Constitutional Rights of Players, Admins, and Server
1. Admins reserve the right to kick or ban any other player if he/she refuses to follow the rules. Admins MUST give at least one verbal warning before kicking/banning, and must give one kick before a ban.
2. Players must respect admins, owners and other players, and vies versa. If a player asks you to move, please do so, unless you have an important reason to be there. (This does not permit you to propblock, or block another player’s way by standing there. This also permits against rude or abusive admins. Please report abusive admins to either ^4 the silent, Little Miss ♥Huggles♥, or ZmZs (zmbro), and do so respectfully for us to take you seriously)
3. Players reserve the right to refuse a minor order by an admin. (Players may not abuse this right, for it has certain limits. For example, if an admin tells you to stand in a certain area, players reserve the right to tell the admins respectfully no. Players may also refuse to join a game inside the server. Those are the ONLY two that are allowed by this amendment at the moment.)
4. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. An admin may not ban a player for a simple mistake without (a) a witness that can stand trial if necessary, and (b) without a kick and a verbal warning, as stated by amendment 1.
5. Players reserve the right of choosing and roleplaying with a job. Do not abuse your job. This includes random arrest, random killing, breaking and entering for no reason, and propblock. If you have any questions with your job, please ask an admin. These jobs have diffrent rules than other servers.
6. No sexism, racism, ageism, or any mean comments on gay or lesbians. This includes anything that could be classified as “mean” or “hurtful.” This is a fun server so please respect everyone, including females, males, ethnicity of all kinds, all ages, furries, and bi, gay and lesbianism.
Abusing your rights can lead to admins warning, kicking, banning, and loss of other privileges. Please have fun and follow these rules.
