Very awesome, true quotes:

People who are truly good, kind at heart, almost never self-proclaim how nice they are. They are the ugliest people out there.

Those who always say they are nice, almost never are. Because when someone is constantly saying how good he/she is, this person is also reminding you of his/her “goodness” hence is expecting some kind of return in gratitude from you.

Most people who are really kind, will not go out of their way to tell everyone how kind they are.

Blaming people is extremely easy.

Admitting that you screwed up something and do steps to make it up (apologise and/or do extra work to fix it) requires inner strength.

It requires empathy.

It requires wisdom to see that by blaming things on others they are giving away their power and by owning their mistakes they are in power over the situation.

Many people don’t have, or have very little of any of these qualities thus blame others for whatever goes wrong.

Mental health should always be taken seriously, and those who disregard others' health by spreading hate and negativity deserve nothing but pity.

Psychologists believe that bragging stems from a need for validation and approval. People who feel insecure or inadequate often resort to bragging to prove their worth to others. They seek attention, admiration, and respect from their peers and believe that boasting about their achievements will make them feel more confident and valued.

Another reason why people like to brag is that it gives them a sense of control. By boasting, they feel that they are in charge of how others perceive them. They can shape their image and influence the opinions of those around them. This, in turn, reinforces their sense of power and self-importance.

Only ignorant, uneducated people make unfounded attacks on others, twisting facts to fit their truth. Simply talking with the other party involved is a much better solution for handling problems instead of festering in hate and negativity.

Stupid people willingly choose to be ignorant, which, therefore, makes them stupid and hard to tolerate. Those are the people you present with facts and they still choose to stay ignorant and not accept what is said.

It's not uncommon for narcissists to accuse others of being narcissistic. This is a classic defense mechanism known as projection. When confronted with their own behavior, they deflect blame onto others to protect their fragile self-image.

By accusing you of being narcissistic, they attempt to shift attention away from their own actions and manipulate the situation. It's important to remember that this tactic is a reflection of their own insecurities and not a valid assessment of your character.

If you find yourself facing these accusations, it's crucial to trust your instincts and seek support from trusted friends, family, or a professional. Surrounding yourself with a healthy support system can help you navigate the complexities of dealing with a narcissistic individual. Remember, you are not alone in this experience.

How to Respond to Accusations from a Narcissist [www.wikihow.com]

There's NEVER any justification for bullying or harassment, regardless of what some others may say or do to defend their behavior.

Be wary of those who claim to know the "truth", as genuine truth requires learning the views of ALL sides. Only stupid, ignorant people will choose to do, otherwise. ;)Hello,

This is my welcome message to all who have found and made their way here. I created this group as a way to promote games that I enjoy and wish to share my thoughts.

As to why I call it "The Introverted Gamer," it's because I like to think it's a pretty fitting description for me and some other gamers out there. I am on the quiet side, but I choose to be. I'll only open myself up to those who have earned my trust and who understand the power that words can hold. After all, it's important to choose our words wisely.

I want to make this a warm, welcoming place where I can share my thoughts on games through reviews and such. Also, I'm happy to welcome those who enjoy games, especially those who are on the quiet side, understand how to convey positive vibes, and not actively seek to hurt others because they may be different or stand out.

Also, having been on the game development side of things as well, I want to welcome game developers and publishers here, too. Let's help each other to promote awesome games and share the gaming world with lots of people. ^^

(Ok, that was probably sappy, but I really do want to make this a warm, welcoming place. XD)
