Ich trage blinkende Schuhe.Als kleine Einführung...

Diese Gruppe beschäftigt sich vor allem mit dem Game "Verdun", einem Early Acces FPS, welcher an der Westfront zwischen 1914 und 1918 im Ersten Weltkrieg spielt. Mit dieser Gruppe wollen wir nun endlich versuchen, mit taktischem und wohlüberlegtem Vorgehen sämtliche Schlachten zu gewinnen und der Entente die Stirn zu bieten! ;)
Geplant ist also, Squads zu bilden in denen jeder die Rolle einnehmen kann mit der er am Besten zu Rande kommt und besagten Squads auch gewisse Aufgaben beim Angriff und bei der Verteidigung zu zu teilen.

Unser Gruppenname soll an die Kompanie aus Remarques Bestseller "Im Westen nichts Neues" erinnern welches am 29. Januar 1929 erstmals in Buchform veröffentlich und bei der Bücherverbrennung 1933 von den Faschisten verbrannt wurde, da es den Krieg real darstellte und nicht verherrlichte. Die Hauptpersonen des Buches befanden sich in der sogenannten 2ten Kompanie und erlebten an der Westfront wohl alle vorstellbaren Schrecken des Krieges. Das Buch ist nicht besonders teuer, ALSO KAUFEN IHR GEIZIGEN KAPITALISTENSÄCKE! ;) Es lohnt sich auf alle Fälle!

As a little introduction ...

This group is mainly concerned with the Game "Verdun", an Early Access FPS, which takes place on the Western Front from 1914 to 1918 during the First World War.
With this group we can now finally try, with tactical and considered approach, to win all the battles and to defeat the Entente! ;)
The plan is to form squads in which players can take on the role which they play best, and for said squads share certain tasks in attack and defense.

Our group name is a reminder of the company from Erich Maria Remarque's bestseller "All Quiet on the Western Front" which was published on 29 January 1929 for the first time in book form.It was burned at the book burning in 1933 by the fascists, because it represented the real war, and was not glorified propaganda.
The main characters of the book were in the so-called 2nd company and experienced on the Western Front, and, probably all imaginable horrors of war.
The book is not particularly expensive, SO BUY THE BOOK YOU CAPITALIST PIGS! ;) It is worthwhile in any case!
