i am Diagnosed with Complex ptsd but doing ok,there are somedays i am offline my self but happens rarely now sorry if i am your steamfriend and lack of being back in left 4 dead 2 sometimes, i apreciate your friendship with me and i value my steamfriends, teamplay i do most when i play, not soo much on the competitive side, i really just like to help out ingame.

After the Diagnose, i have now gotten better but i dont know how its gonna be for now but i went out and met people and started to live a life again, i know its hard when there arent someone around to trust and that it can be scary to go out again, i dont want to push anyone to get outside with the same diagnose as me but i know that if i didnt get out that i wouldnt have come this far to make a better life,
i know that im not alone and there are many more loving people around where ever people are, i know that i hurt feelings on the way but its okay to feel sad when its needed, hope got broken but it wasnt your hope they got away with :) you still have hope for others even if you dont feel it at the moment and there are many that show true love and compassion and those people are there somewhere, go to meetings or a park or some recovery school that is on your age group i kept trying to find the right place to make a process and i didnt want to give up trying and i found a place where the right people are, just look within and seek the love you have and put it to yourself when you at a place where people understand what you going thru.How does it work?
