I liked everything about this game, from characters, voice acting, writing to crazy good pictures you receive from girls! Match 3 mecahnics is interesting and it doesnt get boring at all. (make sure you get dlc for uncensored pictures after you finish the game -its worth it-)
This game is not fleshed out in the slightest the girls while "cute" tropes are just basic and makes me wish there was a way to learn more about them other than simple small talk
(also why the fuck is kyu racist??? its not even funny??)
the only saving grace it has is the unique ui elements (such as the popping when you make a match) but thats about it

I know that this game is viewed as a meme game, or an adult game, or both, but it is legitimately a great match three puzzle game and dating sim. While not all the girls are to my personal liking, they all fulfill their archetypes extremely well, and I find many of their smaller details and eccentricities both interesting to learn and endearing. The puzzles are also really fun, and there are multiple viable strategies that allow for different playstyles and experimentation. Add in phenomenal music, secret unlockable characters, and an endgame mode that forever increases in difficulty for challenge and replayability, and you have an awesome puzzle game.
I try to play the game and at this point I don’t want to see any sexual content I just want to beat the game ngl 🫡

Bought this game on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and while the hentai aspect was underwhelming, the gameplay was the real star here. This is so much more here than candy crush since each color does different things. I typically play 3-5 games per day for 30-60m apiece, but I put 30h into this one in 5d due to the addictive gameplay. I started achievement hunting from the get-go with a guide and it clearly had no impact on my enjoyment. Most hours for under $2 for me since Witcher 1 and Battle for Wesnoth
Within just 40 minutes of play time one of the main characters refers to a Black woman as "chocolate" and an Asian woman as "yellow fever - no yellow plague" and it is just gross racism. Absolutely no interest in continuing when this is how the characters you are attempting to connect with are treated.
just played this game for the first time ever yesterday and 10\10 would recommend omg. obviously it's not a game to be taken seriously but it's so much more than just an ecchi "dating game." the music, the art, and the characters (mostly) are all so well done and while you don't really get to "romance" them there's something so fun about the puzzle aspect being a part of dating the girls especially if you're already a puzzle game lover + a vn dating sim enjoyer.
seriously if you haven't played it yet or you've heard of it i promise it's worth the try and you'll end up getting sucked in trying to beat all the puzzles or you'll end up trying to find money to constantly keep your favorite girl happy.

This game is basically the standard for match 3 porn games. The writing and voice acting is good, but it does get repetitive as you are trying to complete it. It's funny, which is a definite plus and not something you usually see. The art is pretty great. The variation is body types is better than most games, though none of them are what would be considered "average" sized (14-16US), and are all pretty skinny. It's a pretty long game too, what with the amount of ladies to romance.
Its a puzzle game that is also lewd. Not going to complain. Hard mode is definitely a step up in difficulty though.

Ran in windowed mode on Endeavour OS (Arch Based) with AMD CPU and Nvidia GPU. Played in Normal mode. Review is being done after bonked all 12 girls at least once. Intend on continueing play. Sat in library for long time and never expected to actually enjoy it so much when it's so bad wwwww

-Just like real life, hated the sex (I'm asexual; if your disabled [worse than me] may never progress once his sex phase of game; my hand/wrist is in excruciating pain, is this what it's like for guys or people sexually active?)
-Initially easy to not play, but honestly got kinda addictive
-I kept getting Ls because picked the fun answers

i bought this game for a very specific reason, to confront my past demons. i saw this game at way too young and i firmly believe it laid the cornerstone for my sexual awakening. i still remember spending hours trying to find spicy vids of this on my old ipad, which would unknowingly traumatize me into finding fictional women hot, an event whose fallout still lingers to this day. i recognize every face in this game 10 years later not through choice, but through trauma. my mind has been irreparably altered by this game and what effects it could still have on me are yet to be discovered.
wether i like it or not huniepop is apart of my very past and being. i must live with this unalterable truth and i can only hope that actually playing it will provide me with closure for my past. i know not if i will come out the other end of this game a new man or if i will simply sink into a pit of candycrush and anime tits that is this game.
