Completely unique action gameplayIn this game, there is no limit on how players move. In GunZ 2: the Second Duel, a wall is not an obstacle yet another path that provide tactical advantages. You no longer have to hide behind walls when you encounter your enemies. You can rather climb up the walls around you to take higher ground or move into enemies’ blind spot to launch vigorous assault.
Unique classes with various tactics and strategies
It’s absolutely up to players to choose which class to play. Unique classes are fitted with its own Passive and Active skills. Become a silent assassin wielding a long katana, roam around in the battle ground freely with a giant shield, or burn enemies with flame-thrower. The choice is completely up to you. (3 classes will be available at launch, more classes will be continuously be added)

Good free game not as good as guns 1 but it was fun for like a while b4 it got boring and I quit good game for 50 60 hours of fun I'd play if ur a gunz 1 fan or want a cool quirky game to get into for a while had decent graphics gameplay is more new player friendly unlike gunz 1 which I spent a lot more time perfecting harder reloadshot combos and bf for 1v1
please just release the first GunZ.
Wish there were more people, It's otherwise a really fun game.

Gunz 2 was fun until i could somewhat solo the endboss. Uninstall afterwards. Nothing you can do anymore.

I do not understand why i voted so harsh on this.
This game has awesome graphics and very little actual glitches, the devs really made their part in giving people the feeling of having the control without using things that feel like complete game breaking glitches.
The K-Style skills gained in Gunz 1 is of course worth nothing in this. Only the effort in learning it - something completely new - is.
Gunz 2 has its own ways of competition, especially the hero selection is very small and fits nicely into whatever feeling of a world Gunz 1 has left behind. Of course all the K-Stylers of Gunz 1 feel intimidated if all their skill is reset to 0 with completely new features.
This is like comparing starcraft 1 to starcraft 2. Theres nothing to compare except for the looks and the noises and sounds. Completely different games each with their own ways of competition.
Its 2019 and i still think the graphics of this game are pretty nice. Expecially if you consider all the indie devs having a low poly appearance in pretty much every single case.
"Host system"? Yes indeed RIP multiplayer, but the fact that the devs thought about giving the game the possibility to never die out just because there is no dependancy for servers any longer makes this game one of the better LAN party esport games. Period.
How do you wanna call your friends to play a game if the servers are down because you flamed the devs for decisions they HAD to make? Right. not at all, officially.
Honestly Pro7 games is something i still consider a crapload of trashgames pushed into the masses. But gunz 2 is far away from that and we, the gunz 1 from back then gotta feel honored that they actually managed to push such an esport heavy title to such a broad audience.
Is it dead? Yes.
You gotta find people via external forums and wait days for them to be ready to actually be able to play a game as a duo.

As i said: This is the honorable release after Gunz 1 was shut down. If the community wasn't full of intimidated kids like me back then, the game probably would have made it into esport like we actually wanted it to ever since we learned that damn realod shot and half steps.
Now we gotta start all over again. From scratch.
And im sorry for it.
this game is fun even tho you can't often find a match but the missions are challenging and with friends you can play multiplayer
Empty servers and the game should've been called MeleE 2 : The second Duel almost everyone isn't even using their guns.
Better grafics better sound somewhat like 1st game but there are tons of changes
first of all removal of so called K-style (AKA bug that was never fixed)
while everyone will yell and protect it k-style was bug and thats why
it wasnt removed in gunz2 becuase this bug never existed in gunz2.
Game is slower than original but i dont see that as bad thing
some elements are still in gun play wall running some melle and skills
unlike 1st game there are class based character which puts player in some
limit however every character looks different and have different skills and weapons
so good ammounts to find what you like.
while i enjoy this game over 1st game (1st game was bug fest that many players abused)
it was still good game and i had fun in it.
while this game also have bugs there is much more balance in terms of bugs in pvp
how ever characters can be unbalanced in certain situations.
problem is game is dead and GunZ community refuses to let go 1st game so you will
hardly find game and overalll community is very slim.
Its cheap fun.
The game isn't rounded out in any one way. Its made for flashy short thrill fun.
A shame though because it could be more than that (perhaps).

waste of internet speed for this i had the game for 3 hrs and never connected to a online game once.
Well the game is dead. I was able to get into 1 game. The most I have seen online is 31 globally. The game has clean mechanics in multiplayer, better graphics, and faithully recreated the beloved castle/church map of the first game. This game had potential to be better than the originals. There are multiple clases with 2-3 unique abilities and weapons. Which would be cool, but the Sniper/Swordsman class are op and can no scope one shot or sit in the corner and one shot. If you get close, they will just do a sword slash, which paralyzes you for a second and almost one shots you. The second would be the dual wielding machine gun class. The class I picked was Wayne the cowboy like character (reference to John Waybe, but looks like Indiana Jones. He has a whip which has longer range then the sword, but the damage is so much lower that its not really effective. If you are close enough to whip someone, they are close enough to dash once and slash you for more damage. The pistol is cool. He has a shotgun, but it doesn't seem to fire in a spread, so its just a worse rifle. I tried the story mode. It has cut scenes, but it consists of barely animated pictures, and poorly written sentences. In terms of game play the first level kept you in a small canyon like coridor which you basically go space to space to fight enemies. There were only 2 character models, and thier melee could 2 hit you. This would be fine, but the maps aren't really designed for the wall running and diving you'd do in multiplayer. the Walls werent smove enough and are broken by round plateus. This means you can't really do cool stunts. Just dodge the mob, run back and unload. Then repeat. The last straw was while dashing through the level, enemies delayed to spawn twice. This resulted in me dashing into the middle of a spawned mob, and them all melee-ing me at once. Delayed spawning due to not keeping up with your dashing leads to punishing insta-deaths. Also the company who bought Guns the Duel haven't updated it since. There hasn't been new content, events, or even weekly challenges since 2014 after they bought it. They just seem to do enough to keep the servers up. RIP Gunz the Duel. This game could have been good with proper care and balancing, but with the creator studio going under, and then current devs not putting anything in, I don't expext a "Gunz 3". "Gunz3: The Third Duel", or Even a "Gunz: The Third Draw." Sorry, I also though "Gunz 2:The Second Duel" was a dumb title.
Mixed opinion. Seems cool, but unable to find a mach so far.
