Добро пожаловать в The Battle of Polytopia, уникальную пошаговую стратегию о загадочных землях, харизматичных племенах, увлекательной магии и продвинутых технологиях. Главная цель игры — покорить мир. Кто бы сомневался!
Место действия: отправляйтесь на Квадрат, причудливую планету в виде плоской квадратной суши, дрейфующую в космосе в альтернативном измерении. На Квадрате живут 15 непохожих друг на друга воинственных племен политопийцев, каждое из которых обладает своими особенностями, стремлениями, сильными и слабыми сторонами. Игроку предстоит возглавить одно из этих племен и развивать свою цивилизацию в постоянной борьбе с другими.
Хотите стать вождем Xin-Xi, обособленного, но смелого племени, которое чтит традиции и с подозрением относится к переменам и чужакам? Или предпочтете племя Hoodrick, которое славится любовью к лукам, природе, грибам и знаменито своей выпечкой? А может, предпочтете племя Bardur? Местные жители обожают проводить время в таверне, попивая свой излюбленный напиток уллефург — восхитительное сочетание сосновой
хвои, горячей воды и кроличьего жира. Вкуснятина!
Но остерегайтесь племени Vengir. Эти воины ездят на фиолетовых свиносорогах, а в перерывах между набегами любят точить мечи и отдыхать на кладбище Китгка. С ними лучше не ссориться!

Lightweight, easy to understand, but hard to master. You can see that the developer put love and dedication into this game.
Fun mindless strategy nothing more nothing less although the AI might be a bit to easy (even on crazy) still a good time! :D
This game is super fun and most games feel like an advanced game of chess... except when versing cymanti. The tribe just breaks the game and wins the game for the player. Other than that the game is super enjoyable to play. Just pray they nerf cymanti for the sake of keeping the fun alive.

An incredibly well made 4x game that's cheap, easy and very fun to play. It is also surprisingly one of the most competitive 4x games out there due to it's accessibility.

Definitely a fun strategy game. I prefer to play on steam over mobile, but both are good. If you want a less complicated version of Civ, this is probably a good choice.
Have played this game for several years, even as a mobile game before it was available for PC. Made all my college friends download it to play with me. Simple yet requires great good strategy :) love it

Nice off and online, turn based, strategy battle game. Takes a bit of time to get any good, and continues to be a challenge especially online

It's a really simple and fun strategy game. Simple as in easy to learn, the strategies get crazy well thought-out when you start doing tournaments and the like. Singleplayer is just as fun as multiplayer, though. You can play it over and over again and never get bored with the variety of tribes and the randomly generated maps (that you can customize the settings for!). It excels at its own niche in the strategy game genre. It's a game that deserves to be at least tried out by everybody who can, even if you end up refunding it in the end.

I resigned at two jobs and was employed at a third one, bumped my pay up 10% and added an incentive program to it in the time it took for my next turn to come around in Polytopia.
At this rate, by the time we finish this game, I'll be CEO of Big Bard Co.

I loved the simple unit management of polytopia, like a simplified gameplay of command and conquer which makes it easier. Good thing it also runs on linux and the server works fine compared to the mobile which like doesn't load anymore. Not sure if the mobile game is still being supported but I hope that gets fixed.

Great strategy, yet easy to learn
Long ago, the 16 tribes lived together in harmony, and then everything changed when the Kickoo tribe attacked.
games a gooden, would recommend if you want to get into strategy games but find them to be too difficult to grasp.
Polytopia is to chess as chess is to checkers.
simple game but very fun gameplay loop. It's a good way to unwind
I enjoy this game because it doesnt eat up hours like a typical 4x game would while still keeping most of the basic mechanics common in those games. Theres a free version for mobile as well, but its not as good. My only gripe is that the special tribes tend to be too disruptive to the game compared to normal tribes. If you play without them, the game is much, much better.

Simple, yet addictive. Usually I am not much into strategy games but this one strikes the right balance in features and gameplay. Easy to find yourself lost in a hour long battle and just relax. Also spent countless hours playing the mobile version back in the day

great game!! been playing on mobile for years and its been good fun. good game to play with a group of friends over a discord call (live game), or to play with 24hr turn limits over a week or so on a large map.
highly recommend.
The only issue ive ran into is that when matching for random multiplayer games, if you don't accept a game and try to match again, it will just keep offering the same match until you or someone else accepts it. i hope this will be fixed in future updates.

Its a version of Civ minus the depth, minus the study Civ requires. I rate it
Amazingly Simple but still an absolute masterpeice of an indie game
It's quite innovative and ingenious. It is very good.
Simple and very fun strategy game
It is a really fun game because it is like a board game and it involves strategies and out-thinking your opponents. You can play it offline against bots or with friends or you can play online. It is really well made and there isn't one easy way to win every time so you have to think hard.
