Classic strategy game from 2003. Run your own casino in the 1970s. It's classy. It's glitzy. It's all yours. Take a gamble. Start small with a slot machine or two. Employ some staff and open the doors. Pretty soon people will be talking about your place from coast to coast.
Visitor profiles vary from wealthy businessmen, professional gamblers to trailer trash and holiday flutterers. All have tastes to suit their budget and style. Teenagers seek noisy arcade machines, and high rollers want big stakes and big returns. They all have one thing in common: cash to spend.
As you grow to own hotels and casinos you'll want to set the amount of floor space given to rooms, bar and restaurant areas, roulette, card tables, slot machines, entertainment lounges, and to also set the level of payouts, profits and cream offs on the tables and machines. You will be able to see, in high detail, which of your outfits are popular. The graphical scale allows you to track the ebb and flow of the city at a zoomed out perspective, but then to zoom inside your buildings to see the gamblers playing Black Jack at the tables.
You can actively encourage the growth of the city by your actions. This is a tourist town; it has a multitude of businesses that very visibly attract customers if popular; the airport and roads become busy. The streets get choked. The tills ring more frequently. And, provided you're taking care of business, the profits will roll in.

Small issues getting it to work on windows 10+ but it's definitely possible with dgvoodoo and tinkering with resolution.

Got this dirt cheap in the Winter Sale after watching Jerma's chaotic stream. Within an hour of first starting this up, my casino had been voted "most popular establishment for Trailer Trash", several people were on lying the floor unconscious, there was vomit everywhere and there had already been a fire at the Pasta Italiano.
10/10. Thank you Jerma.

Runs perfect on my machine with little effort and it’s loads of fun!
Insanely fun game i recommend, It has alot of story options and alot of things to do ingame.
Theres also aton of entertainment options and ofcourse gambling options to build where some storys like the tutorial ones will require you to unlock through missions meanwhile the harder and experienced ones will give you them to the get go.
Sooo many things to do with the map also wether it be putting a bomb in a enemys casino or peeing in it.
You choose how you want to play wether it be a straight food place, casino, entertainment, or all with the multiple floors you can buy.
Way more things also that i cant all explain but trust me so much hours of gameplay for like 5$
Also the only real bad thing about the entire game is that you cant get mods and personally the BEST pro is that it can run on a potatoe and its mega cheap.
A pain in the ass to get running but it's very fun once you do.
The PCGamingWiki article for this game contains a link to a Dropbox file that fixes the piracy false-positives. I also recommend using DxWnd to run this game in windowed mode.

this port is so broken i needed a patch just to be able to run it but much like real gambling it is the most addicting game i have ever played

i love the part where the bouncers take people down to the basement and mercilessly beat them for being too loud
Quite fun management game, especially for its age. Most negative comments are about the broken anti-piracy, but there is files on the discussion boards that fix multiple issues with that the game has. Definitely worth some hours of fun, especially for $5
