Easy enough to understand. Game does get repetitive after awhile.
Played the heck out of this game as a kid on an ipad. Great game!
Simple game, very boring.
You can't go wrong for the price, great time-sink
6/10
A lot more fun than you would think, i got it as a throw away game in a sale but it has more than paid back the investment. If you like the base game, i would get the DLC, adds a lot more to it and for the people who like the idea of the management and not handling the calls, you can turn the calls off and concentrate on just the logi of it.
It's neat but the gameplay doesn't meaningfully vary enough to be worth finishing all the content IMO. DLC is not worth it, you'll be sick of it before the base game is done.
Great game to play and relax
This game is really repetitive and quickly gets old and annoying. The UI and gameplay can also be a bit confusing and illogical. For example, you can customize units to be specialized, but you can't mark them, so you can't tell which unit is the specialized one
really fun
Seems like a fun game. I can only assume as it has decided not to let me play. When I click the start shift button, nothing happens. I tried validating the files, twice, but nothing changed.
Interesting game
Worth playing, simple but immersive gameplay as emergency dispatcher
A great game but eventually it does become boring, but if you use F1 console commands and give yourself money and such, it does become more fun. Make some challeneges for youself like having one super cop or something.
Quick Overview
911 Operator is a simulation game by Jutsu Games where you step into the shoes of a dispatcher handling emergencies. Released in 2017, it delivers a mix of logistical challenge and lighthearted absurdity. Whether you’re directing police, fire, or medical units—or just laughing at fat cats causing tree collapses—this game is a unique ride. While newer versions like 112 Operator have improved on the formula, this one still has its charm.
Gameplay Vibes
The core gameplay revolves around managing emergency units and answering calls. You’ll hear everything from genuine emergencies to ridiculous calls like someone stuck in a closet. It’s all about assigning the right units to incidents while balancing limited resources and time constraints.
What makes it great? You can play on real-world maps, which adds a layer of realism and immersion. On the flip side, the repetition of calls can get tiresome after extended playtime. If you’re a perfectionist, the poorly implemented AI pathfinding for police chases might frustrate you. Ever tried to stop a speeding suspect who glides over highways? Yeah, good luck with that.
Graphics and Style
The game adopts a minimalist aesthetic that focuses more on functionality than visual appeal. While this keeps things clean and simple, don’t expect jaw-dropping visuals. It’s more MS-DOS than modern AAA, but it works for what the game is trying to accomplish.
Music and Sound
The audio design enhances immersion with solid voice acting for calls and atmospheric background noise. However, the repetitive dialogue can wear thin, especially after hearing about another cat stuck in a tree. On the bright side, the variety in call scenarios keeps things relatively fresh during shorter play sessions.
Replayability and Content
Replayability depends on how much you enjoy the core gameplay loop. Free mode allows you to dispatch emergencies in any city using real-world maps, which is a neat feature. DLCs add new cities, vehicles, and challenges, but some players feel the integration into Career Mode is lackluster.
If you’re into detailed management and logistics, this game will keep you entertained for hours. However, the progression system can feel unclear at times, and the lack of variety in late-game content might deter some players.

Who Should Play This?
911 Operator is perfect for players who enjoy logistical challenges and lighthearted simulations. Fans of management games with a unique twist will love it, especially if they appreciate games that balance realism with humor. If you’re looking for a deeper or more polished experience, 112 Operator might be the better option.
Final Score
7/10 – 911 Operator is a quirky, addictive game that offers a fresh perspective on emergency management. While it has its flaws, the immersive mechanics and unique premise make it worth checking out—especially on sale. Just be prepared to save a few too many cats from trees.
Really fricken cool game!!!!!!!!!
This game starts as fun and enjoyable for at least the first few hours, but it eventually becomes more of a chore to play. It's okay if you're looking for a short experience, but after almost 17 hours of playing, the game feels as if it repeats itself, and I ultimately lose the thrill of caring what happens to that character.
The workshop is okay with adding new features; however, the base game could be more exciting. I don't see myself playing this game any more than I already have.
game good
BBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG
I liked the game's attention to detail.
