About the Mod

Experience the dawn of combined warfare in the first ever Spanish Civil War mod for Mount and Blade: Warband.

Red and Blue will take you back to the late 30's in Spain, where people from all over the world fought for their ideology.

Take part in the Republican International Brigades as a volunteer from France, Poland, Italy, Germany or the United States of America. Or take command of the professional Nationalist armies led by Francisco Franco.

The Spanish Civil War - Fight and discover everything about his conflict from shore to shore. Fight in the streets of a besieged Madrid, the cold mountains of the Iberian System or the stone villages across Spain.

Swarm the battlefield in massive multiplayer events with up to 150 players. Charge on foot as infantry, lead a cavalry assault or turn the tide of battle with artillery.

Will you defend the Republic, or will you join the Nationalist uprising?

Key features:

A Large variety of units - Play to your strengths with one of six unique character types. Red and blue adds new 3 classes to already existing Infantry, Cavalry and Specialists; Militia, Foreign Infantry and Mechanized.

A variety of small arms - Red and Blue comes jam-packed with a big arsenal of weapons: powerful rifles, rapid-fire SMGs and LMGs, trusty sidearms, melee weapons such as bayonets and sabres, destructive frag grenades, always needed AT grenades and even AT mines. No matter your style, there's a weapon to go with it.
