Bogus controller support.
No-one plays racing games on a keyboard, and I'm not going to pretend 2013 was longer ago than it was.
i like the game but my controller be connected and the controls won`t work do anyone know how to fix this please let me know.
Awesome arcade dirt bike racing game. Much like all the others but with a twist or two. The boost and scrub boost is pretty cool once you get the hang of it. Graphics are decent. Would recommend if buying on sale cheap. I put in 70 hours to 100% the game so worth the money if gotten on sale. Would recommend to anyone that likes dirt bike games or played any of the atv games.
Review:
I really enjoyed playing this game. It is very difficult to play, but once you get the hang of it, it can be really fun. It gets frustrating at times, so if you do not like challenging video games, do not get this. Aside from the graphics not being the best in the world, I rate this game 8/10 at least. Very easy controls and it's very easy for your computer to run (I run it on a 3 year old laptop that took twenty minutes to boot up). The only other thing that got annoying is the soundtrack (it's just like fifteen songs that repeat themselves on a random shuffle) and the maps (all of the levels are on a small amount of tracks, with limited options for where to race. Of course, you can fix the music issue by turning music off and playing Spotify in the background. Very good game overall.
Update:
I doubt that this is an issue with the game itself, but ever since I installed it on my new PC, every time that I try and open it, it gives me the following error message:
'The game has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect.'
Again, I highly doubt that it is due to the actual game, but I would like to ask if anyone else has had this issue or if anyone else knows how to fix it? Thank you.
Mix the concept of MX meets anime cartoon series and you get MUD..
This game doesn't work on so many levels and the graphics and level design are just as gross and muddy as its level design. For the first 20 minutes of the game, it shows significant progress. The customization options for riders and bikes are somewhat nice as well as the music. But that seriously is it and you will get bored very very fast.

Cons:
-Bad muddy graphics and level design. Even the vegetation off of trees looks muddy and not textured well
-Bike handling sucks and the booster packs (They took from the game NAIL'd) do not work in this game
Verdict:

With the current 75% discount, this game is definitely worth a buy. It is a bit more arcade-like, but the handling is still pretty realistic and the graphics are very nice for a DirectX9 game at max settings. I bet one of the MXGP's might be better, but at this price it is a pretty good game after 40min of gameplay.
With VSync enabled, the animations seem smoother than some of the review videos on Youtube.
In addition, 60Hz Vsync On has smoother animation than 75Hz VSync on, even though the game can maintain 85-100FPS on my system, but 75Hz is more responsive.
This game is really good and under-rated.
The gameplay and the graphic is great for being a game made in 2002.
Overall it is fun to play for a very low price.
After playing MX vs ATV Reflex, I was looking for another bike game, All Out is just not as fun, and SuperCross Encore just plains sucks, it runs horrible in my Ryzen 7 with RX 590; so I asked for a refund and with the money I got back I bought this game; and well, it isn't a total blast to play like Reflex, but it is entertaining, has some good tracks, and I like the comic book personality it has in World Tour mode. No game for me is as fun as Excite Bike 64, but for 75% off, this one is worth it
wanted a fun FMX game that was multiplayer and advertised as multiplayer !, there is no multiplayer anymore for this game at all and is not mentioned on the page be careful buying this
I find this game to be fun took me alittle bit to figure out the controls i think part of that has to do with lag on my end. I would recommend this game for a fun little competition.
I have tried to play this game on multiple occasions now, and it's just not worth it. For one, the "partial" controller support is bogus. Try hooking your controller up to this and you'll see the only thing it does is partially navigate through a few menu pages. The racing is all through your keyboard and arrow keys, and it's a very ackward setup. The graphics are crap, even on the highest settings, and the whole gameplay is just odd. Just a bad attempt at a game.
MUD Motocross World Championship
Verdict: couldn't see the point of going past the first 30 mins. Steer clear.

Could be better. There is no open world dirt biking which is a huge set-back. If this had online open world, maybe I'd play it. The game definitely could have a better color scheme. It's too dark and too outlined to be realistic at all. Don't bother wasting $10 on this.
Ew, awful game. Dumb silly things like boosts and only being able to "scrub" on certain jumps. Overall, if you want an excellent motocross game, ANY MX vs ATV game will suffice. Literally any of them. To drive the point home, REFLEX : 10/10, Supercross : 9/10. Unleashed : 10/10, MXGP : 7.5 / 10, MUD : 3/10. I'm so happy i was able to get a refund.
It's certainly not realistic but still pretty fun game. I'm waiting for the next MXGP in that series to come out, so this one helps pass the time.
Game does not work. It crashes on the race load screen. .......................................................................................................................................................Ok going back and reading some stuff online for some reason this game is crashing on the race load screen for alot of people and the only way to fix it is to turn the audio off in the initial load screen. I guess this game would be alright if it actually functioned and had some kind of support. the graphics are ok and it supports controller play.
Launcher does nothing but crash even after re-install and tweaking. I have a very robust machine that would eat this game. Wouldnt waste the money
Pretty crappy game compared to Reflex, only graphics are good and one track (Lommel). Got it for 3$ it's about how much it's worth. No fun, poor mechanincs.
I dont recommend this game because it is so cartoony and i reget getting it you are better off with mx vs. atv. you have to buy tricks! you should just learn them not buy the tricks. i have had this game for about 1 hour and i reget everything about this game. if you want a dirt bike game... MX VS. ATV not this crappy mud game.

Okay, I couldn't help feeling the Mud Motocross was quickly done and the colour vision is overpowered, The bike's physics effects is a bit lame, So it's not really worth the money ,I suggest you should try get this on the cheap !
If you love MX vs ATV Relex surely you're going to be a little disappointed with this in comparsions ,apart from that it's quite good actually !
After being played a couple of weeks, i really like it a lot...:)
