this is one of the most addicted game i have ever play, it's jsut sad that not lots of people ever heard about this game since it got over shadow by dota and league. I just hope this game could grow huge, such an awsome game
I played this game when it came out for the first time and after a long time I decided to download it again because I really liked it's design and the idea behind it.
To make it short...
Pro
+Interesting character designs
+Heroes feel relatively balanced
+Decent amount of skins and color variations
+Free stuff for playing the game
Con
-Some pets are too good/weak
-Dc or rage quit
-No more developement
I can definately recommend playing Strife even tho S2 abandoned it! There is a small but loyal player base :o) If you want to find games faster just choose all regions, you will find yourself in a game within seconds! Be prepared to play with lots of russians or asian ppl so you might not be able to communicate with everyone but hey, there are pings and a chat wheel :o)

with a larger community this game would be really good,
but queue times are years long and there's only a megaserver rather than regional servers.
I really fell sorry because there's such a small comunity for this game.

Nice champions and map , it feels unic but it is a normal MOBA . I wont say much more exept that the match making IS SO SLOW.
It looks like a really cool game. Too bad there is noone in the servers. I wish I could play with real people some time.

Great game
I'm generally a new player to MOBAs. I've tried LOL, DOTA 2, HON, etc. This MOBA is quite positively different in that to me it shines in the following areas:
+ Beautiful Vivid Graphics and Effects
+ Funny engaging starter Storyline
+ I like how each player gets there own Courier (No team courier to fight over)
+ Camera View is comfortable, you can lock to yourself or unlock to view the map, but with this game it seems more natural to move around screen and you actually have time to react better
+ Characters have Life and Jubilance in there Animations
+ Voice Acting is Funny and Entertaining
+ Pets are something new!
+ You can have your items Auto-Que'd with Customizable Builds(Bookmark Favorites)
+ Forest/Jungle Mobs are So Cute! (Hate to kill them lol)
+ There is a lot of attention to detail in craftmanship reflected throughout gameplay.
+ It's not to hard or not too easy to play in terms of enjoyability and challenge
Cons:
- While I can see the player base is not very large atm, you will have Bots join your team against the AI when you do Co-Op against AI. Today I played a game, and it was 3 real people and 2 Bots against 5 Bots on the other team. I really don't mind that, but something to be aware of.
One of my favorite mobas of all time, a real shame that the company stopped updating it
The thing is, this game really was the best Moba I've ever played. It was a baby moba, so its hard to comment on how it would have grown, but its start, its seeds, were pure gold. Interesting champions crafted with all of the knowledge and reflection of S2's previous ventures, a brilliant reimagining of the map that really did feel like it was constantly creating new and exciting interactions, and a brilliant items system that simultaneously outshined the out of match persistance of Lol's masteries, and the in game progression of Dota's archaic three stat system.
But S2 walked away. Out of nowhere it seems. One weekend, long ago, they made all of the champions, and all of the cosmetics free to everyone. They sliced their revenue and walked out. I honestly don't know why the game is still:
1. running, as they certainly cant be covering their server costs
2. listed on steam, because the beautiful game is now dead.
Taps for Strife, the second great MOBA by S2 that will never get the praise it deserves.
Also fucking shame on you S2. Stop letting your children die. Games aren't easy, they're risky, and they're not always friednly, but you guys put months and months into the preproduction, and development of this game. You poured your minds into inventing brilliant systems, and captured the hearts of an immensely loyal player base. And then you fucking walked away, without even a comment as to why. You used to be one of my favoirte companies. I've looked up to you guys since Savage 2, and now that I'm entering the industry myself I have enough perspective to be empathetic yes, but more so dissapointed that the heroes of my adolesence have killed so many brilliant games.
Played in closed betta, after they removed SA servers, game got killed. Just take a look at the patchs, and you'll see this game shouldn't even be in Steam right now. DEVs literally gave up.
Infinite Crisis might have failed, at least it was pretty damn good, and it was cristal clear that DEVs were really trying.
I remember seeing this game at PAX and how ''huge'' it got. S2games will never be succesfull.

queue time is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo long :(
with a larger community this game would be really good, but queue times are years long and there's only a megaserver rather than regional servers, so theres a lot of ping issues unless you're in the US.
Excellent game!! Like LOL... but better in almost every way. Lots of little things they've thought about. Only think I personally miss are the Super Minions.
Oh and currently lacking players :(
