Now let me explain why Kyu Sugardust is the best waifu in the series.

Not only was she the first girl to approach us, the players, but she's the one who made our lives better by placing us on a path to score hot b!tches.

When she herself decides to join us, we don't even need to bullshiet to her about topics that we either have set opinions on (and have to change them to please the girl) or that we don't care about. She only tests our memory and makes us remember our great achievements.

She's also very simple when it comes to gift-giving - there's a set pattern to them and she's a completely unapologetic degenerate with it - being honest with you who are is one of the major cornerstones of a healthy relationship, after all.

If there was a monogamous option, I would pick Kyu Sugardust in a heartbeat. No matter how much I'd have to work for, I would get that love fairy and call it my one, true oshi.

Funny game and great puzzles, but too gay for the rest :)

Spent 5 hours addicted to the puzzle.
The T*ts were secondary objective.

Quit because the goddamn latina wouldn't let me enter her chalupa no matter how much shit I give her and how much I match.

Game will not be replayed. I have other puzzle games. Mechanic was ok until I got some boards so bullshit I considered savescumming. Litterally 12x12 grid and motherfucker gave me like 3 matches and 2 of them were negatives.

This new Bejeweled update is wild.

Can't believe i never wrote a review yet, for this is the best match 3 game i've ever played. This game is absolutely worth the experience hahaha. Even to this day struggling to have a favourite girl in this game.

Amazing game, hands down one of the best dating sims on steam. It has a beautiful art style, large collection of artwork, fantastic music, and engaging dialogue. I don't regret buying the Hunie bundle. Thank you for bring me many fun moments in Huniepop, Huniepot.

honestly only got this because I remember markiplier playing this game and decided to play it myself. unfortunately I have always and will always be absolute ass at candy crush style puzzles. good game, bad player i guess.

Who is your waifu?

I wish I could give this an "okay" sort of review, but since my overall experience was alright, I'll settle with something positive.

To be honest, I really only like the puzzle aspect of the game. I don't ever feel compelled to go after any of the characters, and while I suppose that's mostly on me for preferring men, I just wish there were more to each girl than one single trait (or even the ethnicity) which is often blown out of proportion. As far as the actual dating simulator goes, it's very lackluster for me personally.

In terms of the gameplay, however, I had a lot of fun. It has some small stakes while also being quite easygoing, which is my favorite type of experience. I would generally recommend this game if you aren't ashamed of owning it and happen to enjoy bejewled clones. And this a small addition, but I was very pleased with the UI design, for some reason. That's all.

I am glad i was finally able to play Huniepop after watching some of my favorite youtubers play it

the answer is nothing.

This game is enjoyable to play, and well worth its low price tag, but I can't give it a full recommendation. Not because it's kinda mediocre and somewhat overcomplected, with unforgiving "gotcha" mechanics and a less than helpful but annoyingly persistent tutorial character. Not because it's a wish-fulfillment fantasy for boys that will teach them very flawed lessons about how to talk to girls, with a lot of cringe-inducing lines that make the female characters seem like extreme caricatures of actual women's behavior. Not because it insults my intelligence with fanservice, panders to weebs, and is cutesy enough to give me diabetes. All those problems I could forgive and still give the thumbs up. The single factor that tilts it below the median: because IT DOESN'T FIT MY SCREEN properly and CAN'T BE RESIZED. I have to enlarge my desktop every time I play, and even then the icons I have to click functionally appear in different places than the program displays them being. I don't regret my purchase, but the game needs fixing badly so that it can actually show properly on screens of varying sizes, and I won't have to click on what looks like empty space far to the edge of the screen EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to move one of the gems on the match-3 screen.

I like the game, it's actually really fun and I enjoy the puzzle mechanic. My only complaint is that some of the s*exual scenes are censored. I don't know if there's something in my settings I'm not seeing or if it's a Steam thing.

We all know why you're here and it's completely valid. This game is honestly a classic in more ways than one.... I'd be lying if I said I didn't do it with the cat though... I kinda also still remember the names of all the girls.... But enough about me, this game is a masterclass and you're missing out if you don't play it although I will admit railing every girl multiple times can get a bit repetitive.... but I'll never get bored of Aiko and Tiffany!