Its a great game if youre good at multitasking and love to be on top of everything at once . Great game for overthinkers id say
If you think getting this game then buy 112 Operator instead. That one is more well made than this one. Also make sure to check any dlc's before getting this game. Its meh without them.
"I can watch my hometown burn and then save it because I'm not a psychopath"
Here are some pros and cons of this game for me
+ Very well thought out with life-saving information during the loading screen
+ Very user-friendly interface. Easy to learn
+ You can play on any map of the region, city or province you live in
- Dialogues get repetitive after a while
- Expensive
The caller into dispatch started giving me attitude, so I hung up the phone. Coffee in the dispatch center break room sucks. This job pays the bills, I come home after my 12 hour shifts and play with my cats, so that's cool.
10/10 Recommend.

112 Operator is better, but this is still a lot of fun and informative! (Have a lot more hours on my Epic account)
i like it buttink abote the dlc is okey
nein gwon gwon
911 Operator offers a realistic portrayal of various emergency scenarios, enhancing gameplay with real-life protocols that provide educational insights. The game's mechanics, while challenging and thought-provoking, may overwhelm some players that are unfamiliar with emergency response, leading to potential frustration.
Visually, it adopts a minimalist aesthetic, focusing on functionality rather than graphical detail. The audio design effectively enhances immersion, although the repetitive dialogue may become monotonous. A significant aspect of the game is its emphasis on moral decision-making, prompting players to reflect on the implications of their choices.
While 911 Operator features diverse scenarios and city management options for replay ability, its core gameplay can feel repetitive over time. Overall, it stands out in the simulation genre, highlighting the complexities and ethical dilemmas in emergency response, making it a unique experience for players willing to engage in its challenges.
Bacana, mas podia ter mais níveis
I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I did! It's got just the right level of stress + logistics to feel like you're on top of things, or at least ALMOST on top of things, instead of being constantly overwhelmed, which makes it a nice way to wind down. While it would have been nice to have more variety in calls, the dialogue trees are fun to navigate, too.
This game made me realize I can’t even manage a pizza order, let alone a city.
fun
I love playing this game so much. I currently play it without answering calls, but it is so enlightening. I have so much more respect for the emergency services now.
Great game, works well. Although, there are certain parts of the game that's hard.
*i approve*
Recommended.
So close to being great. It has minimalistic graphics and focuses on simulating a real emergency command center. The calls keep the game play fresh while adding to the immersion. The way you manage your first responders and deal with prioritizing situations is very rewarding. I got all the DLCs in a pack and enjoyed the new content as well, especially the new cities, but found the integration of the new vehicles and equipment was lacking in the career mode. If you are interested in free play however, then its a great addition if you get on sale.
It's an okay game if you buy it on sale; it will give you a few hours of entertainment. It's rather short though, and your progress is not always clear. For example, I'm still confused about what it takes to advance to a new city or continue on the last one. When you advance to a new city, all of the earned money is reset and you'll get a new budget, which is a bit of a bummer.
Good game just keep getting stuck on the menus all the time
Its fun, but can be extremely frustrating at times, especially the police incidents. Certain police incidents involve calls where a 'suspect' is still on the move, so the police must chase them down, but often those types of incidents don't drive around the map the same way the officers or other player controlled units do. Responding vehicles need to drive around/up highway ramps, but the suspects often just glide over them which is an extremely poor game mechanic. You programmed the player controlled vehicles to follow the twists and turns of highways, but whats the point if they can't catch up to them because the non controlled vehicles don't?
Its fun and can get difficult
Vehicle management is fun but simple. Its some of those 911 calls that really get you.. the story and voice acting are pretty great and really made the game excellent!
this game is fire the cops go vroom vroom to the location i want them to go tto
Great, fun time-sink of a game. Informative too. Really enjoy it!
this game is so good im so addicted i play it for hours at a time
fun game easy to play
Pretty fun and very immersive experience. Particularly for such a good price
i am the worst operator
this game randomly launched itself for ~9 hours (took screenshots of the recent gameplay) then, it reset gameplay as if nothing ever happened. weirdest thing ever.
Got this game cause I want this to be my career , and it surpassed my expectations
