server is running a rare plugin called EntControl that is active on bw and rp maps, it allows you to spawn weapons, props, npcs, etc. from half life 2, just like garrys mod, wait for an admin to be online to get access.
Use E to open your parachute, and type "!guns" to select your weapons on deathmatch maps.