HuniePop, as a game, has been on my radar for a very long time, ever since one of my mose favourite Youtubers has played it, and had a blast while doing so. You play as yourself, and let's be honest you're not doing so well, romance-wise... So a Pr0n fairy pops out of nowhere called Kyu, and she pities you and she wants to teach you how to go out there and get your... ahem, sExO game on lol

So she sends you to meet a bunch of available women lol and those all have different personalities, that's actually important because when the Tetris-like puzzle intermission comes on, you'll have to feed them the right gems to have a successful date with them... Every successful date with an "available woman" nets you a heart, and with enough hearts you can go on a date with them women at night time, be successful at that you'll get their panties, both figuratively and literally... Yeah really you'll have the dreaded pr0n with them and probably an achievement... It's never insinuated, that's why the game is rated ADULT ONLY, you legit HAVE THE Pr0n with that girl and it's all shown on screen, as much as a game can actually show, and that's basically the whole thing. With every date you actually get Munies that you can use to buy the girls gifts, and Hunie which can also be used as a currency, but differently, it's up to you to figure that out!

Anyways... After you finish with the girls, Venus herself descends from the heavens to see who is this miscreant who's seemingly effing girls left and right, and even SHE would like to get some of that lol I interpreted all of it as basically HuniePop is that one hub but with Anime girls instead... To camouflage itself as a game, it introduces a Puzzle Tetris -like game during dates that is so random you'd never get good at it.

HuniePop is 8/10 in my book, for when the time is right lol it's aimed towards a very specific demographic of romantically uninvolved individuals... I'll just admit that getting these "available girlies" gifts and hearing that satisfying "+Hunie" sound is really nice!

I pirated this game back when i was in middle school, and recently watch holo streamers having a blast with it so i decided to play it again.

The match 3 system in this is top tier. The games pretty funny and you can have so much fun when ya just let yourself.

it's a wonderful game. i played it many years ago, maybe 2019, a pirated copy. before then i watched many youtubers play it as a kid - markiplier, jacksepticeye, dashie. returning to it now, its still great. the characters are so nice to get to know, the gameplay is so fun. the music is strangely unforgettable. its far more than just a porn game. it feels funny to say, but the game truly is a classic and is genuinely close to my heart

unfortunately, the game is a bit weird in terms of window size. i have a 4k screen and fullscreen doesnt make the game take up my full screen, just surrounds the small window in darkness. but after getting an hd textures mod and setting up borderless windowed to make my own fullscreen mode, its a great experience. if you dont have a 4k screen, or you dont mind playing windowed, then this shouldnt be a problem

Booted it up at 12am for the very first time and kept playing till 10am the same morning. Can’t think of any other game that’s done that to me.

I have been looking for any other kind of game like hunie pop there really isnt its truly one of a kind i love the game aspect of it and the story is fun and kue is stupid and funny and she makes you laugh. the girls are typical and thats fun. (mind you i am a gay man) the game keeps me entertained for a good while on a lazy or cozy day of not wanting to do anything TOO strenuous to my mind. HOWEVER dont be alarmed when you lose to not having any moves because your brain rot cant process what move to make to finish the date positively when you only have 3 moves left lol

This is the best match x game I've played. The nude stuff is silly and should be ignored by adults. Why are the rest of the match games so bad? I don't know if it would be possible to make an all-ages version of this game but someone should try. No play-to-win, no bonus bullshit, just "Here is the $3 game, enjoy!"

If you are looking for zorn game that is more of a game than a zorn, just pay 10$ to developers and play this game.

Among all the games that I bought for the last 7 years, this is the only game that is still fun.
Importantly, compare to modern zorn games this game is very pure(tame):

Characters are very fun as well as the stories.
It's not the greatest. But it's just perfect for this game. (I don't know how else to write this.)

The fu$king date mini-game is unbelievably fun and time consuming.

It's rng hell, obviously. But something about that is just fun, especially when you get the perfect setup and win the date with a single move.
After like one segs scene, you will probably be skipping those zorns, and focusing on the dates more than anything.
Highly recommend.

Really great game, recommended for people who are alone without gf. Also prepare some wipes for playing.

This game changed me. It helped me overcome my fear of females, allowing me to connect with my now gf. Would recommend to any males struggling with female social encounters. I’m excited to show my future son and possibly daughter this game to help them overcome the fear of females. Very good game

We all know the color match puzzle games are addicting. This is definitely one of the best I've played. The music really puts the game well over the top for me. The soundtrack is a huge plus and worth the extra purchase.
The adult aspect doesn't add or subtract anything for me. There is enough variety in the girls' personality for anyone to pick one that suits them.
Fun game on the go. After playing a good chunk of it 10 years ago, I came back to it after buying a Steam Deck and this game is perfect for deployments on a ship or where ever people and need some good old fashioned distraction. Highly recommended puzzle game.

Good game, still holds up well a few years post-release. The puzzles themselves can be pretty challenging near the latter half of the game, but that's probably just my ADHD brain giving me grief, haha.
