New team

I've decided to make a side team because every team I join is shit and doesn't have drive to play the game but they also can't joke. I'm making this team where we can joke have fun and be serious about playing the game so we can rank up. I want to play MM and FaceIt! and ESEA/CEVO eventually. I want a set schedule once the whole team is together. We'll have Practice dates where we can make defults and just discuss what we can do. We'll have training days where we can work on aim and nades and movement and game days where we play. Sometimes we can have 2 of those in one day. Before we play we'll practice for 30 mins 15 in a community DM and the other 15 we'll discuss what we want to do. I'm looking for players with flexable roles who will try to fit what they can play regardless of what they want to play. Whatever they do best will fit what we need. We'll also need 3 or so subs who can also play.
