exactly as named very fun

Game no longer downloads city maps that don't come default with the game. I tried downloading 6 different maps and not a single one would load. It tells you it could take a while to download, but after 20 or 30 minutes, you get a message that it could not download the map and try again in an hour.

This game is.........weird. Its oddly janky and gets repetitive after a really short while. If this scratches your itch though, more power to you.

Very nice. I'll buy the expansion packs so I can experience a variety of cases.

I have spent to much free time on this game and somehow don't have the achievements completely done...

If you're interested in the work of a emergency response operator, I'd say this is one of the best games in the market for that

Great game and very addictive, just wish it wasn't so repetitive.

Good game mainly because of two reasons:

- You can play in Ohio

- You can sadistically deprive people of emergency services and spread chaos

Best $3.98 I've spent in a while. Fun, engaging, requires you to actually think. Requires a lot of micromanaging, so it's not going to be for you if that's not your bag. Really enjoying it, excited to play other cities.

Fun game.

911 Operator lets you the player take full control of a large arsenal of units from police crusaders all the way to medic helicopters. Letting you dictate which calls from the to respond to and as well how you will respond to the dozens of unique 911 calls you receive, some even based on real life events. The game has a lot to throw at you and isn't afraid to make you feel uncomfortable to the reality operators face from a father calling about his dead daughter to babies in dumpsters be prepared to deal with dark calls. The game has no shortage of game modes to test and play with that will truly challenge you if that is what you want, or you can take it easy and play on the lower difficulties as well. The game offers dozens of maps of cities from around the world from Boston to Bangkok. Also throwing wrenches into your duties you can expect anything from serial bombers to massive earthquakes. This game truly lets you manage your units letting you manage the departments finances you can purchase new vehicles, staff, and even upgrade their equipment. Your units aren't invincible though and can be killed by gang members and murders so sending the wrong unit to a call can result in there death. This game isn't for everyone, but for those it is you will love it without a doubt. There can be some issues here and there such as call audio repeating until the end of the duty or sometimes the game automatically going back to the main menu without reason. Nothing game breaking to note, but very annoying if you were nearing the end of a duty. 911 Operator is a well crafted strategy game and one that puts a good spin on the norm for most. 6/10

Its a good, non complex game with decent graphics and gameplay. There are a few minor bugs and i keep getting the same call stories which is kind of annoying but other than that its decent.

Fairly straightforward managing game

It's an interesting concept, but I just felt bored after an hour. I did 4-5 shifts total. I wish the calls were way more frequent & more interesting, since that's the best part. The actual unit management is just a drag & extremely simple. I honestly think this would work better as a narrative game rather than a strategy.

This still gets a thumbs up for a good idea & some neat concepts (you can play on a layout of real life cities with real street names) & there are a lot of modes, including a campaign.

I just really kinda wish this was a narrative game/rpg focused on calls, psychological impact on operators & their daily lives. As a strategy game, it just executed rather poorly.

This game puts you in the role of a 911 dispatcher, handling emergency calls and managing resources. The realistic scenarios and strategic elements make it both challenging and immersive. Ideal for fans of simulation games looking for a unique and impactful experience.

Worth like $5. Played for 2 hours and had already heard all the 911 calls twice. There are different city maps, but it's the same scenarios (incidents without calls) and calls (that turn into incidents). The Easy level of difficulty is too easy and boring, but the Normal level of difficulty is not adjusted properly, as you cannot possibly obtain enough resources (you start with $2k and a new vehicle runs between $50k and $300k) to manage a serious emergency situation when all your resources are tied up. You lose points for ignoring cases like "saw a car speeding" in those situations even though you should be focused on those that are dying instead. If instead, you wait and take care of the speeding after the dying cases, by that time the speeding/traffic offenses usually expire and you lose points that way. I can play for about three rounds, buy one vehicle and some new equipment/staff, and then they pull out something like an earthquake that requires about twenty vehicles MINIMUM still triaging/ignoring but you have maybe 10. So, by that chapter you're fired and you have to start all over again from the beginning. There's just not much to do. The repetition is really annoying, above all else. I could keep playing the same level over and over but the repetition drives me nuts. The background sounds are the same few lines repeated over and over as well. I've thought about adding on DLCs to see if it got better, but I can't imagine paying full price to have the same results. I cannot believe people are praising this game so highly. I do know some basic first aid and it's easy to me to know which vehicles to send for 911 calls, so maybe that's something people are working up to that they find fun? But I cannot imagine they'd get very far without sending the correct vehicles, since you lose points and time and emergencies stack up. So, I don't know why people love this game. The concept is super cool. The execution falls super flat for me. First game I've been really, really disappointed with.
