There's a racist name in the top streamers list. Really??
Streamer Simulator isn't really a proper game, it's just a lazy 2D browser/Flash-tier "number incrementer" mobile app where the object of the game is to increase the in-game currency by clicking, and sometimes buying things that increase the rate at which your currency/score goes up. It's an incredibly shallow game loop, to the point you might as well just run a program that does "i=i+1; print i" and watch the numbers go up automatically, and just watch it. You'd get the exact same outcome. If this sounds completely mindless, you're not wrong.
It does a fairly average attempt at looking like it's a business tycoon game, but there's only one pathway you can travel to make ends meet in this mobile app, which puts it squarely in the arena of clicker/incrementers. It's just junk trashware. Reinforcing the clicker status: The only elements in the game are the bed (end day) and the computer (where you do your clicking and upgrading your clicks). Only two places to tap your iPhone screen. What a joke of a game.
From a technical perspective, as a mobile app, this doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard.
A choice was made to use obsolete, decades old retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result.
While there are options to change the resolution for the mobile app, all this does is scale up the simplistic 2D art assets used to make the mobile app, which makes little or no difference to the graphics quality. Without any other substantial graphics tweaks, it's not possible for gamers to improve the lacklustre 2D visuals.
The controls can't be customised because the game has such a dumbed down, simplified interface that it's just iPhone screen tapping stuff. The fact that the interface is this dumbed down might be seen as a problem in itself, however... this is a fairly shallow experience if you're the kind of gamer that likes to play games with deep, rich control schemes and interaction. You'll get none of that here.
Because this is a mobile app, it carries a number of deliberate design deficiencies. Compromises were made to cater to the iPhones that the mobile app was designed for. These are unfortunate handicaps and limitations that PC gamers shouldn't be forced to accept, but it's evident that PC was an afterthought for the iPhone developers who are to blame for this. The mobile app is deficient as a result of these choices, and would have been so much better without the handicaps that designing games for mobile phones forces upon a game. Once more, mobile devs have made gaming worse for everyone. I didn't spend thousands on building a gaming rig just so I could pretend it's an iPhone.
These technical defects push this mobile app below acceptable standards for any modern PC game.
The poor quality of this mobile app is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 14 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality mobile app is to be expected.
Once more we see greedy mobile devs trying to scam PC gamers. On Steam, this is $1 USD, on app stores, it's free. Mobile devs must learn PC gamers are not here to be gouged, and can't be expected to pay a premium for a free mobile app just because it's been lazily dumped on Steam. This is unacceptable disrespect for PC gamers. Because this can be played free elsewhere, and because of the other defects, it's impossible to recommend. Who do they think we are?
This game is beyond awful. What you see int he video is what you will do for the first 35 game days until you finally start generating enough money to sustain yourself. Then you'll start saving for upgrades. But if you buy any upgrade that increases the rate you gain EXP, it breaks it. A number of things don't work. There is NO sound in the game.
I figured I'd check it out since I play so many incremental games and stuff but after I get my refund, I honestly wouldn't pay $0.05 for this game. Sorry Dev. Not sure how you got this onto steam but it doesn't belong here yet. Hopefully in the future you'll improve the UI, get some sounds, fix the game breaking bugs and broken features.

Craving real shit? This is the closest substitute of it in a game form.
the game bug so that the level do not go up so no skill ponits sad one i can not play for real
can you please add a consle that you upgrade and more games and Pc parts it to easy and also please drop rent to 200$ plz!
This game is so bad it is a wast of money. The game has no good game play aside from clicking 10 times. don't bother getting this trash of a game, I can't even call this a game, can you. Do you dare wast the money to buy this, if so go for it and regret it.
no no no, not good no
The concept of a streamer simulation game seems neat, so despite all the negative reviews, I paid for it. Fortunately, it was less than $1.00. The game is lacking content, even as a point and click game, which is basically what it is.
