fire Fighters to a blaze and EMTs to rush the injured to a hospital.
At its heart it is a very good time and resource management game. A sober reminder that this is a tough job and even doing your best isn't always good enough.
Fun for a bit, got it on sale for like $1, but not too much more fun after that
love playing this had it on my phone and now got it on my pc thank you for the good game i highly recommend anyone to play this good price for the package i brought with 9111 all package apart from 112 calls
the game is amazing theres just so much to do. i have been doing it in my hometown
its good buutt can be stressful
Game is really enjoyable, tho i still recommend buying 112 operator more, because it's a newer version of this game
its fun
The game is good as a management game. However, once you cleared it once, it get pretty stale in terms of replay.
Fun game.
Very nice games, it feels repetitive but nice sounds.
A bit dissapointing eh? how it ended, this is the type of game that you never can actually "end" you either stop updating it or you keep updating it forever, this type of game could have so many more things made into it, dlc's, mainstream items, etc, this could have had so much more but they ended it /: because it is no longer being updated I do not recommend the game. as it is a waste of money to buy a game like this where its just gonna not get updated. you buying online games because you trust the developers will keep working on it. not end it.
Funny and relaxing
Person killed his wife, called the police to tell the address, and was found dead. 10/10
The game is ridiculous. It is impossible to get a good salary to fund the expansion of your services while stupid emergencies keep on coming even in the easiest of all the modes. Utter disgrace!
I like the game gives me something to do
very fun, feels realistic
i work in EMS and i actually LOVE playing this game, and actually not too far off from what our controller does every day.
Pretty fun
I love this game sm its so additive, I had got it on sale for $3 and it was most definitely worth it. Tho I do feel like its original price was a little high I believe its more worth $10 or so but ya I would generally recommend but only if its on sale.
This game is intense but I like it. The game does sometimes not show the music fest till its almost over , there is also some crashing when I had to search multiple areas. However I love this game and most definitely will look at other games created by you all.
The game felt really repetitive with no real story progression. I prefer this is not the police style more.
911 Operator is a surprisingly intense and addictive experience that puts you in the shoes of a 911 dispatcher, where every second counts and every decision matters. It’s not just about answering calls and sending help; it’s about managing chaos, staying calm under pressure, and trying to keep everything from falling apart. Sure, it’s a simulation, but it feels real in a way that can be unsettling at times. The pressure to make the right call, the urgency of each situation—it’s like you’re living the job without the actual danger.
What I really enjoy is the balance between strategy and human emotion. You’ll be making tough choices while trying to keep things running smoothly, and there’s an odd sense of satisfaction in managing a city’s emergency system. But, it’s not always easy. Sometimes, you’ll wish you had a superpower just to handle all the madness.
Just simple good easy point and click, not too stressful but keeps you on your toes. I'd prefer to be able to transfer established teams to different maps...but realise that's not necessarily real-life. Good game.
It’s like playing the world’s most stressful game of “Simon Says” with real-life consequences.
There's a lot bug. I can't continue the chapter 2!
Instead of updating the game the developers abandoned us and released the updated version as a complete new game that we need to purchase, i do not suggest you buy this game
Saw my friends playing this game, so I got curious and played it too. Ngl it takes my mind off of things, so I guess this became one of my comfort games whenever I feel overwhelmed with life
nice game better than the 911 tv show
pretty good game its fun but really repetitive as far as the calls go its always the same 5 calls every game.
very good game 10/10
If I was a 911 Operator in Real Life, I think I would be the reason for second thoughts before calling...
