You'll never find a person who loves games like I do but is so bad at them.Hello!

The Hell's Black Aces is a new team starting from scratch for the most part but modeled after a team we ran successfully for over 5 years! We were at one point of the top teams in MW4, as with the tradition of the former HBA ran back during the MSN Gaming Zone days. No we are NOT the original HBA from back then, but like them we intend to keep the name in positive light around talking circles and the community.

So why not continue the previous team that was in the running for 5 years? Well as our members gained fondness for other games, and lets face it we've all grown older and went our separate ways for one reason or another, mainly due to real life and the dying of the MW4 community. We branched into over 10+ games at one point and started our own league at http://www.ewarriorleagues.com (which yes intends to include MWO in it's gaming line-up pending the meta game implementation) and one branch of the team is still running 40+ members strong in Astro Empires and still #6 out of 100+ teams for 2 years this January.

SO... Here we are but the problem is our numbers are thin at MechWarrior as said previously, we are at about 8 players for MWO and of the 8 players, 4 were from the original team including myself that I started in 2007. We need fresh blood, and new perspective. All roles are wide open and Leadership is still an option. The team is laid back and mature (sorry no kiddies guys n gals) and pretty fun to hang out with. If you are looking for a team that isn't already set in stone and want a team that there is room for growth as a player and position within your new team, then look no further!

We don't do mandatory practices, but we will get some practices together, against other teams and join some tournaments. We are developing and expanding our training program with the lifting of the NDA which allows us to do some cool things to help guide and bring members up to speed that would have been a little difficult before.


Please consider the following:

We require 18 years old+ ONLY sorry young'ins :(
Military experience is a PLUS! Not required and no we don't do no "Yessir!! Bull****!" but it helps with the lingo and concentration in game and will be highly taken into consideration for any type of leadership roles in the future.
We discuss team decisions together including Battle Strategies, Mech Load Outs, Web Site Improvements, etc. with myself being the deciding vote.
We recruit members on a trial basis and review regularly. The first week is familiarization and getting to know each other, and then review your thoughts as well as ours after your first week to see where we as a team can improve and make yours and other recruits experiences better going forward. Call it a reflection on your time in and whether or not you feel we are giving you the type of team experience you want to continue playing for, and vice versa for us.
