- No information given.The Phantom Regiment is a Multi-National group founded in early 2004. The Regiment found its beginning in Freelancer by a group of friends. While the days of Freelancer are well past, the Regiment remains a place for members to have fun in a structured and organized group of people across the globe in everything from shooters to MOBAs. Our focus has recently turned towards Arma 3, Star Citizen and League of Legends.
