The team joined the NFL in 1921 and is the league's third-oldest franchise, the only community-owned non-profit professional sports team in the United States, and the last of the "small-town teams" that dominated the early days of the NFL.
Teamwork is what the Green Bay Packers were all about.
They didn’t do it for individual glory.
They did it because they loved one another.
