Begin by learning the common angles, and once you have a grasp on those, move on to pre-firing angles, trigger-ready silent pushing, jiggle peaks for information, uncommon spots, and off angles that are effective against pre-fires. It's also important to switch up your angles after getting a kill to avoid being targeted by pre-fire shots. To improve at Office, I recommend playing offline with or without bots, and enabling sv_cheats for infinite ammo. This provides an opportunity to learn how to throw grenades off walls, and to get comfortable with tricky angles for both attacking and defending. Once you feel comfortable I suggest to practice your prefires on insane bots that hold common angles but will instantly kill you if given the chance (this will help with reaction time).
