Там жмём кнопку \"Выбрать всех\", ждем пока все друзья не отметься галочками в квадратике, и далее жмём справа вверху, кнопку \"invite\", все страница обновляется, и выходит окошко Steam, где показано число пригласительных в группу твоих друзей!
