Ryan George Style Pitch Meeting:

INT. UBISOFT OFFICE – SOMETIME IN A BLISSFULLY PEACEFUL ALTERNATE REALITY

[SCREENWRITER enters slowly and quietly, as if tiptoeing through a library. EXECUTIVE looks up from a Sudoku puzzle, sipping chamomile tea.]

EXECUTIVE:
So you have a puzzle game for me?

SCREENWRITER:
Yes sir I do! It’s called Puzzler World, and it’s going to be the most relaxing video game experience since the invention of ambient whale sounds.

EXECUTIVE:
Wow wow wow wow! So what kind of puzzles are we talking?

SCREENWRITER:
All of them.

EXECUTIVE:
All of them?

SCREENWRITER:
All the ones you find in that one puzzle book your grandma leaves in the bathroom. Crosswords! Sudoku! Wordsearches! Link-a-Pix! Codewords!

EXECUTIVE:
I do love Codewords!

SCREENWRITER:
Everyone thinks they love Codewords until they realize they’re just cryptic crosswords in disguise.

EXECUTIVE:
Oh no!

SCREENWRITER:
But it’s okay! Because Puzzler World is designed to make you feel good about your brain without actually hurting it too much.

EXECUTIVE:
So it’s like a massage for the neurons.

SCREENWRITER:
Exactly! It’s like if Duolingo and a warm cup of tea had a very polite baby who says “Good job!” even when you mess up.

EXECUTIVE:
Sounds very wholesome! So is the UI confusing and intimidating like most puzzle games?

SCREENWRITER:
Not even slightly! The UI is going to be so smooth and readable you’ll want to frame it and put it above your mantelpiece.

EXECUTIVE:
I do like framed things!

SCREENWRITER:
We’re talking soft pastel colors, big friendly buttons, and zero pressure. It’s like the opposite of Minesweeper.

EXECUTIVE:
Minesweeper did give me trust issues with the number 1.

SCREENWRITER:
Totally understandable. This game will heal that trauma.

EXECUTIVE:
And what about the difficulty?

SCREENWRITER:
Oh, we’re gonna ease into that. This isn’t a game that’s gonna throw a thousand-letter anagram at you and scream “SOLVE IT, NERD!”

EXECUTIVE:
Thank goodness.

SCREENWRITER:
Instead, we offer gently increasing difficulty across different types. Most players will feel challenged but never hopeless.

EXECUTIVE:
So it doesn’t yell at you when you’re wrong?

SCREENWRITER:
Nope! It just sighs slightly and lets you try again like a disappointed British librarian.

EXECUTIVE:
That’s the best kind of shame.

SCREENWRITER:
Plus, we’ve got a cosmetic timer!

EXECUTIVE:
A what now?

SCREENWRITER:
It’s a timer that’s there, but it doesn’t actually do anything.

EXECUTIVE:
So it’s just like... existing?

SCREENWRITER:
Exactly! Like most philosophy majors!

EXECUTIVE:
Oh no!

SCREENWRITER:
But for players who do want a bit more tension, we’ve got Bonus Puzzles! These are fast, timed challenges that pop up after you finish a regular puzzle.

EXECUTIVE:
So the game suddenly goes from calm and cozy to PANIC MODE?

SCREENWRITER:
Only if you opt in! It’s like a game of chess where one piece occasionally pulls a knife on you.

EXECUTIVE:
That sounds slightly terrifying.

SCREENWRITER:
But fun terrifying! Like “Oh no I might not finish this word puzzle in 30 seconds” instead of “I just aggro’d a Skyrim dragon with a butter knife.”

EXECUTIVE:
Nice! And what happens if you don’t finish the bonus puzzle?

SCREENWRITER:
Absolutely nothing. There’s no punishment whatsoever.

EXECUTIVE:
So it’s a game where failure feels fine?

SCREENWRITER:
Failure is just... cozy learning.

EXECUTIVE:
So do you earn anything in this game?

SCREENWRITER:
Yes! You earn coins! Which you can use to buy hints!

EXECUTIVE:
Are coins hard to get?

SCREENWRITER:
Oh no, we throw them at you like a well-meaning uncle at a birthday party.

EXECUTIVE:
So it’s impossible to get stuck?

SCREENWRITER:
Correct! If you're stuck, you can just pay some coins and boom—progress.

EXECUTIVE:
That’s amazing! Unless the coins are microtransactions...

SCREENWRITER:
They're not! This isn’t that kind of Ubisoft game.

EXECUTIVE:
Phew!

SCREENWRITER:
We also included lesser-known puzzles like Pieceword and Silhouette!

EXECUTIVE:
Silhouette? What’s that?

SCREENWRITER:
It’s like a puzzle that pretends to be a Rorschach test, but instead of psychological revelations, you just discover it was a teapot.

EXECUTIVE:
I love it. What about the story?

SCREENWRITER:
There isn’t one.

EXECUTIVE:
Oh.

SCREENWRITER:
Because sometimes people just want to spell "ACORN" and feel like a genius, not unravel the lore of an intergalactic crossword conspiracy.

EXECUTIVE:
That's fair. But is there a way to make it harder?

SCREENWRITER:
Not really! Hardcore puzzlers may find the difficulty too easy.

EXECUTIVE:
So the game’s a little too friendly?

SCREENWRITER:
Yeah, it’s like a puzzle version of Mr. Rogers. But with fewer sweaters and more anagrams.

EXECUTIVE:
Still sounds lovely. So what do we call this thing?

SCREENWRITER:
Puzzler World.

EXECUTIVE:
That’s a great name! It sounds like a theme park where the only ride is a quiet bench and a crossword.

SCREENWRITER:
Exactly! It’s a game for winding down, engaging your brain, and feeling quietly victorious for solving four-letter words like “oven.”

EXECUTIVE:
Well sign me up! Just don’t make me play that Bonus Puzzle with 12 seconds and 37 synonyms for “hat.”

SCREENWRITER:
I would never do that.

[They both sit down to do a Link-a-Pix, smile softly, and quietly forget the concept of time.]

It's really fun and enjoyable with hours of content. However, the 6x6 Sudoku puzzles are too easy.

Good game, many levels plus a quick mode. Loud music on startup but its worth it, it is so worth it. Many puzzle options. There's things you can do to just watch a movie on the side and click buttons, or things you can really focus on. AND YOU GET TO COLLECT COINS. WHAT ISN'T TO LOVE?

I mean, you get a lot of puzzles for the price. From Sudoku and link a pix to crosswords and wordsearch, etc. Gets stale a little too quickly. But what a bargain!
