“Гений Тактики” - это пошаговая стратегия с акцентом на мультиплеер, с системой одновременных приказов и уклоном в тактическую составляющую. В игре также есть возможность играть против компьютера, интегрированная с мультиплеером.
2. Что такое “Система одновременных приказов”?
Игроки одновременно отдают приказы своим юнитам, столицам и фортам. Когда все игроки закончат давать приказы на ход, юниты начинают двигаться: по очереди, в порядке инициативы, которая зависит от типа юнита и его здоровья. Все игроки знают ещё на этапе приказов, какой юнит пойдёт ранее в текущий ход и учитывают это в своих планах. Большая инициатива позволяет двигаться ранее.
3. Как это делает игру особенной?
- Неважно, кто быстрее кликает, движения будут только когда все закончат отдавать приказы. Мы не портим пошаговую стратегию сравнением скорости клика!
- Не принимайте как свершившийся факт, а предугадывайте ходы противников и вводите их в заблуждение. Это действительно играется “по-новому”, со своими интересными особенностями.
- Играйте в динамичную игру, в которой не нужно ждать ходов поочерёдно с противником (все мы знаем такие игры, и это бывает утомительно).
4. В чём смысл игры?
- Сражайтесь за ключевые точки на случайно генерируемой карте в режимах 1 на 1, 2 на 2, "все против всех" на 4 игроков, а также "Игрок против AI".
- Больше ключевых точек - больше юнитов.
- Не отдавайте свою столицу и старайтесь захватить вражескую.
- Каждый юнит имеет 3 обычных скилла и 4-й особенный, дающийся только на 5 уровне. Скиллы можно получать и улучшать по мере набора опыта в бою.
- Это даёт возможность экспериментировать с множеством стратегий для своей игры, комбинаций юнитов и их скиллов.
- Выбирайте, какой тип юнита строить и в каком порядке. Вы должны будете принимать решения: с какого юнита Вы будете начинать партию, каким продолжить, и придумывать любимые комбинации. Например: Воин, три Лучника и Пиромант. Или же попробовать сделать упор на отряд убийц - невидимок? А может, воспользоваться преимуществами некромантии и сокрушать врагов их собственными павшими, сделав упор на поднятие мёртвых и прикрывая некромантов лучниками?
В игру можно играть бесплатно, зарабатывая монеты и открывая на них новых юнитов. Три базовых юнита будут доступны сразу, остальных - предстоит открыть за монеты. По желанию монеты можно приобрести за деньги.

Such a deciptively easy game, so many possibilities. Game has the potention of being awesome, support of developer seems good.
Fun game with easy learning curve

If you love to play paid to win games then this is the game for you. All you have to do is buy the vampire and use his ulti and you win the game. Reason why is because you just have to hit for health. Noobs all you have to do is spam mages with fireballs and aoe the f out of enemies. Easy trash game. THIS GAME IS ONLY MEANT TO STEAL YOUR MONEY COMPLETE SPAM/SCAM
This Game is So unbalanced its not funny, P2W vampire unit can tank all your damage do more than all your units combined and heal right back up, Tips for new players, just build mages and spam meteor storm, overall busted game. Wanted it to be fun but it was ruined by P2W vampire Player
Definitely a very fun game. The F2P model is fair and does not feel like you need to spend a ton of money to get an advantage, I highly recommend anyone who has an interest in a pure strategy and skill based game to give Tactical Genius a try. The game is heavily optimized and the download is small.
Good strategy game.
Easy enough to learn (a short to tutorial introduce you to the features of the game), hard enough to master.
There is no luck in the game: everything depends exactly on players moves. No dices, no cards to draw, no probability check, just tactics.
Simultaneous turn are quite intresting for this kind of game and that make it quite hard to predict the result of a turn.
AI is not strong as it could, but it "enforces" itself to duel against human players.
An average game against AI is 1 up to 3 hours long
Being an old school Avalon Hill game player, i dig the small unit tactics. Have had some very good games so far. Its my new favorite
This game is great. I haven't been entertained with a tactical strategy game like this in a long time. Great way to keep the mind sharp and spend some time.
How to win at tatical genius online:
Play a rogue.
Bore the other opponent to death.
This game is boring.
TGO is an Awesome Turned-Based Strategy Game. I'd give it four stars out of five. You have to be careful of the turn order though or you'll waste valuable action points
Tactical Genius Online (TGO) is not ready in its current state. The objective of the game is to capture your enemy's capital before they capture yours. You play on a hex-grid map with towns that you can capture to expand your production limits. The game is played in turns with each player taking their turn. In order to capture a town, you must send your unit into it and it will be considered captured the following turn. Your units can be upgraded to gain either active skills or passive skills.
Conclusion, wait till this game upgrades a few more stages before buying it. Pixeltales.ru needs to improve this game by a lot to catch up with other hex-grid games. It's too far behind at the moment.

I would say that it could grow into a much better game. However, there are many kinks to sort out.
CONS
1. Pay To Win
Units and Heroes are locked behind a pay wall requiring one to pay cash to unlock heroes and types of units. E.g. Chief Engineer (Hero) and the Necromancer (Unit)
2. Graphics
Very dull. It's the plain kind. You need to spice it up to make it look more interesting. You could refer to Endless Legend or Age of Wonder for hex-grid battles with decent graphics.
3. Tedium of Upgrading
Why do I need to click on my unit, find the super tiny upgrade button and click on it, just so I can choose which upgrade to take?
4. Movement
1 tile followed by another tile. Why can't I just click on the tile I want to go to and the AI will fill in the movement in between?
SUGGESTIONS
1. Units
Spec an initial build so units that are produced come in that build, rather than having to upgrade mid battle
2. Movement
Final tile movement, that's it. Just click on where I want to go and the game will pathfind for me.
I get my ass kicked more often than not, but this game is so damn fun. I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
fun lazy game, really worth trying
Nice game. Played several times and like it. I would like to see more race and unit types (though one that they have now seems well balanced to me). I hope new unit`s types wouldn't ruin that. Also would be glad to see new terrain types and biomes. And of course bigger maps ;) If you ever played Battle for Wesnoth or similar games, you would definitely like that game also.
One other thing that distinct that game from the others, is possibility of simultaneous moves. Haven't seen that in any other games. That dramatically increases the game speed and forces you to anticipate opponents tactics.
This game worth its money.