It might actually simulate the lifeline of a streamer, which is mundane and boring for a long time at first, but even as a streamer, I couldn't get past the first couple of days without being utterly bored. In real life, streamers face challenges.
I don't forsee the devs updating this came since it's been left untouched for so long, but if someone were to make a decent streamer simulator and/or improve this game, I would recommened a more user-friendly menu system, some type of explanations as I had no idea what to do when I entered the empty game room, more interactions within the room, more "challenge" encounters perhaps with a choose your path type response, a little person in the room that you can move around, interactivity with the other objects in the room other than the bed, so the streamer can eat, etc. It seems I also have to immediately upgrade my computer in order to purchase and play any game. How is that?
At the end of the day, it seems like the game was released prematurely and/or without much insight to the life of an actual streamer, including those that are not well-known.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this game, even if you think it will "teach" you something about how to stream or what streaming is like. If you want to know that, watch streams of varying audience sizes and genres in real life.
Oh man, the game is beyond broken. It seems like it was rushed beyond anything, just to get it out quickly and making money. So much stuff is beyond bugged! Want some examples? Okay.
- If you buy any upgrade that improves EXP gain, it breaks the progression system.
- You can keep streaming Mineblock repeadedly, as long as you don't let the progress bar reach 100%
It's 100% rushed, and it seems to be pulling down the Simulator type into the mud.
Got a refund after a few minutes of playing. It literally has 2 minutes of gameplay. If you believe streaming is a two button process grind, it's your game. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. If the game was $0.99 you know MAYBE I'd say sure, have a good laugh.
Game is unplayable due to the fact that ever resolution is messed up cutting off portions of the screen. Perhaps it's my 1900x1200 native resolution but I've tried windowed mode with every resolution on the list. When I go into most menus I can't even back out. Literally unplayable.
I would not recommend this game.
needs a few fixes ,, few bugs ,, but other then that takes time to get up and earning money,
Great idea, Massively lacking Content, Quality, Sounds, etc.
Worst game in the world.
Take an idle game, let a fun-vampire suck all the fun out and take away the aspect of being able to put it down sometimes and you have this.
Streamer simulator inaccurately simulates the life of a streamer, when you get 1 view the guy starts donating money, money isn't gained through views but through donations and subs in this game.
Nice-ish looking room, but two clickable things in the room, no explanations and repetitive gameplay to the max.
Seriously this game is more repetitive then idle games.
Looking for a way to waste €5,99?
Then this is the game for you!
Looking for enjoyment, fun gameplay or brain-wrecking strategy?
You came to the wrong game.

In game, i don't see any back button, and i cant tuning my computer.
Awfull game, really really boring.
You can't do anything until its day 40 and you just stream clicking, you dont do anything that make you feel like playing.
This is one of the most mundane games i have ever played, i came in with little to no expectations for the game and yet it managed to dissapoint me. No clear objective, no pop-ups that explain anything that's happening. The "gameplay" is so minimalistic, even for a "managing tycoon" game. It has about 40-50 minutes of gameplay value, and the time you put in the game feels more like a chore than a experience.
The graphics in the room are decent looking, like a decently made flash game. But the ingame ui system is basically made with paint alpha version. And no text, you dont understand the menu system until you hover over each part, and even then it's hard to understand since nothing is ever explained.
Overall it's a pretty shitty game, hard to understand how it made it through the greenlight. Feels more lika an alpha version of something that could've been great, but the developer obviously doesnt really care about the game, otherwise he would've never realesed it in this state.
had to get a refund on this after 22 minutes of forcefully playing. i didnt expect it to keep my attention long like alot of these small simulator games dont, but sadly clicking away on 2 or 3 different buttons and repeating all over again isnt my idea of fun.
when the game first loaded, there was no music or sounds, thought it had crashed since nothing was interacting with my mouse clicks. only to discover that the bed and pc are used.
i have some junk in my games collection, and it can quite happily stay there, but sadly this didnt even deserve that, had to have it refunded and removed.
