Just an update, when you get this game, right-click on this game in the "Steam" game menu, select "Manage", and there will be an option called "CD Key".
Other than that, the game is just not that fun.
Nightclub Emporium is a business tycoon game from the bargain bin kings, UIG Entertainment, famous for making literally hundreds of low quality shovelware "X/Y/Z Simulator" games. From Bus Driver Simulator to Woodcutter Simulator, Farming, Warehouse and anything between, these guys have made a low effort shovelware entry into the market, and today we're looking at Nightclub Emporium.
I guess the nicest thing I can say about the game is that it "works", for the most part, but it's not a winner. This seems very much to be a copy + paste + reskin of dozens of other building/hospitality tycoon simulators from UIG, but this time there's a "Nightclub" veneer that it's been reskinned with. It's not nearly as racy or dramatic as the cover art suggests, either. It's dry stuff... most of the gameplay is just endless financial dialog boxes and spreadsheet simulation. The building styles and goods that you need to stock up with are basically just flavour text.
It's not particularly deep once you get into the basic flow of the game, just tedious micromanagement. This is a poor cousin to games like Cities Skylines and some of the other, more AAA tycoon games.
From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
The game features lazy low-polygon assets, reasonably poor quality even for a 2015 game, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with.
The game doesn't correctly account for modern PC displays, UI scaling isn't handled correctly. As a result of this unfortunate decision, text and UI elements don't display at a reasonable size, it's too small to be legible on most modern gaming PCs, and there's no in-game controls or options to correct this. This can render the game unplayable for many.
These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
Nightclub Emporium is relatively cheap at $3 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
The tutorial always freezes halfway through and not a single sub-menu has an actual description on what to do. Good luck.
